The UPS Stores covers all your shipping, packing, and printing needs. I needed to ship an item. I arrived right when they opened. I was in and out within 5 minutes. This store is organized. Because of COVID, they ask that customers do not touch the pin pad. They provide q-tips to use on it. I would definitely come back if I need to ship anything. read more

Absolutely love the staff in the store the store is always clean the staff is always friendly the owner is amazing very down to earth they sanitize keep everything sanitized all the time they make sure that they have their masks on when you walk in and handle everything with extra care even down to the pin pad for you to put in your pin number for your credit card or card they have Q-tips! They have a little sanitizing stations at the registers also by their desk they are absolutely amazing the stores always organize always smells good they're very attentive when you come in they attentive your needs the package everything perfectly they're very courteous they all work together as one I see that in the store and it makes me smile because you don't see that service anymore anywhere. The owner is down to earth he's funny he's very attentive to not just your needs but his staff he make sure that everybody is feeling welcomed and appreciated I will drive 30 minutes just to go to the store to ship out any item that is how courteous how attentive and how amazing their customer services they should be the number one store in Charleston and in North Charleston as far as packing goes in as far as customer service goes everybody should take notes on this store!! The manager chased me out of the store to my car yelling at me to give his paper back after I'd given him more cash than he asked for. I felt threatened and harassed and hope this guy gets what every abusive manager deserves. Have made dozens of Amazon returns here with no hassle or charge. I got prompt and great service at this UPS store location when I was sending a package back to Amazon. The only issue I have is that it's in a shopping center that's really hard to get in and out of on high traffic days. I called ahead to make sure that they sold stamps. I know, it sounds silly, but UPS and USPS are not exactly on the same team sometimes, and I just wanted to be sure. Luckily, they do sell stamps and I was able to get a book of Forever stamps, mail a letter, and be on my way within a matter of minutes. Try doing that at your local USPS location. The person who waited on me was very friendly as well, both on the phone when I called and in person. Parking is plentiful, but if you come later in the day, don't be afraid to walk a bit, because there are many other great stores nearby for your browsing pleasure. read more

I've had my mailbox at locations in several states. Most have been understaffed, had long wait lines, and grumpy people. This is the very first UPS location I've used that I would use for the next 40 years. The manager/owner is way above any other UPS store boss I've ever met. They never act like they are annoyed, they help me with everything. Their lines are never allowed to get long. I will always trust them to pack my fine art sold online. Great store. Thank you! Exceptional service. The owner of this store cares about the service he delivers. He suggested making copies of my docs that were notarized and being mailed. I didn't think of that. It was a small thing but he didn't have to say anything at all. I watched him assist another customer that needed white out but he didn't have any. He came up w another solution.
