I hung up, called back and the same woman put me on hold for more than 15 minutes. I hung up. We regularly ship crates of furniture overseas. I love getting things in the mail, but I hate having to drive super out of my way to pick them up. Most of my packages are from work, and they always seem to end up at this airport pickup location. It's often frustrating me because they have limited hours and your package usually doesn't arrive until after 5pm. Delivery and hours frustration aside, anytime I come to pick up a package at this location I receive excellent service. I'm always greeted warmly and twice the staff has helped me carry and load packages to my car. They do have rather strict rules about ID and who can pick up your package, so be sure to read up on that before you go. This place is right beside the Ottawa airport and has ample parking.

It did not arrive and as far as I am aware has not been located to date as I have not received any update since 25th July.
