Went in to return an item today. A rug that was the incorrect size folded up and ready to be box and returned. The individual working told me it was cost 32 dollars for one box. I'm not sure if this is standard pricing for a 28 in length 20 in width and 6 in height box. Sorry UPS I'll find a box in the Lowe's foods dumpster and be right back. Employees were unprofessional and unwelcoming. 5/31/25 closing shift both employees need to take a few more training videos. read more

Do not use this store. There are plenty of others that offer better service. I sent a return back on a pre paid label. The associate in the store assigned a value of 100.00 to my package. Had he asked, it was closer to 400.00. Now, it's missing, sitting in Atlanta since 7/22/25. I cannot file a claim for the actual value because of the associates lack of customer service. read more

I've used this UPS store for shipping, notarizing and just mailing regular letters ever since it opened. The staff is super-nice and helpful, and they offer many other unexpected services; I don't own a printer, and they've let me log into my email account on their computer, print off files and copies for me at very reasonable prices (cost much less than Kinko's per page) on several occasions. They also have rental postal boxes and a courtesy slot for outgoing United States Postal Service mail. They also sell USPS stamps. This is very convenient if you live in the Hwy 42 and Hwy 210 areas, because the nearest U.S. post offices are all the way down in Benson and Smithfield. (for me that's a 15-mile trip) They can also order promotional items like pens, t-shirts and banners and put your photos on things. I've seen their photo blowups and posters at friends' weddings and the quality was excellent. I've never had bad customer service at any visit. The staff was extremely helpful and even helped me carry my boxes in from my jeep when I explained that I am disabled and asked if someone could help. I really like this store and highly recommend them for shipping, printing and notarizing. It's convenient and reasonably priced. read more

Usually very friendly service when the owner (Indian lady) is present in the store. Google states the store is open weekdays until 7pm. We would normally not arrive at the store this late, but knew it closed at 7pm aa we had other errands to run. We arrived 6:47pm on a week day. Door was locked. Inside one customer, being served by black man. We waited for almost 10 min outside, after which an older white lady came and unlocked the door. We greeted her but she was clearly not happy. She did not smile or say a word just turned around and went to the back of the store again. Did not even asked us if she could help us. We decided to use the kiosk to return a few Amazon packages. Another customer arrived.. it was still just before 7pm. My daughter opened the door for him- I could hear the lady saying under her breath " we are closed".. I told my daughter ( who was upset by this remark from the lady) that she did the right thing to open the door for the customer as it was not 7pm yet. If the staff want to lock the door before 7pm ( as they locked it 6:45pm or earlier) they should change the hours on the door. As I mentioned the owner always really nice and helpful- she was not present on this occasion unfortunately. read more

I've been going in almost weekly with Amazon wedding and baby registry gift returns and always have a great experience. Everyone is friendly and working as effectively as possible to get to the next customer. Also have used notoriety services with no issue. Love coming here over any other UPS. read more

Went in today to print something from my email.. the lady at the counter was rude.. when I asked her if someone could help me since I've never used their computers before, she rolled her eyes and let out an exasperated sigh. She then mumbled something by the computer. I couldn't hear what she said, yet, I dare ask her to repeat herself, so I figured it out on my own. I won't be using this store again. I'll drive extra miles to avoid her nastiest. Not impressed at all. read more

Terrible customer service - the employees clearly treat working at a mail store like they are saving lives. I drive 35 mins away on my lunch break to get a timely document notarized with my wife and they wouldn't complete the transaction because my wife's drivers license expired a couple days ago. I offered a digital copy of another state ID that wasn't expired and they denied using the digital copy. It's 2022, virtual IDs are accepted in a million places, especially as a back up verification. Way to go above and beyond in a specific situation to help a customer. read more

Owner/manager is a dick. I stop by to ship a box, hes more interested in smoking outside with his buddy than helping me (a customer). Wants to complain as its pre-paid and UPS doesn't pay him for it. Trys to charge me a fee. Acts like its so hard on him to print a receipt that I dropped it of. Ill be filing a notice with UPS about this site, as it sucks. read more

Girl charged me a $5 "image resizing fee" which was copy and pasting a photo to a word doc and making it big. Didn't even ask her to do it. Just asked if i could put a special type of paper in the printer that i brought myself. Would rather have bought my own printer at that point read more

The UPS store closed more than 6 minutes before the closing time and refused to let me into the store. The customers who were inside the store 5 minutes later convinced the store associate to finally let me in. Once inside the store, the associate was rude and short with me. Coming from a retail background as well I know that it's a huge problem to close a store before the hours listed. I'm very disappointed in my experience at this store. All I had was a prepaid label that needed to be scanned into the system. Once the associate finally gave me attention the interaction lasted all of 30 seconds. I thanked the worker for her time and left. I hope she finds a position one day where shes happy to do her job. read more

I've used them a few times for notary services and they were always very polite and happy to help for what might seem like an insignificant service. Now I've gotten a quote for a print job that was very reasonable and I found out they can do other types of promotional material too for my company. I have been to this store 3 times. I'm a firm believer in giving "mom & pops" a chance, but they do not deserve it. 1st time to deliver a package that weighed less than 9lb. $116.00. Wow!, but it was an emergency. Next was 9lb package overnight delivery. Package was delivered week and a half later. They said it was tracking error. They would only charge me half price. Really??!! Third, I am sooooo done with this husband and wife that feels above it all!!! PLEASE DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR MAIL TO THESE PEOLPLE!! You will be sorry It has been weeks since that last tracking package was not delivered. We have called 2 times and went in person once. They keep saying they are working on it. WORKING ON WHAT?!! It was not delivered. UPS says it was a tracking error. What is the delay. Called again today. Employee said owner is working on it!!! Paid $83.00 for a non delivered package. They haven't even had the courtesy of calling to update progress. read more

The woman who owns the store is condescending and rude. The gentleman co-owner is much more pleasant, so my advice would be to time your visits accordingly if you decide to go. The copy prices that they charge in store are far higher than the online estimator available on their website. (They admit that having this estimator service available on their own store website is misleading.) I paid $84 for 500 sets of two-sided b&w copies on color paper and 250 one-sided b&w copies on color paper. I'll be going to Staples, or anywhere else, in the future. read more

I have visited this location on 3 different occasions simply out of convenience. On this particular one the employees were not friendly or very helpful. I was charged .45 per minute to use their computer as instructed by the staff only to get the wrong information and ultimately used my iPhone for what I needed. I was so frustrated by the run around and left the store $6.00 later without successfully sending my package. I do not recommend this store and will personally never use them again. read more

Phone etiquette could be better. I read that the customer service had improved with new management. Still needs improvement.

This UPS Store in the Lowe's Grocery plaza, off Hwy 42 and 52, has been under new management and the service is much better. Friendly staff as well. Give them a try. -a customer. read more
