This place has all that but the people that work here downright stink. I was here yesterday with my cousin and for 10 minutes they didn't even acknowledge her as she stood at the mailing desk. Mind you, there was 3-4 employees standing around doing, what seemed like, nothing. Its a shame that customer service at this place is severely low. I work in retail and that is the number one thing you are taught, "Help the customer" Even when they are rude. You should just try your best. The workers seem to just really hate everything.

I went today with a very last-minute, fairly large project (200 glossy posters and something else small). Everyone working there was very friendly, patient, and very willing to help! The file wasn't as big as it was supposed to be, so they helped revise it right there on the spot. Then after I explained that I live in Philly and need it by tomorrow for a conference next week, they said they'd just go ahead and print it all right there. The posters turned out perfectly and the price was very reasonable. I would never recommend doing what I did - going very last minute without putting the files on a thumb drive (my external harddrive didn't work and there wasn't wireless internet) - but I HIGHLY recommend Minuteman Press in Cherry Hill for any printing job!
