Unfriendly man said I could park on the side of the building (compromise!) and bring it in that way. I thanked him profusely and while I was leaving he shouted at me, "BUT JUST THIS ONCE! Another time I had them simply stamp everything for "today's" date and then mail it out but instead of using the address to ConEd on the front they mailed it back to the sender via our return label on the back of the envelope. They didn't even try to send it to the recipient. I'd post pics but for the privacy of our company and recipients, I chose not to. Horrible customer service.
