Its interesting that when I called I was told the package was shipped out on Tuesday the 30th, now you say the 29th. The tracking number that I was provided does not work even after reading it back to the associate and confirming it was correct. Even UPS can't track it. I still have never received an invoice or statement of what I paid for even though I was told it would be emailed to me. NOTHING they have said was true!! read more

I love this store. Since my husband has passed away I have been there many times for various reasons. Their staff are always welcoming and friendly. They know my husband passed away and when I come in they are very sympathetic to my needs and ALWAYS ask how I'm doing. They have gone out of their way to make these difficult duties much easier and always put a smile on my face. Thank you for all you do. Avoid UPS if possible and especially their SHAM insurance program. My wife dropped a well wrapped package off at their facility (their employee even stated this while selling my wife the sham insurance policy. Package gets pilfered in their care, in their system and through a BS technicality they find a way to avoid paying a claim (apparently they deserve as many days, weeks, months to go inspect the damaged packaging). Receiver actually returned packaging to me and I dropped off at the Neenah store where they conveniently "lost" it to ensure no claim will be paid....use FedEx if possible....maybe you will have better luck. read more

Of I could give no stars I would. I do not normally post reviews. I have utilized this store and have always received wonderful customer service. It was why I had always gone back. Somehow this Christmas season has changed their outlook to customer service. I stopped into the store on a previous Saturday later in afternoon after post office closed and basically got we do not want to handle your packages anymore. You need to go the post office from now on. So they want smaller size and it is okay if you only have one or two. No where does it limit size or number. Stopped in again this evening thinking maybe it was only one person. Unfortunately not! Basically was verbally abused and harassed and intimidated so that I would be discouraged from going there again with my packages. I have never been so rudely treated. It ruined the holiday mood I was in and basically went against the sentiment of the season. We need to be spreading joy and helping neighbors. Not turning them away. I work 100 plus hour weeks and struggle to get to the post office so this was convenient. Unfortunately I will no longer be going there. Which I am sure they are happy about. They are getting want they want. I am concerned with the state of customer service today. We will do what is only convenient. Basically they need to hold on and get on board because we are becoming an online society and if you cannot accommodate you will not stay in business for long. I do see they have 2 star rating with yelp . Suddenly not surprised by this. Hopefully this helps the next person who wants to drop off a large package or more than one. You will be directed to the post office. I hope this saves you from being as rudely treated as I was and allows you to stay in the mood this season is supposed to invoke. read more

Don't go here if you may need to use the bathroom. Even if you are a regular customer who is there with 3 children 2,4 and 4 and your newly potty trained child has to pee REALLY BAD they won't let you use the bathroom. Nope take them a half block down to the shopkeeper and use theirs. They called the next day and were very rude to my wife basically just asking if we wanted to close the account. We did. read more

Horrible horrible customer service at this location!!! I sold an item through eBay, took the packed and boxed item into the store to calculate the shipping charge. It was an expensive item, needing over $1000 insurance. The girl calculated the charges, with insurance, I left with my box and charged the buyer what I was told it would cost, $123. When I came back with item all ready to ship, I was told the charge was now $185. They told me the only way to guarantee the insurance was if they packed it with their materials. I wanted a guarantee due to the price of the item, so I had to do it this way. I was irritated that no one even mentioned this when I went in initially!! The manager was present and she hardly said two words to me when I expressed my feelings, no one apologized or anything! I lost over $60 and they didn't care one bit! All I got was a blank stare- literally, she said nothing! Then to top that off, they changed the tracking number (not the same one that was on my receipt) & didn't notify me. This caused a lot of confusion for the buyer and I, plus a delay/hold in payment from eBay. AWFUL experience and I will never go back there. read more

Sent something priority from this store on a Monday. Quoted that it would be there wed. Wed i check the tracking number, its USPS, not UPS (sent from this store) which would have been fine if they had gotten it there in time. But they held onto it until tuesday night before even sending it to the post office. Guess what, it isnt there by wed. ETA is FRIDAY AT 830 pm. Called the store, "this is UPS, and this went out priority USPS from our store, its not our problem". SO after quoting me the wrong day, and holding onto my PASSPORT!!!! for over 24 hours before even sending it out, the consensus is that "oh well, too bad, that's what you get for using our store" is the answer I get. avoid this store at all costs if you have anything that needs to be there on time. I'm out 3000$ now because they quoted a time and didn't live up to it. read more

I dropped off a package that already had a label and they refused to scan it and give me a receipt. That has never happened at any other location I have used. Person at desk was rude when I requested that she provide me a receipt. I drive to another store. read more
