Wrong clothes delivered several times, delayed delivery, communication sucks, received blankets back not washed but charged for them, and they forget who pays their salary. Avoid wash/fold delivery. read more

Horrible experience. I believe they are just pressing dirty clothes without cleaning them. I took a stained pair of pants in there to be washed and pressed. When I picked them up, they still had the stain. So I asked the guy did you wash these and he said yes. I asked how he could still have the stain if he washed them and then he said we put them in the dryer. I told they were supposed to be washed and he said he put it in a dry cleaner machine with chemicals. They just took the pants to the back and scraped off the stain and handed them back to me . I went into to cleaners, as I needed an outfit professionally cleaned for a Bridal Shower. I explained what I needed done and also explained that I'm highly allergic to everything and the 2 ladies that helped me out were amazing. They both took their time and spoke with me about the chemicals they use and let me say I'm very much impressed with the service and the kindness they showed me. I have a question. On-line and in the store the price is listed for Wash & Fold Laundry $10.00 mimimum is required. $1.69/lb. However what I was charged for $16.99 for 7 pound of wash. According to the sign I should have paid $10.00. When I brought this to the attention of the store clerk, she smiled and point to the sign and said that it was a 10 pound mimimum. She call a man from the back of the store and he said that it was a 10 pound mimimum and he pointed too the sign. I paid for my laundry and left. I feel that the sign and the information on the internet need to be corrected or honored. read more

I have a 5 star review from 2020! I also am likely in their top 10 customers. This pains me to write...the new (about a year) woman working the front will destroy this business. I would imagine I spend around $3000 a year here. My wife has been generous enough to pick up my clothes for a good portion of the year. About 6 months ago I noticed 5 shirts, all charged for dry cleaning when they should of been laundered. I told the front desk. Nothing. From this point forward I made a point to start stopping in. 2 times more, this happened with laundered dress shirts that were supposedly sent for dry cleaning and pressing undershirts. HARD TO EXPLAIN- BUT THESE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE LAUNDERED FOR A FEW DOLARS LESS. This front desk again, did nothing. Actually, the front desk insulted me as to explain to me how to do dry cleaning, implying their bag system doesn't work, etc. I have 4 and haven't had a problem before you were in charge, but Uh- OK...also, her excuse is that the staff can't tell the difference between a shirt and what should be dry cleaned. FOR THE RECORD, I THINK THE STAFF CAN. Here's the deal. Isn't this theft? They are charging me, knowingly and multiple times, for a service they are not providing. How many other times did this happen to me? Is this happening to you? What is the motivation to this? If it is her, on her own, look for voided tickets. I can't see how she makes incentive off this. I love this place. I wish there was one closer. The price is transpatent and they turn it around same day if you get it in by 10! What a value. They serve Starbucks too. You can bring in comforters for like 20 bucks. Mosy items are 3.29 to clean. They take cash and credit. They will not do beaded dresses but almost everything else has been done well. Owner on site almost every time I go. You will not be disappointed! Wish they had coupons for users who frequent weekly. That's my suggestion for mgmt. read more

