My wife had to bring a bulky package here at a time I couldn't help her with it. We usually use UPS, but she went here since it's open later. She got to the door, had to put the package down outside to get the door open - while a young girl working there just stood inside and looked. She didn't bother to open the door to help her. Once inside, the girl said "there is a cart" and my wife told her the hardest part was getting into the store - there are no carts outside nor a sign saying there are carts inside. The girls working there sound like high schoolers. My wife was asked "do you want a receipt?". I dislike stupid questions like this - without a receipt, what proof do I have of sending it??" Then the girl got a white sticker and covered up the FedEx address label we had put on the package at home. Sounds like a pretty efficient operation where the clerks care about the customer, right? We'll avoid using FedEx. UPS is a much better choice. read more

It's insane how often this hub has lost packages for me. What's worse is they make excuses that it's not lost, and it'll be delivered in a few days. Shippers won't issue a refund and tell me to wait till FedEx gets their act together. A week later, still not delivered, the shipper finally relents, but by then sales/deals are over and I have to spend more money to get another order shipped. I baffled by why anyone still uses FedEx. As god is my witness I've had better and more consistent deliveries from USPS. Pathetic! read more

I have been dropping off packages here because of a part time at home job I'm doing for a friend. I was a bit grumbly to have to drive over but really it's been a pleasure. No matter who is working they are very pleasant and even taped up an envelope I was just dropping off. It's never a pleasure to get out of your car in the cold of Chicago during the winter. But at least when I do there is a smiling face ready to take my package. read more

Ok, diverted a package here and thought all would be good. As fo a package delievered they did and that is why they got 2 stars. Lets talk about the staff. Called on the day we thought they would deliever and were told packages come in at all times there is no way to tell when the last shipment would come in. only later after much labotr to get it out of him that if they didn't have it by 1900 it wasn't going to be there that night. Had a mesage the next morning the package had arrived the night before and wasn't a pleasant message, seemed as if they were inconvienced. Ya got me. not much enthusiasm of the staff and really a dry and unappreciated transaction. read more

Went there this morning at 7:36am. Literally the first customer. They young lady behind the counter asks me if I need help and I say, "I need to print something from my iPad." BTW 200+ pages. And she just points to the printer and says you need to connect to the WiFi. And I ask her if it says over by the printer how to connect to the WiFi and she says yes. But it didn't! I'm looking around looking around, no one else in the store mind you and so I just decide to leave out of anger and she doesn't even make an attempt to want to keep my business. I know I could've asked her AGAIN how to connect to the WiFi but she blew me off so easily the first time that I didn't even feel like I should be the one to make the effort to try to get customer service out of her. SMH this is my first negative review EVER. Guess THE UPS STORE is gonna he my printing business from now on! read more

This place is the size of a postage stamp inside. As I was gathering my paperwork to fax out, there was a heated argument about the state of the union and how corrupt our politicians are? O.K. Now fax my stuff so I can leave. The store just looked messy and disorganized. And their prices are overboard. read more

fedex played me, I have to sign for my package to get delivered and the dude just gave me a paper that said i wasn't home for the delivery, now i have to wait 4 more dayss for slow fedex to play me again. read more

Had some issues with my computer and had to ship it back to manufacturer. I was supplied FedEx shipping information by email. I could print or just show it on my phone. With the computer being sick printing was not an option. I arrived at the store and said I have a shipment. Unfortunately they were having issues getting the information from my phone and I even emailed them the info. Jenn was a peach, she said please leave the package and I will get this issue fixed. I will call with tracking information. By the time I left and got home she called problem fixed, package shipping were is the tracking. Great service and follow up. read more
