I have been going to this UPS in Pataskala for years. In the past, the service has always been nothing less than efficient and customer oriented. However, the only "notary" there is sending business to Kroger and making customers return to the bmv because they do not know what they are doing. The "notary" said she usually made people go and get additional car titles because they had to be filled out entirely in front of her. She referred me and many other customers (her words) to the nearby Kroger to the extent that they called and thanked her for so much business (100% her own words). I tried to explain to them that are verifying the signatory not the document content, -to no avail. After leaving UPS, I went to the Bremen bank nearby and got my document successfully notarized for free without issue. I returned to the Pataskala UPS store to cordially inform the young person that "notaries notarize the signature, and do not require filling the entirety of the document out in front of them," after verifying with the other notaries at the bank. I also cordially informed them that they were making UPS lose money by referring customers that they could transact with if they had correct information, to which they rolled their eyes, and then so passive-aggressive replied "Oh-Kaaaaaaaaaaaay," loudly in front of other customers, as if to refuse acknowledging what they told me. They were rude to me and unapologetic about sending people back to wait through the huge lines at the bmv. It did not register to them that they were spreading misinformation, even when presented with facts. Instead, they continues to send people (and revenue) away to spend more of their money and time getting additional vehicle titles that they "required as a notary" to be filled out, from "top to bottom," all "completely in front of them." They became increasingly hostile in their tone as I, again calmly and cordially, explained that their information is not correct. I will not be returning to the Pataskala UPS for future business after almost ten years of my continued business. My advice is go elsewhere to get better (and correct) customer service. Fair warning: Beware of the person with the calling themselves a notary. read more

Had to fax important documents ~ the cost was minimal for secured transmission. The quality was perfect ! Have always been treated kindly and certainly always professional. So glad they are close to those who live in Pataskala, Etna, Granville. Also they take care of Amazon returns. read more

The folks who own this store are really nice and personable. I always look forward to talking to the gentleman that's always in there every time I have to take something in. Though the exchange is usually brief he finds a way to make me laugh every time. The best part is I've never waited more with five minutes even when in line. They work hard to get everyone through in a timely manner while still getting everything right. Any time I need to ship or return something I will give this location my business. read more

Went there a week or so ago, The older guy everyone has happy things to speak of must've had a bad day. He was a tad rude to me, and treated me as if I should know how HIS business works. I had to tell him that I'm just a customer and he knows the way things work so stop treating me as if I should know. Condescending and not professional tbh. I do not send packages often, but the woman at this UPS store was so professional, friendly, and efficient that I had to say something about it. She was knowledgeable and helpful. I had two separate things to ship, and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Will use this location in the future even though they are slightly out of the way for me. read more

I have been to this UPS store a couple times in the past, and have always been greeted kindly and my printing and shipping needs taken care of expertly. Today I was wanting to have a picture printed on vellum, so I called the store and asked if it was possible to have it done. The store clerk (owner?) had never heard of vellum paper, so I called a place that rhymes with coffice hax, only to be told rather rudely that "nope" they don't print on vellum. So I just got my vellum paper, and showed up here at the UPS Store, and asked the clerk if he would be willing to try printing on my paper...sure enough he did, and it turned out just how I had envisioned it! I'm so glad that I took a chance and stopped in, and appreciate his willingness to try printing it without any hesitation, and I'll be back having more prints made. read more

Came here for the first time, 15 minutes to close. I believe it was the owner that was there, he was so incredibly helpful and was so patient with me even though I came in so late. He helped me straighten out my shipping issues even though the store should have been closed and was overall just an excellent guy.