we brought in our lined silk drapes to be DRY CLEANED. SURE WISH we had read some of these reviews first. The silk drapes are a no brainer that they were dry clean ONLY!! THESE were for 3 separate windows ,one for our extra large picture window. One for a high entrance just below our front doors, and one for our dining room window. These drapes were from POTTERY BARN. 100% SILK WITH A WHITE LINING. THESE totalled over $1500 !!! they are each over 4 inches too short , and light comes in that much under the 2 smaller windows, our main living room large picture window drapes hang up in the air, and they are ALL RUINED now!!!! my husband went there to report what they did, and he showed them pictures he took on his phone. The guy said " we are not liable for anything . YOU signed our agreement when you first came as new clients." I will be going next to let him know that they can NOt do this to people, and he made no effort to apoligize or offer to replace them, as a good upstanding cleaners would!! I will tell everyone I know to never go there and have them pass it on! we are getting a lawyer for this. how do they stay in business after reading the reviews! see ya in court AH!!!!! I didn't notice immediately and since they were brought in a few weeks after laundering the owner refused to correct the situation. I wore 1 of the shirts exactly once. I have been using this establishment since it opened. I will never use it again. I spend around $80-$100 a month there. I wear Tommy Bahama silk camp shirts. Most have a open top lapel. Six months ago I had brought in 14 shirts and when I picked them up, 6 had badly wrinkled lapels & collars. I brought them back the next day & spoke to a manager. He explained that they don't hand iron but that the pressing is done by a machine. He was very nice, took them back & the next day I picked them up & they were perfect. After that, the problem started that every time that I would bring in shirts for dry cleaning, half would be fine and half would be horrible. Last week I brought in shirts and when I picked them up, two were horrible. I showed them to a worker and she took them back to be redone. When I picked them up they were in the exact same shape, wrinkled on the lapel and collar. I showed them to the employee & she looked at them and said that "Its because of the cheap, flimsy material that they are made with." I explained that they are Tommy Bahama 100 % silk shirts that retail over $100 everywhere. She reluctantly took them back & I went back today to pick them up. Here is the best part- THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE WHATSOEVER!!!~ The tags that they put on say "Press Only & Special Attention." Whoever did the work paid NO attention. So, on my third trip for the same shirts, I showed them to the employee who told me there is no manager there and that I should come back in the morning. Sure!!! IF YOU CAN NOT DO THIS TYPE OF SHIRT PROPERLY, WHY DO YOU ACCEPT THEM ?? You should tell the customer that you are not equipped to handle them .I took the shirts and left, vowing to never return. I have been a customer for a while. Always very pleased with service and staff. Sadly, that came to an abrupt end. Took in my Lauren sweater to be cleaned. They have cleaned this sweater before. Picked up. Went to wear it, found two 3 inch slashes on each sleeve above the wrist. I took it back to cleaners. I didn't want money or replacement, I wanted them to fix it. The cashier called for another employee. They both conversed in Spanish in front of me...so rude. After their discussion in Spanish they told me to leave the sweater so they could show it to manager and he would call me. After 3 days, and no call, I called them. The person answering the phone said the manager was not in and wouldn't be in until Saturday. I informed them I would be there on Saturday. Went in on Saturday, supposedly this person claiming to be the manager came out, said they were not responsible. I asked manager if they called the owner. Yes, he agrees. I asked if he looked at the damage. Yes, no way could their store do the damage. I said there is two slashes in the exact same place on each sleeve. I grabbed my sweater and left. I can guarantee that my sweater did not go in damaged. Immediately, I went to Athena's Alterations in Midlothian. Asked if she could fix. I was crying..she said she would take care of it. After 3 days and $15 my sweater was repaired...not as good as new, but still useable. I should have been suspicious when I initially picked up sweater at CD, the cuffs on sleeves were turned up...to hide the damage of sweater...smh. Beware...this business is good when things are ok, but when they do something wrong, they don't want to take responsibility for their mistakes. read more

10 STARS!!! This place truly cares about its customers. I foolishly forgot to pick up my dress shirts that I needed for a family wedding the next day. It was 6:55 pm and they close at 7pm. I called and spoke to a very pleasant employee. He said they close at 7pm but, he would still be there by 7:15pm if I wanted to try to make it. I rushed over and was greeted in a very nice and professional manner by the staff member. Very bad customer service . I was charged for the cleaning of my white dress shirts, but all my shirts were tagged with "that is the best we could do". I began to go through my dry cleaning and noticed that all of the rims of my white dress shirts were still dirty! Therefore, I rewashed all my shirts at home and took them back to CD One to get them pressed and let the manager on duty know, her response was "that is the best we could do". I have been cleaning there for 1 year now, but after this, never again! CD One's cheap prices reflect their cheap service! read more

