I spent A LOT of money to ship an expensive item from their location to the Midwest, and the item arrived damaged. This was a few months ago, and they told me that the insurance period had expired. This is fine, and I understand the policy. HOWEVER, I am entirely disappointed in the way one of their employees handled the situation. I was pleasant to him and he responded with rudeness. The Pakmail at Houston Northcutt/Coleman is not interested or able to mail anything we need sent. They say they're not Fed Ex authorized. Then they say they're not UPS authorized. What ARE they able to send? Nothing for our needs. We are done! They seem like decent men working there, but not helpful when they turn customers away repeatedly. read more

Shocked this place is still in business.I usually ship from USPS but I thought I would support local . I expected to pay a couple dollars more.Did not expect to be robbed. No special shipping instructions,had plenty of time to reach its destination before Christmas,small light weight box....$49.50!!!! This review is based on two months of this company packing and shipping items to us. Because they require a credit card, they automatically bill your credit card for a combined total which they tell you. They do not break down the cost of them packing the items or the cost of shipping. Thus we had to contact the actual shipping company to obtain the actual shipping charges. It was no big surprise to find out that the shipping company who shipped multiple shipments to us, was less than the packing charges. We are talking about hundreds and hundred of dollars. When opened, most of the items were over packed in large boxes, with few items in each box. Consequently, the cost of boxes, foam peanuts and other packing materials were billed to us as well as excessive money to pack said items. If you are getting this company to pack your items and shipping, make it clear that you want the cost for packing and materials before you let these vultures pick your bones. Our company deals with ups stores all the time and we have never felt overcharged like this. Quite frankly, we would not even use this company to mail a letter. read more

This is a review about service. I can't even begin to describe my disappointment. Horrible treatment from the owner of the business. I had a time sensitive package that I have waited over 2 weeks for. The sender paid this company $28 to get it to me and was assured 2 day delivery. I contacted the postal service and was told it was delivered, but resident moved. So I tracked the package back to the sending destination(Pak Mail). Bill was a huge help figuring out how to ship my chandelier. I live in Texas and called in the pick up. Everything was handled over the phone and through emails.
