I taped up a package to take to the UPS store for shipping, but I accidentally tore one corner open on the way. I asked the working woman there if she could spare a piece of tape. As usual, most ( not all ) of the negative reviews regarding the store have nothing to do with the store. Politics? In what context? And certain gun parts require specific licensure, which I'm sure said shipper either knows and was unhappy they didn't get what they wanted/when they wanted, regardless of legality, and/or shouldn't at all be shipping said part. I've been to this location and recieved great service, especially since I was on a time sensitive errand that was my own fault ( wow! ) and had the employees go out of their way to help me with. Since I don't push my views, political or otherwise when I'm in a retail store, I was very happy with the service and basic human empathy, and will be back. The woman who helped us was very friendly and nice, but behind her were a couple employees who were trying to intimidate us. Unfortunately free speech isn't for everyone. My husband had A Trump hat, and one employee just glared at us, then she told her coworker and her coworker turned around and glared at us too. Whatever your political view is, I found it very unprofessional and will take my business elsewhere. The worst UPS store I've ever been to!!!! First of all I was returning a air conditioning unit that was defective. The box weighed 60 pounds. After taking the box inside the store I was told by the so-called manager/owner that he would not ship the package because the bottom is coming off. He said shipping tape will not work and I needed to go to Lowe's or Home Depot and purchase a clear, nylon contractors tape. I was pissed.... but I left to go to Lowe's..... Where they did not carry the tape. After two more stops I realized that this tape is a specialty item, only carried in specialty stores. The manager in Lowe's told me that regular shipping tape can hold up to 80 pounds and its perfectly fine for the box I was shipping. Two hours later I returned to the store and taped my box with regular shipping tape. (purchased from Lowe's)The manager was nowhere to be found of course....And there were no issues. I could've purchased tape right from the UPS store and been done with the transaction in five minutes. But I was sent on a wild goose chase for tape that no one sells and I'm not really even sure why. I will never return to this the store! Stay away from this location!!! And to top everything off.... all the employees watched me drag the 60 pound box in by myself and never offered to help! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.....shipped a box and paid close to $100.00 for the shipping. It arrived crunched, torn, smashed, open, and a fork lift went through it. Approached the owner of this store with pictures....he ended up denying my claim stating that the box was not strong enough! Not sure what kind of box I could purchase to handle a truck running over it, and a fork life going through it!!!!! Well, he had NO PROBLEM taking my $100.00 to ship it without saying anything about the UHaul box I placed the articles in. Lost items, dirty items, etc. PLEASE, DO NOT patronize this UPS store.
