Now, it really isn't often I will find a spot with stellar Yelp reviews, but this spot lived up to the hype! Clean, staff was so helpful and friendly. They even cut my menus to the sizes I needed. There were a few hiccups, like the paper not being the correct thickness and the color being off, but the team of course offered to redo them right away. This year I won auctions at Rago Auctions (via remote bidding) - one in the spring and another this winter. The wins were for large, awkward, fragile and pricey studio ceramics from reknown listed mid-century artists. On both occaisions, I trusted Sweta and Ivan at the UPS Store to pick up these pieces from the Auction House and to decide how to safely pack these (5) over-sized fragile pieces for safe transport. This UPS shop's prices are very fair, the packing is careful, double-boxed, bubbles, peanuts ... they provide estimates in advance, arrange for insurance and tell me what day to expect delivery. Communication is excellent. In every case, the ceramic art piece arrived quickly, and in perfect condition. I was moving cross-country the next day and realized my collection of art works would not fit in my car as anticipated. It was a very stressful situation for me and this woman was so helpful and kind in the process of helping me secure my large set of paintings, she took time to ensure the boxes were safe for transport. I was dropping off an amazon return and asked if the item needed to be put in a box and all the worker said was "don't worry about it". Not in a mean way, just direct. I wasn't asking because I thought I had to pay (the return was free), I was just asking because I was curious as to how it was shipped. Agreed 100% with a previous poster about the rude lady. Came here to drop off several Amazon return items in early April. To abide by Covid guidelines, I arrived wearing a face covering and gloves, and waited my turn outside the store, hoping to get in and get out as quickly as possible. When it was my turn, the lady complained about the number of items I had: she told me I'm going to catch Covid from touching Amazon items and that I will spread it to her. She kept on ranting well after my items were processed. She could have very well notified me of a limit on the number of items I could process there (which there didn't seem to be), or to come back at a later date. Instead she chose to let me know that I will catch a deadly disease and accused me of being a spreader(?). Unprofessional and downright rude. Ivan has been so helpful at this location, but the thought of dealing with this Covid prophet lady... I'll stick to other locations from now on. read more

I've been going to this store for the past 10+ years and the staff has ALWAYS been helpful, respectful and friendly. They are honest and go out of their way to find me the cheapest option whenever possible. I'm sad that in these difficult and scary times when we should be thanking our essential workers, someone is taking the time out to attack them. No you don't follow the rules with access point because it doesn't say to contact the access point to make sure for them to hold your package. That's the whole point of access point to get your packages delivered safely and be held there for a reasonable timeframe and if no one pick it up than definitely to return to sender not just flat out denying a package. Following up on a couple previous reviews, (I wish I'd read this Yelp page before using this location) this store seems to not want to be used as a UPS Access Point unless you call them beforehand. I was met with the same angry question as a previous poster of why I would send a package there and was told to call them ahead of time if I wanted to have things shipped there. Normally with UPS you just select an Access Point online and the package arrives there for you to pick it up, no additional contact needed. I realize it's a tough time but the service could have been nicer about it. I just moved to town and there was no way I could have known that this UPS Store somehow works differently than all other UPS Access Points I've used when UPS gave me the option online to ship there. It seems like they maybe don't know UPS policy? After how I was treated the first time I'm probably going to try to find a different Access Point to ship to. read more

If you think USPS priority mail is slow these days UPS is really no better. If you think your package will arrive on estimated date just make sure you track it bc it may not. I sent A small package going south on 9/29 est delivery 10/4 it is sitting far west In Portland est arrival 10/11 with no further updates. Save some time on tracking your package the USPS tracking system is much better and Fed ex too. You can call the store but there is nothing they can do although they are nice UPS is definitely not better than United States Post Office. read more
