While attempting to send a 22x22x22 baby shower gift to San Antonio, I was first quoted over $130 at UPS. I took my box home and re wrapped the gift in a 18x18x22 box. Brought the box back to UPS only to be quoted over $80 this time. Both times the workers just starred at me and offered no other suggestions. Just that it's the size of the box and where it's going, nothing they could do. Fast forward to meeting my lucky star Naomi. After receiving the same over $80 quote, she asked about the contents of my box. She then proceeded to measure my contents and offered a whole new suggestion and box size. Naomi going the extra mile and beyond, allowed me to cut my shipping cost to half. Just by knowing the contents and that it could fit in a 10x10x20. When you're good at your job and concerned about your customers versus just collecting a paycheck, it makes a world of difference. Thank you Naomi for all of your help and knowledge!

They were both so kind, friendly, welcoming and eager to help me. Naomi took care of my service and was very professional and prompt. I wasn't in the store very long, but for the short time I was there I couldn't help but notice the excellent service they were providing their customers. They were truly eager to please and willing to go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. It's so nice to deal with a company that provides such excellent service. I definitely won't mind coming back to this location.

    My wife had to bring a bulky package here at a time I couldn't help her with it. We usually use…read moreUPS, but she went here since it's open later. She got to the door, had to put the package down outside to get the door open - while a young girl working there just stood inside and looked. She didn't bother to open the door to help her. Once inside, the girl said "there is a cart" and my wife told her the hardest part was getting into the store - there are no carts outside nor a sign saying there are carts inside. The girls working there sound like high schoolers. My wife was asked "do you want a receipt?". I dislike stupid questions like this - without a receipt, what proof do I have of sending it??" Then the girl got a white sticker and covered up the FedEx address label we had put on the package at home. Sounds like a pretty efficient operation where the clerks care about the customer, right? We'll avoid using FedEx. UPS is a much better choice.

    It's insane how often this hub has lost packages for me. What's worse is they make excuses that…read moreit's not lost, and it'll be delivered in a few days. Shippers won't issue a refund and tell me to wait till FedEx gets their act together. A week later, still not delivered, the shipper finally relents, but by then sales/deals are over and I have to spend more money to get another order shipped. I baffled by why anyone still uses FedEx. As god is my witness I've had better and more consistent deliveries from USPS. Pathetic!