I took in my husband's suit for a routine cleaning and they gave it back to me stained and poorly pressed. I came back in to get it taken off and the girl took it to the back to work on it and gave it back to me again with a now slightly faded stain. Finally I got a manager and she said she would re-clean at no charge. When I came to pick it up again, the stain was almost taken out, but not completely. I filled out a damage claim form and was told that I would be contacted later in the week. This was 2 weeks ago now and they have not contacted me. I should have known better then to trust a cleaner that only charges $2.80 for everything. I made a poor choice to save a few bucks, I cost myself hundreds to replace the suit. Not sure why there are such poor reviews. I'm a huge fan of CD OPC! My family comes here for all our dry cleaning needs because they offer same day pick-up at a fairly reasonable price! The individuals I interact with are always friendly and quick. I've never been disappointed with any of my dry cleaning orders. I brought in a few dresses I wanted dry-cleaned. And instead of just taking them and doing the dry clean, they stopped to actually read the label and pointed out it was a hand wash only item and informed me that the material of the dresses usually don't dry clean very well. Horrible experience! I dropped off my comforter to get it washed there for the first time because it was close by and a great price. I returned the day and time the ticket said to only to find out it wasn't ready and to come back the following day. The next day I receive an email at 9am saying it's done, I go there at 2 pick it up bring it home to lay it out on the bed AND ITS STILL WET! After five hours of when they finished it, it was still wet and had water spots all over it. While examining it, I also found a quarter size hole in it! I immediately take it back and talk to the manager who immediately says "this looks like wear and tear" I couldn't believe it, she didn't even acknowledge that it could of happened in their care. She offered to redo it but I refused. Asked for my money back and left. Not to mention she had the guts to ask me if I had a penny so she could give me $20 back exactly instead of $19.99. But not today. I walked in today without that ridiculous mask for the first time since this Wuhan debacle began. I was immediately stopped and told to go put one on. I informed them that I have both had the little virus and have been vaccinated and that I'm finished with masks. That was met with further opposition anyway and I refused to budge. I was unhappy with an employee yesterday that wasn't even waiting on me. I brought in a lot of sweaters and suits to be dry cleaned along with two king sized comforters. I told the girl waiting on me that my little dog had an accident and I cleaned up the poop but I wanted the comforters both cleaned. New manager and am forced to take my business elsewhere as the manager Ismael is so super rude. I had one more garnet to pick up that was being repaired and he slammed it on the rack and walked away. I had to yell "is this all I have?" And he turned around and nodded his head. I use the dry cleaners so much that I wasn't sure if this was actually the o my garment that was left. My point is that the manager Ismael appears to be have raised by wolves and it shows in his mannerisms and work ethic. Prior to my last visit, Ismael was patronizing me by saying "ok ma'am" over and over with a fake smile on his face because I asked him to tag my garments delicate and he wouldn't. He was lying about tagging them in previous visits and my items were returning with holes in them. I was super polite to him even going as far as saying "sorry to bother you" which no one should say to someone when customer service is part of his job description.... but Whenever my items got properly tagged "delicate" they did not come back with holes. I will not be taking my garments there again until the manager is fired. A paying customer should never be treated like that. He also appeared to be very much on edge, like he was ready to snap at any moment but was holding himself back with patronizing lines like "yes ma'am" with an apparent fake smile. I felt like it was dangerous for me to ever go in there again and ask him to take my items delicate or he might jump over the counter and attack me. Very scary dude. read more

Typically if you get your clothes in before 10 you'll be able to pick them up the same day, but I got in around 12. I was going out town the next day, I asked the emplyee if I could get it sooner than the typical 5:00 next day pick up. She was very accomodiating and I was able to get them at earlier the following day with no extra charge. I made my trip with my clothes thanks to her. Love this place! read more

They are quick and will get your items done same day. But the downside is they are quick and have a lot off business, so quality is pretty poor. Don't expect no wrinkles, just less wrinkles than when you took it in. They don't check very well they just do a process and toss it on a hanger that leaves hard ugly creases in your shirts. I've had collars come back so wrinkled that I couldn't even wear it because it was so bad. I'm looking for a new cleaner read more
