I always choose POSTNET over the post office, FedEx, or UPS. When you run out of tape, they always have some and you can donate to their "tape fund". Employees are friendly and helpful. There is never a line. You can drop off pre-labeled packages or send one. They have packing supplies. I highly recommend this place. Parking is easy, too. read more

I had to retire early,my son was terminally ill.My W2 was sent to this Post-net,Anthem,Az,when I went to get it the owner said his wife threw it into a black trash bag,it was thrown out back nightly,nothing gets shredded,I jumped in the gondola,the bag was open,scattered sensitive emails,bank statements,all over,my W2 was gone.My night mare began,I reported Post-net to the local deputy, ch 3,inspector general.But my life was ruined.I got threatening calls daily,lots of tries to open credit lines,buy equipment,my credit was ruined.Police said there are hot spots in Anthem for I'd theft.These crooks even sent me phoney jobs and ruined chances to be hired.35yr Cdla driver,and suspicious activity by ID theft is keeping me from working,one employer told me there was a credit issue,Now what? read more

I had a lawyer contact me over the weekend and he hired me to be an expert witness in a lawsuit. Once I accepted, he proceeded to send me 79 separate files of information that I needed to print out - I estimated it was about 300-400 pages. Needless to say, this was WAY too big for my home printer (I merely winter in Anthem, I don't have an office here...). I panicked and then googled Printing Services in Anthem. Up popped PostNet, so I read the reviews. From those reviews, I got the sense this was a shop that cared about their customers. I was waiting for them to open on Monday morning. I met with Florencie (sorry if I spelled that wrong...) and she was VERY attentive and helpful; she gave me an estimate for my job and figured it would be done that day. Well, she called me at noon and said the job was completed. When I went to pick it up, she explained that some files were in color and some were B&W and that she charged me the appropriate amount based on color OR B&W. All files were 3 hole punched and stapled. To keep track of all that was a big job but she seemed very happy to have done so. In the end, this job cost me $120 and considering it was done in under 4 hours, I find that to be VERY reasonable. PostNet and Florencie deserve 10 Stars out of 5, but the most I can give them is 5 - THANK YOU!!! read more

I don't make returns for products all that often, so when I printed out the return label for a product, I didn't include all that was needed for them to ship it back via FedEx. Linda called me and stated that there was a section missing and if I just sent her, via email, the electronic version of the return label she would take care of it from there. I did just that, and called, she answered, we had a funny discussion, but was relieved that everything was taken care of due to my blunder and I didn't have to make a trip back to PostNet. All of the people here are friendly. They have fast service and offer a lot of essential services in one spot. I had my fingerprints done by Leslie and she was very nice and also provided me with a fingerprint clearance card application and envelope to send it in. The only thing I will say is that if you're going to have your fingerprints done, try to make an appt because I had to stop in a few different times and there was never a fingerprint person there when I stopped in. Not a big deal, but I was not actually offered to make an appt the other times I stopped in, but the nice lady today did offer this (I arrived just shortly before the fingerprint person arrived). I will continue to go there. It is a nice friendly place. Love it! read more

I have use PostNet for years to purchase shipping supplies even used them back in GA. I placed my third order for packing peanuts at the Anthem, AZ location over the phone. It was awkward. Even though they had ordered for me before I had a difficult time getting my order placed. There was confusion over the type of peanuts I was requesting. I also clearly stated how big a bag I wanted. A couple of days later, I received a phone call that they peanuts had come in and the lady on the phone was still confused about what kind I wanted. I went to PostNet and the peanuts that were ordered were the correct ones but they had ordered two smaller bags instead of what I requested. I was supposed to get 2 - 20 cubic feet bags instead they ordered 2 - 7 cubic feet bags. When they told me how much they were I almost fell over. $36.50 each. The last 20 cubic foot bag cost me $27. They got them from ULine, I know how much they paid for them. They explained that their boss wanted them to charge $80 for the 20 cubic foot bags which it seemed they could not get for me. There was no explanation as to why the smaller bags were ordered. Clearly, they do not want to sell peanuts. I sell, I ship and I left PostNet feeling totally ripped off, which I was. They gave me a discount because I am sure they could see I was upset. I still paid WAY too much. If I had not been in need of peanuts I would have left them. I should have left them there. I didn't have time for more shopping today and I had orders to ship. Their computer would not even work to charge me for 7 cubic foot bags, they told me my receipt read 20 cubic foot bags instead of 7 and they couldn't change it. Interesting the computer knew the correct price. So, I paid more for 2 - 7 cubic foot bags than I should have paid for 1-2o0cubic foot bag. I was told to just raise my shipping cost to cover the added expense. NEVER a gain, Done! read more

While visiting family in Anthem, I went to PostNet at 3655 W Anthem Way. The gentleman who helped me was terrific. He was able to help me with something I could not do at home. The cost was very reasonable, the finished product was perfect and he did all this remarkably fast. This is the best store of its kind that I have ever used. read more

After 2 rather disappointing trips to the FedEx store---that is 20 min one-way away--- I really needed some help. I had to get a replacement phone back to the sender or I was looking at a $650+ phone bill next month.
