I obviously can read the posted time 6PM hence why I called, seems the "business customer service" is another reason this location has awful reviews, with that response it makes sense. I rather get my package out first thing tomorrow then run into having to go after work and running into this same issue, the truck will leave earlier than when I can get into a UPS location with nice staff. I called and a woman answered, I explained that I was on my way there and my maps said I would get there at 6:01, I asked if they could please do me this favor I have something important to send. I had to send a lot of work equipment back to a prior employer today and it needed to be packed very well for travel. The employees at this UPS Store were amazing! They worked together as a team to organize and pack all my fragile items for shipping. They explained the costs and benefits of insurance and answered my many questions. Run, don't walk to this UPS Store! Their service is top notch and they made me feel like a valued customer. They offer many services, including: printing, faxing, fingerprint services, and mailboxes for rent.
