I just wanted to say that the service at this UPS location was truly excellent. I was supposed to print my shipping label at home, but my printer was not working properly and the ink would not print clearly. I came to the store expecting to pay for printing, but the staff was incredibly kind and professional. They helped me print the label at no charge, packaged everything carefully, attached all the stickers and labels for me, and made the whole process so easy and smooth. Came here today to ship some boxes. I've been here a few times before, always a positive experience, and much less of a line than the Rivers Avenue location usually has. Today Kevin helped me and he was awesome. I joked about him double checking the boxes size even though it was printed on the boxes, but all joking aside I appreciate making sure the job is done right. My friend John is the veteran owner of this location. It's recently been remodeled and looks great. They added an extra register too. I'm usually here to return Amazon packages. It's always quick and simple. They always have enough employees to help their customers quickly. It's also conveniently located by the Publix, so you can hit the grocery store without moving the car. I've never had an issue with customer service while there. They are usually very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Sometimes the wait can be long, but I think that may just depend on what the customer is trying to accomplish. The store is kind of cramped, but clean. Absolutely horrible customer service overly priced and expensive I normally never come to this location but I had to because I was on this side of town and I was in a pinch and wanted to send out something UPS ground normally you do not get charge for a box if you're shipping with UPS but at this location they will charge you for everything including the bubble wrap that should come free if you're shipping via UPS! I asked the lady if all of their locations were like this she said no that they had multiple locations for each one was ran by a different person I asked her if she was the manager of this one she stated know once you provide me with the paperwork to sign off for the delivery the last name of my client was wrong the ZIP Code was wrong and I told her I would not sign until she reprinted the paper with the correct information. She took the sticker off of the box she had already put the sticker on before I even signed off on the paperwork she took it off ripped it ripped the box on the outer part and then put the new sticker on making my business box for my client look like total crap! I'm coming here to ship something important for a client and your business is making my business look awful this is the last time I will come to this location and I will spread this review everywhere and tell people how not customer friendly your staff is they're not wearing gloves they don't have hand sanitizer they're not sanitizing the pens they're not keeping social distancing fully this UPS store should be locked down in this UPS sure should be reported to UPS headquarters! read more

To clarify, this review is for the franchise location in Palmetto Pavilion Shopping Center. These stores are individually owned, and are licensed to use the name UPS Store, but NOT operated by UPS, Inc. There is a young guy with short dark hair, who often works evenings until this place closes. Nasty little fellow will curse you with profanity in a heartbeat(mother f__ker). Hates you, hates his job, hates his boss, and doesn't care. Threatens you with assault, by saying "What are you gonna do about it"? He definitely can't handle their computer system, and conduct simple transactions like addressing and sending a package. He held everyone up in line 30 minutes, while attempting to address two packages to two different names (same family) at the same address. Never apologized or said boo to the waiting crowd. Obviously these people have some other means of income, or have so much of a captive audience, they just have to care. They make USPS look like super stars. There are other UPS stores, snd other locations that conduct UPS business. Let's face it, this is a franchise. They pretty much do what they want, and get away with it. Oh, and don't think about sending anything postal from this place. On another occasion I dropped off a piece with a USPS postage and tracking, and they sat on it for over a week, before it showed up across the street at the Cross County facilty. (This was on a prior visit). How coincidental is that. read more

Perfect location next to Publix and fantastic hours so I can get work done at all hours of the day, well not ALL! the staff here are very speedy, just went in today and I was in and out in a jiffy. I'm sad I didn't catch the name of the girl who helped me, but she has a nice smile and made sure that I had everything done before I left! If this business gives kudos to their staff... I visited this store last Friday morning for printing services. As soon as I walked in the store and explained what I needed, the employee who was on duty said they were too busy and would not be able to assist me for several hours. Plus, she also made a big deal about the special paper I brought for the printing. Everything about this experience was hassle, hassle, hassle. While she was standing there making excuses, I got on my phone and called the UPS store on Old Trolley Road. I explained to them what I needed, and they told me to come over and they would help right away. So, I did and needless to say, they didn't have any issue with printing my programs on the spot, or with my special paper. read more

Over priced. I needed one black and white 8.5 x 11 sheet printed and it cost me $2.49 plus taxes. Ridiculous. When I questioned the price, they advised they charge $2 for you to email anything for them and that they are individually owned and so that's why the other ups store never charged just to send the email. I went to the UPS Store today to drop off two packages. The woman who waited on me knew what she was doing, but NONE of the staff were wearing masks. It was impossible to maintain social distancing from the employees while being waited on. Very disappointed that ownership and management do not require that employees wear masks to protect both their fellow employees and customers. read more

It takes two seconds to hand you copies and waiting in a long line defeats the purpose of having an outside source print for you. Probably my last order from this location. I have listened to them being rude to others, last week they were rude to a friend, and today to me. Rude people are the worst to deal with! I've using this store for almost a decade and I have not had any problems until one day recently when I tried to ship an Amazon package back for a refund. I checked the tracking number on the picked up receipt that I received when I dropped off the package a week later and realized that UPS never picked it up. I went back to the store to inquire and they said that the package has left the store and that there was no way to track it since Amazon leaves the store about twice a week when the container gets full. Something about that sounded suspicious so I just left it at that since I have the drop off receipt from the store. Later, Amazon asked about when I dropped off the package since they never got any info about it being dropped off so I went back to the store. The elderly lady working there whom I've seen there for about a year or more said that the "1z" tracking number on my drop off receipt is not a UPS tracking number and that I have to type it into Amazon's system to track it. There is soooo much wrong with what she just said that I won't get into details. Even an idiot would know that all domestic UPS tracking numbers start with "1Z" and for an UPS employee that has been there for over a year to not know that is a shocker. So basically this store is good until you have a problem and then they will deny, deny, deny any responsibility. read more

I just called this location and spoke with Ashley not sure if she is having a bad day or if this is just who she is. For one I have the call recorded on my end so I can use it if they try to deny what I am claiming now. My box was apparently up on the 17th and I had it in my head that it was the 20th and today is the 19th. I have been with this location for a maybe 2 or 3 years I normally don't have problems... So Ashley and her nasty attitude say's the date is written on the notices that's in box well I misplaced my key so I only come when I am notified of a package and one of the notices I had also had the 20th....Fast forwarding I wasn't pleased with the way I was being handled and asked for the owner and Ashley said that she will not give that information out and she has my number and will forward my number to the Owner I am currently looking for the owners information. I have all my business checks printed to this address so it will be hard to walk away from this address without changing a ton of business paperwork around. I think Ashley is in need of some up training dealing with the public. I will forward the recording to corporate for review and I will also reach out to the Ceo David P Abney or his wife Shirley personally today. read more
