Five stars to the team at this UPS Store for one of the easiest shipping stops I've ever made! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, which is definitely something to spotlight. As other reviewers note, the parking for this location is pretty rough. However - that's out of the control of the team working at this location, and even though I circled the lot a few times for a spot, it didn't impact my positive experience in the store. I will say too that I stopped in around noon on a Friday, and I'm sure if I visited outside of a lunch rush, it wouldn't have been nearly as bad. Phoenix (great name!) assisted me during this visit - with both an Amazon return and shipping a package. There were a few other UPS team members working when I stopped in, and other customers that came in after me didn't have to wait at all to be helped. That's a little thing to note, but it makes a big difference! I'll surely return to this location the next time I'm in this area. read more

Always quick and efficient to ship something out! I'm never inside or more than 5 minutes. Whether it's a Happy Return or something else, this location always makes it easy. The only thing I don't like is the lot because it can get packed and hard to maneuver, so I try and come at less busy times. read more

I'm not sure how the manager at this location hasn't been fired, after reading other reviews that share the same experience I had. INCREDIBLY rude and awful to customers and even his employees. The customer service is absolutely terrible and made me feel very uncomfortable. It is unacceptable to be treated horribly for no reason by the MANAGER!! I use the UPS store on West End Ave whenever I need a print job done promptly by an expert. I always ask for the store manager, Steve, because he is a true professional and is very knowledgeable about printing. I highly recommend him and his team. Recently, while I was at the West End Ave location for a substantial print job, Steve and I discussed the process in detail, and he quoted me a reasonable price, as we have built a good rapport over time. However, as we concluded our conversation, a man with a ponytail and an untrimmed beard, whom I had never seen or spoken to before, interrupted us. This man was combative and intrusive, both towards me and the manager. He talked over Steve and appeared confused about printing, as his statements directly contradicted Steve's explanation. It was unnerving and troubling to witness. Despite Steve's attempts to redirect the conversation, the man continued to dominate the discussion. I usually don't write reviews, but seeing someone as professional as Steve antagonized in a public setting was difficult to watch. Despite this incident, the print job quality was excellent, a testament to Steve's team's dedication. I hope Steve gets a raise or promotion because few people can handle that criticism while remaining composed and ensuring the job gets done. I will not be returning to that store anytime soon because my time is valuable, and as a professional, I need to work with people who value my time as well. I went to this UPS store to print a rather large poster and Steve was personable, helpful, and got me in and out in very little time and with very little hassle. There were a fair number of customers that came in and out while I was preparing my document to send to them and the team of employees greeted each one with care and efficiency. Aside from the convenient location, this is the worst UPS store I've ever been to. I dread having to come here and wait in a long line out the door while the staff operates with no friendliness or sense of urgency. Luckily they have an Amazon return kiosk for self service so you can skip the line and interactions if you have a QR code. Anything else that requires customer service, plan to wait in line to receive below-average service once you arrive at the desk. read more

Wow. Not sure if the person behind the counter was high but I left wondering if my package would arrive. There was a line and he stood at the counter for a bit looking lnto space , walked to back of store then returned and called over the girl behind me. When he did get to me I asked a few shipments question and I received answers such as "I guess", "I don't know" when asking about basic overnight shipping. read more

A one of a kind and expensive package to my boyfriend was delivered to this UPS Store, Confirmed in their system it was Delivered on December 19th 2022... confirmed in there system that it was signed for by an employee of this store named "Harvey". Since my boyfriend was out of town at the day of delivery, he tried calling the store a number of times over a few days to let them know he would be by on the weekend to pick it up, however, every time we called we got their voicemail. We left voicemails, no return call. He sent emails, no response. He went in to the store on Saturday December 24th to pick up my package, spoke to Kiana Harvey (who told me it was her who signed for this package when it was delivered) but they are unable to locate it at the store. She told him to file a claim with UPS. (Very rude and careless customer service I might add) He filed a claim with UPS, he just got a call back only for the representative to tell him "This is not the first time we've gotten a report like this from this store, since this is a franchised store they are not technically employed with UPS and there's nothing UPS can do about it. We suggest you file a police report, call us back with the police report number so we can add it to our system." So UPS as a whole takes zero responsibility for lost or in this case, stolen packages by its employees. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone at this store and if you go in, they blow you off. We will be filing a police report, naming Kiana Harvey Specifically in the report and will be asking that security tapes be reviewed here. The owner of this store needs to get things buttoned up, especially since this isn't the first time this sort of thing has been reported at this store. read more

