In my first experience working with the company, I was told that I was receive my two banners before my scheduled event, but only one banner arrived. By then, it was too late to get the other one printed and ready. I thought I would be nice and give them a second chance a year later, by ordered another banner for another event. Unfortunately, they delivered a smaller sized banner than the one I had requested and paid for. Although they gave me a refund, I was unimpressed as there was no time to get another banner printed. On top of that, they do not take care and consideration into account when making sure your files are print-ready. When my last banner arrived the graphics were blurry and not in high resolution. I wish the company had flagged that to my attention and sent me a preview file of what my banner would look like before I approved it to go to print. The lack of attention to detail on their end shows that they don't care about what they produce and deliver to their clients at all. The only thing that impressed me was their ability to communicate quickly via email. I will not be using their services again.

I was told they don't make them that way and if I retract payment they will place my account in collections. I had specified a 3" diameter pocket and they manufactured a 3" fold. Basic math will tell you 6" of folded fabric will not equal the circumference of a 3" circle. They refused to rectify the mistake and offered that I could buy new ones at cost, essentially I could pay to fix their mistake. Avoid doing business with this company
