I had to return oxygen equipment to Inogen. I had been trying to get the shipment information from Inogen for three weeks. they were very unhelpful. I thought I finally had all I needed to return the equipment so I got everything to this UPS store. it turns out they only sent me partial instructions and not enough to complete the shipment. the staff helped me by talking to Inogen and waiting for the instructions to be emailed to them. it took about forty minutes. the store was very busy with holiday customers and it surprised me that they took the time to be so kind helping me. excellent service. read more

Shipping and more This UPS Store is one of the busier locations I have been to. It sits in a busy shopping center and does a banging business. I use this UPS Store location mostly for their notary services, but I have also shipped items from here and have always had a pleasant experience. On the notary side of the house, the notary person working is usually quick and efficient. The only drawback is that you might be in line behind a few others getting documents stamped. On the shipping side, depending on what it is you are shipping, it can be anywhere from a fast experience to a lightning-fast experience. If you are merely dropping off something that already has a shipping label, there are enough people working here to get you scanned and out the door in a matter of minutes. On the other hand, if you require a box, and other packing materials, you may be there for a bit longer as the workers get you all squared away. Worst customer service. I made an Amazon return there where the employee is supposed to scan a QR code and print a pre-paid label with a specific tracking # on it so the product matches up with its return order. The employee ended up printing a label and charging me for it, when they were not supposed to. He apparently printed a label with a random/wrong tracking # on it so the return never showed with Amazon. When I called them, they took ZERO responsibility. They argue and say it isn't their responsibility even though it is. I got Amazon customer service on and they told me that: a/ I was not supposed to be charged for a pre-paid label, and b/ the store printed the wrong label. Then when I ask to speak with a manager, they tell me he's gone. When I ask what is his name, they make up a name 'Calvin' and when you ask for him on future calls, they say he's not in, even when I call during the times he's supposed to be on shift. It's a shell game. It must be the name they give to customers that is made up, so you can never reach a manager, as anytime you call, even midday, they say they stepped out for a meeting and won't be back all day. When I then asked for the assistant manager, "Kay", they said that person also was not in, midday on a Tuesday. What a JOKE.They are rude and take responsibility for nothing. Their employee clearly does NOT know what he is doing and it's NOT that hard to scan a QR code and print a pre-printed label and slap it on a box. I've been coming to UPS for a very long time and I've never had a problem returning items or even receiving a warm welcome. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular store hasn't been a good one. The employees are rude never say good morning or good bye. Never help to say the least. It almost feels like they don't even want to work or be there, I've come in numerous times hoping for a different outcome, but it's always the same I feel UPS should be aware. This was my second visit to this location. The store is doing a great job instilling Covid-19 friendly practices. Staff wear masks, spots for waiting in line are marked and readily visible to patrons and hand sanitizer is available. On both occasions, the purpose of my visit was to make a return to Amazon. I went in this establishment today to ship a package, I had the pleasure of having this nice young lady who's name was Brianna. During my time of being there, this gentleman who came in after a few of us, proceeded to skip the line and slam his package on the counter, then proceeded to tell me that we're just standing around that he has to drop something off to let him go as the young lady was calling me to the register she told him he did not have to speak to me in that manner, he then got all rude and threatened to make a review on her and the store as it was getting loud I butted in and told her thank you and don't pay him No mind you can't make everybody happy. They packed and shipped a computer for me. Damaged in shipping. Have made countless calls to the manager to file a claim for the $100 damage coverage. All calls were met with excuses and shifting blame to UPS corporate. UPS corporate says the shipping UPS store has to handle it. It is now almost 3 months later, and no claim processing. I tried to send packages through this store and got to the store at 2:40. Store closes at 3:00 and people were inside including workers and customers. The workers totally ignored me holding heavy boxes outside the door which I knocked on several times. When a customer came out, so did a worker and he told me the system was down and he could not take anymore packages but remember there were two customers inside taking care of their packages. When I got back to my car, one of the customers said to me that the workers told him they had to close early because they had too much work to do and did not get paid overtime. Buyer Beware. This was my first time at this UPS location. I had two packages to ship. One was a framed picture that required packaging. Here's the good stuff...there were several employees behind the counter so the wait time wasn't long. Unfortunately, the young man who helped had been on his phone when I approached the counter and he did not appear to be happy to be pulled away to tend to a customer. His greeting was unprofessional but that wasn't the worse thing. Every time, he put down an item, the paper I needed to sign, the pen with which I was to sign and even the stapler he was using, he simply threw them on the counter. If one of my own boys behaved that way, I'd be rightly upset and ashamed. To add insult to injury, they charged nearly $200 to ship a package to CT. When I asked if there was someway to cut the cost, he replied "that's what it cost. Do you want to ship it or not?" Honestly, I should have walked out but I was pressed for time. The next day, I took the a duplicate frame to the fedex and I was charged less than half the price. $89.00! For the same service, size and delivery location. I feel really taken advantage of on top of mistreated. You can be sure I won't return to that location and I strongly recommend you check other alternative shipping providers before using this UPS. read more

