I mailed my parcel from this New Orleans store to Phoenix. After a couple of attempted deliveries, someone with UPS in Phoenix decided to return the package to this store in New Orleans. After calling UPS customer support, The agent admitted it was their mistake, and i was assured that the package would be resent to Phoenix at no additional cost to me. I tried calling the store for two days, without ever getting anyone to answer the phone. I finally went there in person, and was told by the kid behind the desk, NO, the package would not be sent back to the intended destination at no charge, and NO, i would not be refunded the $85 i paid to have it sent there. At this point i was pretty upset and raising my voice, whereupon the other kid behind the desk told me to shut the fk up. That didnt go over well. I then went outside and got UPS support on the phone again, and was again told by the phone representative that I would be refunded. The phone agent then asked to speak with the kid behind the desk, who then flatly refused to speak with the agent on the phone. I was told to 'come back when the owner is here'. At that point i took my package and left, without a refund. I then went to Fedex and mailed the package. My overall experience with this store and UPS in general was nightmarish and Kafkaesque. For absolute certain I will never visit this store again. It is actually very unlikely that I will ever use UPS again. They don't care if their customers are satisfied or not. read more

So staff wise fantastic service. I made for an overnight delivery 8:30 AM guaranteed. There was an urgency to get my delivery as I am on vacation and I have cats without food for several days now. I checked this AM and the shipment made it to Atlanta but is "on the way " processed at the Hapeville location. While I get my money refunded, the fact it is still not to the location for my pet sitter, and could be today or tomorrow, my pets are without food. If UPS does not deliver today I will need to rent a car and make the 6 hour drive to guarantee no dead pets. No faith in UPS guaranteed delivery. read more

I sent a package 2 day air. 6 days later the package is not delivered and says "in transit". I went back to store and was told "the two day shipping is not guaranteed" . I was not told that when I sent it. when I talked to Teddy the manager he said "yea it is in the screen that you sign". He had zero empathy and did not even apologize. I paid over $80 dollars to send two day. If I had been told not guaranteed I would have sent over night for the extra 20 bucks. I would rather drive to go the next closest UPS store than here. Avoid this location at all costs! if I wanted terrible service with zero customer service I would have sent USPS. read more