I went to the UPS store in Garwood on 8/1/23. The reps on duty were Lorenzo, Beatrice and Rita. The service was absolutely wonderful! While I appreciated the amazing service and friendliness from all three, I also admired their "team work". Noticeably, Lorenzo is the most experienced; and readily helped with the calculations involved in my requirement. Beatrice was my main rep and was very affable and skilled in customer satisfaction. I wasn't shipping that day, I was looking for their suggestions and pricing on an item that is very difficult to ship, (I really believe that if you want the item to get there, "Go UPS"!!! PS. There's something supremely cringe about the staff here. The tall guy seems dead inside and just downright rude. Not really sure why he doesn't find a job that doesn't entail interacting with the living. I am a small business owner and had to return a bunch of packages at this location. Immediately when we arrived the front desk told us to go somewhere else because they couldn't help us. The other lady stepped in and told us she could, then gave us a cart. The entire time we were in there the lady at the counter was taking snapchats of our boxes, rolling her eyes at us, making unprofessional comments at her coworker about US. As other reviewers have noted the employee would not respond to my questions and instead kept ordering me to put the package on the scale. At this point, I'm a weekly visitor, family friend due to my Amazon addiction. I love this store in particular because everyone is friendly & actually knows what they are doing. Unfortunate to say how rare that is in customer service. I have a PO Box, their rates are pretty good I would say. They have 24 hour access keys but only to your mailbox so if you have packages you will have to wait until the store hours. When I want to know "What Brown Can Do" for me, this is where I go. its a relatively small UPS Store, but I've done quite a bit of shipping from here and never had a problem. It gets heavily used by the Students of Vanderbilt University. If you come during the season where Students are either coming back to school or leaving school you can often encounter quite a line. Parking is usually pretty easy since the lot is pretty large, but at busy times in the afternoon I've had to hunt around some. read more

Overall have had a decent experience with UPS here. However, there employee with the last name of Parsons has a very short attitude, acts he doesn't want to be there and is rude to customers. I came in to do an Amazon return and he was very short. I asked him if he had already scanned an item so that I could give him the code for the next one and he said "yeah a loonnnngggg time ago" in a rude way. Didn't greet anyone as there were several people in line and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I didn't finish my returns because I felt uneasy and a bother to him. read more

I wish professional moving were a sport, so I could finally win a trophy. I am the queen of inefficient moving - I have moved at least once a year for the past several years. I'm about to make my THIRD 13-hour drive move in the past two years. I think I singlehandedly keep UPS in business. This UPS location on West End never fails me. The space is very clean and open inside, and the staff are always helpful and friendly. They have a small selection of packing and office goods, cards, as well as all the services UPS has to offer, including printing, name plate making, and a bunch of other things ya'll probably don't even know they do. They always have the boxes I need. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Every time I'm there to pick up more boxes (I like to move in slow, drawn out stages), they always offer to help me carry them to my car. If they spot someone walking up tot he store with a big or heavy item, they'll come out to help or at least open the door for you. Just today, I was trying to figure out how to transport my TVs for this move. They took the time to make a price estimate, and were honest with me that the price was unreasonable for what the TVs were worth. They even offered to unscrew the TV stands so that they would fit better in my car, and then helped me carry them back out to my car. Great customer service if you ask me! read more
