7/9/2024 On I visited the store to return a package. During the interaction, a new employee…read moreassisting me was discourteous and unprofessional. She made a snarky comment refusing to recognize or move the item I came with. The manager response after this interaction was ". She was confused as to which package was yours among the many on the counter. She is a bit shy and may have been at a loss". False as i was the last / next person up to front. On July 16, 2024, I visited the store to print some documents. An employee's tone of voice was noticeably unpleasant when she asked, "Can we help you?"--it came across as irritated or frustrated. When I requested assistance, she refused to print my copy. I calmly asked to speak with another employee, but she declined my request. At that point, I chose to remove myself from the building and she contacted the police while waiting outside. Injustice On that day i was verbally trespassed from the owners private property. Bad business / Bad Attitudes. This is my true experience