Sunday March 19th 2023, Went to the UPS Store in the garden shops on the corner of PGA and military. The guy behind the counter was so rude. I was simply returning my AT&T cable boxes and I was told by AT&T that I had to return everything including the power sources and the wireless connection box. Well this guy was so rude and told me that I don't get credit for the power sources or the wireless connector box. He didn't say good morning, he didn't say hello, nothing. I told him that I had just been at two other UPS stores in the area and they were supposed to be opened and we're not. Again, no response. I asked him if he needed my account number, he said I don't know. He simply handed me a receipt and I checked to make sure the correct account number was on there and I turned around and left. I looked at the receipt once I had pulled out of the shopping plaza and sure enough, he did not put the power sources or the wireless connector box on the receipt so I had to turn around and go back and again, he was rude as could be. The previous reviews were years ago, so that is not how the store is run today. I used this store at noon on a Saturday. I was 3rd in line with two agents working the desk. Within 2 minutes of my arrival a third agent was out at the desk assisting customers. I was served in maybe another 2 minutes and my Amazon return with receipt was accomplished within seconds, getting me out the door in about 5 minutes total. I don't think anyone can ask for more efficient service. I definitely will go back to this store the next time I need UPS service. read more

AWFUL!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. The apathetic nature of the employees was unfortunately not surprising based on the previous reviews. Don't bother e-mailing them because they don't respond. When you call the cold uncaring, disinterested response appears to be synonymous with the nature in which they do business. The envelope we sent arrived at its destination later than the employee indicated it would and looked like it had been trampled or shoved into a corner and forgotten. (The postal service could have delivered it in less time for less money and been a little more responsive) This location obviously does not care about customers and is in business simply because of their prime accessible location NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

I have previously had good service at this UPS store location. The service I received today completely changed my opinion. I entered the store with 2 Amazon returns. Inexplicably one had a UPS mailing label and the other had a QR code and the instructions to drop the item at the UPS Store with no packaging required. (That is an Amazon issue.). The counter employee scanned the QR code and told me "you have to buy a box." I questioned this and was told "I have no control over what the computer tells me to do. It printed out a label so you must buy a box." As I continued to talk to the employee, a second employee jumped in and the two ganged up on me telling me to buy a box. Normally I would not care, but with the idiocy of the situation and the feeling of being ganged up upon, I told them to just give the items back and I would handle it with Amazon. At that point a third employee (manager possibly but not particularly managerial) entered the conversation and told them to go wait on other customers as I obviously was not going to purchase anything. I finally was given my items back and I let them know that I did not appreciate being ganged up on. One employee continued to argue with me as I left the store. I would like to reiterate that I never once raised my voice or said anything inappropriate or unkind. I was randomly treated rudely because I questioned what should have been a routine transaction. If it needed packaging it could have gone in with the other packaged item. I definitely felt like I was being shaken down to buy an overpriced box. read more

Unfortunately, I have to give at least one star as Yelp won't let me leave zero stars. This is the worst UPS location I have ever been to. First of all, I understand it is the holidays and people are stressed and overworked. I have used UPS stores instead of USPS for years because they are generally faster, cheaper, and more reliable--but I will never return to this location after today's visit. I used both the UPS website/cost estimator and the USPS website/cost estimator, and determined that shipping a box via USPS Priority Flat Rate would be the best option at around $13.65 for a medium sized box. This store, upon arrival, informed me they would charge more than $75 (!!!!) for a medium sized Flat Rate box. While I understand an upcharge for the convenience of using UPS for USPS products, at MOST I have been charged a few extra bucks at other locations. $75?! I was shipping from FL to CA, not from FL to Timbuktu. The entire purpose of Flat Rate is exactly that -- it's a flat fee! To top it off, the man I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. read more

Unbelievably bad experience at this store. I am the Director of Marketing for a local company and do a lot of printing at different UPS and FedEx locations depending on where I'm heading. I called this location on 6/5/17 to let them know I was emailing an important presentation, how many copies I needed, and that I would be there on 6/6/17 at 8am when they open to pick up. I then emailed them at the correct email address reiterating everything. So I get to the store at 7:50am and wait for them to open. The young lady opening the store doesn't even get there until 8:12. (Mind you I have a meeting at 8:30 and I'm still 15 minutes away). She doesn't get the register turned on and opened up until 8:15. And guess what? No presentation printed. Nothing. The young lady's excuse? I don't know, I wasn't here yesterday. If you want to wait it will be like half an hour. No sorry, nothing. Never coming back here again. read more

Out of the dozens of UPS stores I've visited I can easily say the staff in this location is by far the least helpful and most rude. I ship packages out almost daily, but will never return to this location. Don't bother calling to ask if they provide a particular service or have a specific item or size of box on hand. They will tell you on the phone that they have it on hand, but when you show up for it there is nothing there for you.
