I have had no issues with this location; although every time I've gone it's for super simple Amazon returns. Each encounter with employees has been pleasant. Sometimes there is a line as it seems only two people are ever working the line. I have not waited more than 5 or so minutes when I stop by during the week day. Be sure to arrive before closing time because they lock the door right at time. On one visit my clock said three minutes til and they were locking the door and told me they were closed. I politely held up my phone to show not time yet and asked that I please be let in. They had no problem allowing me, and in turn the next person as well. They did return to lock the door at the exact closing time and two more people attempted to be let in and were turned away. read more

I needed to print a page from an USB drive. I called the store # 4199 to make sure they were capable of that service. When I inquired about the price, I was told ¢49 a page. In reality, there is a charge for using the computer to access the drive along with the ¢49 per page. That additional charge should had be explained when the original inquiry was made. This store's business practices aren't upfront & honest. This store reminds me of a USED CAR LOT. SCAMMERS. read more

Not open on Sunday. This is a peak day for sending items too heavy or bulky for air travel. As a business traveler I'm less than happy. Leaving on an early Monday.flight. Items not ready on Saturday. I feel UPS needs to get with the 21st century. Also disappointing for tourists. read more

I came here to drop off some Amazon returns. And I must have run out of ink on my printer because some of the bar codes did not print on the lable. A side note. The lady working there isn't very kind. It wasn't what she said, it's how she says it. Just didn't seem much of a happy person. Anyways, I was told I could print the labels for a fee. $2 to use the computer, and 19 cents per copy of paper. I had 6 packages to print. I didn't want to spend the extra money just to print, not to mention, buy tape for the labels. That would have cost me approximately an extra $5. I opted out, and went home to reprint my labels. I am for businesses making money, but when it comes to squeezing every opportunity to make money, that's when it becomes bothersome. read more

Even when I have wakes in with the wrong size box or labeling they have been more than supporting in showing me my options so that I could save money. read more

Went in today to process an Amazon return. I had a prepaid label AND a QR code. After standing there for 5 minutes Fay finally called me up to the counter. I advised I had a return and had the labels and all. She immediately told me I had to pay a fee for the service. She stated that it's Amazons rules and so forth. She kept pointing to a flyer that they obviously printed out them selves stating the procedure. She kept saying only the QR code was free. She proceeded to just argue with me and instead of listening she turned to mocking me in Spanish to her co-worker down to the point of using a slang term for a gay man. I asked for the managers info which she advised they'd do nothing for me. I was livid by this point and as I walked out I slammed the pen into the cup holder on my way out. They both proceeded to come to the window and continue making hand gestures and acting as if they're taking a photo. They are the rudest individuals. I called Amazon and advised them of all that occurred which they then conferences UPS Corporate onto the call so I could file a complaint for the issue and to report the name calling and such. This store used to be pretty nice and had a great father and son working there. But within the past year or so it's gone down hill. It's really hard to do business in a community when you're abusing the community. By the looks of all the reviews this seems to be a regular occurrence. I'll be following up with Corporate and ensuring the treatment is handled. read more

Do not ship ups through this store!!!!! Worst experience with woman working there. I dropped 2 small packages off on Saturday morning. The gentleman that helped me was very courteous. He told me the packages would go out Monday since it was the weekend. I agreed since it was totally understandable. He gave me tracking numbers and told me I should check it on Monday. Come Monday I checked the tracking numbers late afternoon and the weren't even processed yet. It was 3pm. So I called the store to see what was going on. A woman answered and when I told her my situation she said that it takes a while to be able to get tracking info? I asked how long is a while? She said 7 PM I should see some kind of tracking information online. I was a little frustrated at that since these packages were only traveling domestic. I live in Orlando. One was going to Miami and another one was going to Texas. But whatever, ok, I'll check back later tonight. I called back TUESDAY afternoon because there still wasn't any tracking info available online Tuesday afternoon. The packages were still not showing as processed? Not even as received by ups? Same woman picked up and said its not her fault ups pickup was at 7pm last night! I asked her why she didn't tell me that when I called yesterday? She only told me that the tracking would be available to view at around 7 pm MON. SHE COMPLETELY OMMITTED THAT THE ACTUAL PICK UP WAS AT 7pm in the evening. She became irate and started raising her voice saying it doesn't matter that's the regular time for pick up. I told her that's absolutely NOT A REGULAR TIME. I have shipped through other ups stores and it usually goes out earlier, if at the least late afternoon and that their particular ups pickup was ACTUALLY THE LATEST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME IT WAS AND MADE SURE I WAS OK WITH IT BEFORE THEY TOOK MY MONEY. AND STOP TRYING TO CONVINCE ME 7PM Is a "regular pick up time"???? ITS NOT. Actually it's after hours. At this point she just became ridiculous to deal with yelling in the phone like a child over my voice so loudly I couldn't get a word in, "Well if you have a problem call UPS not my problem" I understand that they are a third-party company and that just comes with the territory in dealing with the middleman. But it's bad business practice to OMIT pertinent information such as the after hours pickup time and then tell at the customer whose money you took lies trying to convince them this glacial pace at which they ship your package was normal?!!? Then yell at them when they don't agree? Wow. They should at least tell you at the beginning of the transaction that the pick up on Monday is late. They should at least ask you if you're okay with that before they proceed to take your money. Had I known that the pickup was so late on Monday evening I would have just gone to the regular United States post office on Monday morning. It would have cost half the price and the tracking numbers would at least show processed. I paid 35 for domestic ground and all I wanted was to be able to follow the tracking # to make sure my customer would receive their packages on time. Instead I got yelled at and the overcharged runaround with the typical dismissive, "to bad, not my problem attitude" you would expect from a franchise third party owned company. She treated me like crap because she knew she could since their was no one higher she had to answer to and take responsibility for the inconvenience they caused a paying customer. Please note that UPS stores are franchised, and not all of them are bad. I've had some good experiences with other locations. But this particular location was awful. I took the time to write this rating in detail about this particular store in hopes that it would help save someone else to NOT HAVE TO go through what I went through. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. IT WAS A GREAT INCONVENIENCE AND DISRESPECT FOR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD'VE BEEN A SIMPLE TRANSACTION. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. read more
