However, I need to explain our situation to warn others they may not know when shipping packages, UPS. I needed to ship 2 packages of family heirlooms to my brother from my father's estate. I used home depot boxes and packed everything carefully with bubble wrap and padding. I insured them for what I thought was for lost, stolen, or damaged. When the boxes arrived they were demolished. They looked like they had been retaped to hold together. A few things were broken inside. I started a claim, sent pictures, even comparable replacement cost. Total $300. Figured my $6000 insurance would cover. Wrong. After going to the store twice and costumer service number twice I was still denied for these reasons. 1) they have to pack it 2) it had to be packed in their boxes (they claim Home Depot boxes are for moving not shipping) 3) My insurance was for value not damage (still doesn't make sense). 1) They DO NOT explain why they should pack and use their boxes; it's the only way they will reimbursed if damaged. 2) They DO NOT explain insurance policy and that insurance does NOT pay for damage. Please ask questions when you ship boxes cause THEY DON'T explain anything. And that's why the poor rating.

Parking is no issue as there are plenty of spots in front or to the side given its location in the shopping center. Most of my visits here have been for Amazon returns and each time I come in, they are quick to assist and friendly while doing so. Never an issue. I have also mailed a package out and again experienced zero issues and nothing but friendly assistance. I work in Franklin, so I usually save all my UPS needs for office days so I can pop by this location.

I stopped in around 3 to pick it up and was told the package was delivered but still in the mail room. I was told just to come back by 5 to pick it up. I was there for 10 min until five, and the clear door was dropped. I saw the two employees in the office, one resting her head on the deck, the other on her phone. I knocked until 5 with three other customers, while they ignored us-no acknowledgment or communication. So incredibly rude of those two employees. Do you want to close early? Is something broken? Fine, I can accept that; please communicate that with the customer in your CUSTOMER FACING ROLE. Mark, who has been working with our team, has been absolutely wonderful. The other two employees should take notes from him.

Pros: Friendly service, employees here were super nice and willing to help do everything they could from borrowing scissors to open a box to tracking down a last minute delivery. Always seemed to be open when I stopped in. Large selection of last minute supplies. Easy to find with signs and banners. Cons: When picking up your boxes you have to stop in and request them no phone calls ahead. Then it takes 30 mins to have your items delivered, since they are stored floors below. Each item is charged by weight. Long line can add to wait time... spent some time here. No other options if your shipping directly to the hotel.
