Walked in to have equipment returned from At&t and I was shocked at how rude the staff was, only the lady working with me. I did not get her name but it felt like returning my equipment was the end of the world. She asked for my account number (with slow service I could not access it) and never bothered to ask for the barcode which At&t explicitly says to use. She then asked for my last name with a huff and puff and repeated it loudly and as if I had the craziest last name ever and so as I typically do I spelled it out. Then does not say anything, as I am looking for my account number she hands me what seems more of a packing slip than a confirmation and says bye. I was in line at the Oviedo UPS store on 3/13/26. While I waited 8 minutes in line for my turn, I listened to 2 explicit songs play on their music system. The F-bomb was dropped no less than 12 times, the N-word at least 10 times along with many others (one of the songs was "I'm the Man" by 50 cent). This is a professional business and there were kids in the store with their parents waiting in line as well. Unacceptable. read more

I am not one to ever write bad reviews, however my recent experience has prompted me to download yelp and start. I come to this UPS location multiple times a month, to mail packages to family, do amazon returns etc. But this past time, my experience was so dreadful I never want to come back and will be driving an additional 20 minutes to a different store. Zoe behind the counter is one of the most insufferable, unhelpful, and unprofessional people I have ever seen work retail. I walked into the store and there was a line of over 13 people waiting to do amazon returns. The gentleman working the amazon returns was obviously so new he didn't even have a UPS shirt yet, and even made a comment to another customer about being new. Zoe however, stood behind the counter, not helping the new employee or helping customers, but having a conversation with "Jason", laughing, talking about out of work things, joking around, and just staring at her cell phone. She made eye contact with multiple of the frustrated people waiting in line, for almost 10 minutes, until she finally logged into the computer and said "I guess I can help". Then she proceeded to help one guest in the amount of time it took the newer gentleman to help three. While helping customers, Zoe proceeded to turn around and attempt to flirt with Jason, who was behind her processing packages, instead of pay attention to her job. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had, and it took over 30 minutes for me to return a single amazon package since their self-service computer is broken. Every customer in line behind us and in front of us was grumbling from how uncomfortable the experience was. The newer gentleman is the only reason this review is not getting 1-star. I honestly would rate this UPS a 5-star based off of every previous experience I have had with the staff here. However Zoe did such a great job, I now rate it 2-stars. read more

Every time I've used this UPS store I've had a good experience. The folks who work there are helpful, fast, efficient, and particularly quick to open up the other register when they see more customers coming into their store. read more

UPS Riverside Landings 1809 E Broadway St, Oviedo, FL 32765 I brought in a pre-labeled package. The owner rudely asked me, "what's this"? I thought I had made a mistake. I double checked my label from home, and it is a UPS Label. Even if I had made a mistake, I don't understand why treating me rudely was necessary. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Again, encountered the arrogant and rude Asian gentleman this morning about 10:45 a.m., who seems to be the franchisee. Just coming from my dentist, and a difficult root canal, I was not prone to conversation. Dropped off a return item, and asked for a receipt. However, this gentleman chose to interpret my pain as hostile behavior, and shouted at me, as I was leaving the store, "HAVING A BAD DAY, SIR?!", in the most vitriolic and demeaning tone possible. UPS: Please open another store in this area! This location seems to feel it has a right to abuse its customers at will. read more

A UPS box is very expensive, compared to USPS, but service is waay better. After hours pickup is available, plus lots more options. This store is especially helpful & friendly. Very much appreciate Cliff & his staff. read more

I am writing this review to offer feedback on my experiences and give input on other comments made of this store. I frequently have tons of copies for school work. I email them to the store for copying. Rachel is awesome and is the only one that never messes up. She prints ALL of the attachments and emails me within 10 minutes that they're ready. She is a breath of fresh air; pleasant, focused on customer service and kind. The previous staff was lazy and made excused instead of helping you. They also were apparently hard of hearing as they never picked up the phone. If you were to call now, the phone is answered by the second ring. The current workers are polite and service well. The owner is focused on business and that's why he appears stern; also he has employees to bring the fluff. People are all different and should be accepted as they are. We never know what's going on in people's lives so we should pray and not judge. I'm grateful for the UPS store so close to me (5 min drive) and I've never had a package screw up. read more

I came in this evening about five minutes before closing time to fax a life altering document that had a 7 pm deadline. I apologized for cutting it so close but explained that this was extremely important with a looming deadline. The clerk smirked at me and claimed he could fax it but could not provide me with a confirmation sheet as it would not be ready before they closed. If he had time to fax it he had five minutes to provide me with the confirmation page! For a store that offers a product that can easily be acquired by FedEx I'm surprised at the poor customer service I experienced. I will not be returning to your store and I'll be letting my Oviedo neighbors know they should take their business elsewhere! read more

I needed to return something I had purchased on Amazon.com. I brought my item in it's original box to this store with one side open along with the paid return package slip. I was told there would be a charge to tape up the one side. Really! So for less than 2 feet of tape this store cost themselves a customer. read more
