I make a lot of returns at this UPS Store. The new remodel they recently did was such an improvement! The station for Amazon returns is now at the front, and it's a lot more convenient to do it yourself. This store definitely gets busy at certain times of the day, but I've found midday is usually the best time to go. I stopped by around 1 PM and there were only a few people inside, so I was in and out quickly! The times I've had to go to the counter, the employees have always been friendly and helpful. I sent a package a couple weeks ago ago and I have the address on my phone. I handed my phone to the employee to type the address. I was assuming they feel confident they put it in my package was sent in return to me because I got one number wrong. I got a phone call and they asked me to come down and pay for it again with the correct address. I think this is inAppropriate to make a pay, but they didn't follow policy. Never trust them to enter it correctly. I just didn't think I needed to babysit a professional employee. That's why I gave them the address to enter it. read more

This place is always empty or filled with people! It's best to come during off hours to avoid a line/wait. The employees are always so nice and efficient. They know what they're doing and are happy to help. I also like how there's an Amazon self serve counter on the left side. More people need to be aware of that! It definitely helps save time if there's a long line. Although, I will say it's sometimes a struggle to print documents from the computer. The computer doesn't always work and is a little older. But I'm sure an employee would also be happy to help print a document if needed! read more

Within 6 minutes there were suddenly 12 people in line behind us. Wow! Is this the only place to handle business needs? Seems so. The staff is methodical yet friendly. Could use a good vacuum. One sweet blonde enthusiastically assisted with the utmost patience. Love her! She's focused and a strong attention to detail and efficiency. We were out within minutes. I went to UPS thinking it was more reliable. NOT. I spent an extra $5 to get my package there faster. The receipt said "Expected June 11th". It did not arrive until June 16th... So I went in asking to get my $5 back for the upgraded shipping. NOPE! "Due to covid no guarantee" They sent it USPS priority mail... So if I had originally gone to the post office and sent it USPS Priority Mail, at the very least it would have gotten there a day earlier. And quite frankly a day mattered. I will make sure to tell everyone to just save themselves the headache. It is going USPS priority mail. So just take it there yourself. Save yourself time and money. Had them do a quick print job that was supposed to be ready for pickup on Friday. Needless to say it wasn't ready, but was informed it would be done that day and could be picked up Saturday morning. I went in to the UPS store in Pleasant Grove Utah near Macy's to ship 18 packages. There was no one in line and no one in the parking lot at the time - it was a typical quiet Sunday in Utah. The two employees both males were sitting and talking when I came into the store doing no visible work. When I presented them with my list of locations that needed shipments and the packages - they just stared at them in silence. They counted the number of locations and said " This is like 18 locations locations - we would have to manually type each address into the UPS label maker one at a time." I responded "correct." They sat and stared at the list of locations and looked perplexed like they had never before seen packages and shipping addresses at this UPS Store. Another few minutes passed and the taller red headed employee said "this is going to take like a while. It's more volume of shipment than we would normally do here at this UPS Store." 18 shipments? So I gathered up my packages and left. I figured I would go to another store (FedEx) in the morning where I could feel more confident that my packages would be entered and shipped accurately. Walked into the UPs store and they have girls that have no idea what they are doing. I was trying to send a package to Hong Kong and it was 30 min before we found out that it would cost $114 to ship a package that weighs less than 1lb! What a joke. Trying the post office. read more

The first time I went in, the system was down and I couldn't print anything. The second time I went in, I was able to print but the computer had all sorts of glitches, and the printer jammed. Prices are not posted in any clear place, nor does the computer tell you how much you have spent as you go. So I didn't find out the price until the end, and the cost was outrageous. The computer alone cost $.25 a minute to use. Complete rip off. read more

Unprofessional, rude, incompetent staff. Staff doesn't even know how to validate a mailing address. Spent about $40 to ship a package that never got there. I had to go back and pick it up after over a week. Talked to Savanah who didn't seem to know much. Then went by day after, talked to Hadley, supposedly the "the store manager", even worse. Clueless. I had to explain to both several times that what they were saying made no sense. They were simply trying to rip the customers off. So, after realizing the serious lack of skills at that location I left. Called UPS and talked to customer service. They confirmed how incompetent those employees were and apologized and provided proof that the system does report issues with the address without me even explaining anything to them. Best part is the Taylor, store owner. Was supposed to call to "own" this, maybe show some professionalism. Never called to show he cared in the least. I am sure plenty of "well crafted" excuses will follow this review. This location is a joke. Took package to fedex and they actually knew what they were doing. Ha. Oh what a display of incompetence that was. SNL version of UPS. At least I had some good laughs with corporate. Go somewhere else, it'll save you time and money. read more

The management needs to learn how to train in customer service skills. Unfortunately the 2 ladies that were working were absolutely awful, had no idea what they were doing, and were extremely snotty. I did come in 20 minutes before they closed-which wasn't ideal on my end. However they didn't care to give actual help. Store 4848 used to be a great helpful store to go into.. Doesn't even feel like UPS at all.. The guy working today 5/31 at 10:00 has terrible customer service, he would rather complain that logging into a computer would be more for him to do and would rather have me do it on a computer. I didn't have very much time. Then because he had one other person in and someone call in, he made me rip open the box he taped to put in the paper and retape the box and label to it. Horrible customer service, complained in one form or another every step of the way... Get someone else that understands customer care. read more

I stopped by Saturday April 6th to mail a letter from Pleasant Grove UT to Scottsdale AZ. I paid $18+ dollars for "Priority Mail 2-day". As of now, today, April 8th 3:10pm, my letter is still in their store. USPS said they came by Saturday to get delivery from UPS Store and it was closed. They stated they were there at 4:58pm. Because USPS has yet to pick up mail today from that store, the $18 that I paid for 'Priority Delivery' was a waste of money. I called and spoke with Colissa and though she was polite, she simply stated it is NOT her responsibility to make sure USPS picks up mail daily. That sometimes USPS doesn't pick up mail for days. I was NOT told this when i chose USPS for delivery or I would have paid the extra $10 for UPS delivery. I find that this store has NO respect for its customers or customers using other service rather than UPS. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER use UPS Store again. You have lost a customer for life and hopefully others will read this review and use other forms for snail-mail stores as well. read more
