The UPS rep did not ask for my phone number to get clients address, they only asked for zip code and area, even after I told them the address is in the system. The rep did not measure the package and told me the price is $27 to ship. I ship regularly and it normal is about $16. So I left with my package and shipped from UPS at PGA blvd for $15 and change. I said hello to the customer service "boy" and he ignored me and just started to take my package, then I said how are you today and again he ignored me. I asked him do you not speak and again he ignored me. Another customer walked in and she was brown and he said how yea doin to her. So strange!!! If you want to discriminate go ahead but don't work in the service industry then. There needs to be a manager there that does not allow these guys to be this way. I drive out of my way to come to this UPS store because they are very friendly and accommodating. They are also very kind to my child.

This location like other local advertise that they are open until 6:30pm. I required a document to be notarized. I drive 3 miles to this location during my lunch break. When I arrived there was a long line. I wai until it was my turn and when I informed the clerk that I needed to have my document notarized I was told they Notary was out and would be back in a half hour. I was told if I wanted to I could wait until the person came back. Because I was on my lunch break I left. Later in the day at 4:30pm I went back to this location and found out that the person doing the notarizing left for the day. They people work at this location obviously don't have a clue about customer service. Just read all the other reviews. read more

I went in to get a document notarized and the employee insisted I pay him cash or I would have to wait 10 minutes. I told him I didn't have cash I could wait 10 min. Then he said, "Well I'll have to work on some other things I have lined up to do so you need to go to an atm." I told him again it's no problem I could wait the 10 min. He then repeated I would have to wait a long time, then became rude, unprofessional, said he was doing me a favor and walked away angry. He was so unprofessional. UPDATE: the store manager (maybe owner not sure) called and apologized for the situation. He was very nice, and professional. He said he spoke with the employee and it shouldn't happen again. I changed my one star to 3 bc that was really nice for them to reach out to me after the situation. read more

Used to love this store but in the last few months, the customer service has gone beyond downhill and is basically non-existent. Situation 1: A few weeks ago I was in here with my infant child. The employee helping me started hitting on me & asked if I was married. His name starts with an R. Totally unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Situation 2: My brother was in town visiting me last week and had to mail a laptop and charger to his work. The employees packaged the items for him. They left the charger out of the box when they packed and mailed it. My brother only found out because his manager emailed him asking where the charger was. No one at the store bothered to try to reach out about it. I called them on Saturday to arrange getting the charger mailed out. I spoke with someone named Jamari. He said it was no issue, come in on Monday and we will look it up in the system and get it sent out, that I wouldn't have to pay again because obviously it had been weighed and was supposed to be included in the first box that was shipped (which was over $100 to ship). I let him know that I would be in around lunchtime on Monday (today). I went in today and was assisted by two different employees, both who were extremely rude. I let them know that I had called and spoken with Jamari on Saturday about the situation.The first employee told me "I have to call the owners, I can't just DO THINGS" and kept repeating himself. He started to help me with sending out another package and eventually just walked away. Then another employee came up to help. He also had a bad attitude and was rude. I asked his name, and he said it was "J." He kept saying "I don't want you to think that I'm Jamari, I didn't ship your box, Jamari is sick today. We're two different people. Got it? Got it?" He was basically smiling and laughing to himself the entire time. It was strange, unprofessional, and I got the impression that he was lying. I'm about 1000% sure that if it had been my husband doing this instead of me, they would not have treated him the same way. I'm now waiting on a call back from the first employee to tell me what the situation is with the charger. Normal customer service would've been to mail out the charger immediately free of charge, since it was their mistake that it was left out of the first box that was shipped. I live 5 minutes from this store but will be driving further to a different location after these experiences. Super unfortunate. read more

Nope nope nope - not this UPS franchise location! I had a package to get from this store to Alabama dropped off at 12:37 on 12/26 with a sticky note handed to the agent that it must get to the recipient by 12/30. He told my husband no problem. I go to track it today and it shows delivery by EOD 01/02. It also shows the label wasn't created until 6 hours after the package was dropped off and that it didn't leave that facility for another 26 hours and is still in Jacksonville waiting to be moved further. Called the 800 number and was told it's a franchise matter not corporate and nothing can be done. Corporate policy. Called the Northlake store and was told "it's a ground shipment, no guarantees on those" ... but my husband specifically asked you and gave you the note with the needed 12/30 date, to which you responded no problem ... but hid behind corporate policy when I just called to find out why it was held for more than a day. Total fail. No accountability here. You're UPS - moving packages is the core of your business, but you can't get a simple one-state move done in less than a week? You don't stand by your assertion that this is 'no problem'? And why on Earth would you hold onto a package for more than a day when the whole point was that it needed to be there in four? read more

I feel compelled to write a review about this location. I am not sure as to why there are so many negative reviews but I have always had a pleasant experience at this store. My business ships out over 10 (somewhat large) packages per day and I have used the Northlake store among others to drop them off and have always been helped and treated well when I show up. Especially when considering my experience at other locations in the area. (UPS stores don't like business package drop offs) No matter how busy they have ever been, they have never given me a hard time and always been helpful so I don't think they deserve such bad ratings for their location. read more

I am the owner of Tayler Made Services LLC. I have a business mailbox at 4371 Northlake Blvd. I had a package delivered to this location and received by Guallo on 5/31/18. Today is June 25, 2018, and I have yet to receive my package. I called the company to find out the issue to be told that it was delivered and signed for. I called the UPS Store location back with tracking number to be told that the package was signed for but it was not in the store, and the General Manager was being called o assist in this matter. I was contacted by the DM, to be told that my package was placed in the wrong box. They contacted the person that signed and picked up my package knowingly, but he/she was not in town. The only resolution I was offered was to wait until said individual of box #185 came back into town to verify even if I had a package to still receive. I advised the GM that this was nonsense and that is a business mailbox and things related to my business was in that package. I also told him that I am due for my box renewal on 7/16/18 and was he sure that this was the best he could do to handle the issue at hand. His reply to me was " ARE YOU LOOKING FOR FINANCIAL GAIN"?? I immediately lost it and told him that they were at fault and that was a poor choice of word to a customer that was definitely not at fault! I felt disrespected and most of all insulted by the comment that he made. I am looking for a resolution! This makes me no longer want to do business with this location and if this is how UPS handles issues I no longer want to be affiliated with them either. 5.9.16 sent ground my mothers 200 piece china set gold leaf-received as a wedding gift 1951 from 4371 NORTHLAKE BLVD to my brother in CA-the china was shipped in bubble wrap. Precious religious artifact- and a hand carved Italian Manger set was also broken in pieces.The boxes arrived torn and everything was in pieces. My mother has not been dead a week, really! How is this possible--were the boxes used as volley balls!!!! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING YOU VALUE!!!!!!! this is pathetic. read more
