So after almost 10 years the UPS Store by my home has new management and I was upset at first and was bothered that I had built such a genuine relationship with them. But after visiting the new people they fit right in. Super nice and helpful. I had to fax a sheet of paper and Casey was like don't worry I can do that for you and you owe me nothing. Guy behind the counter was very rude. He just looked at me when I first walked in with package in hand. I asked where are your shipping labels and he replied, "what do you mean?" Looking puzzled I said, "uhhh I need to ship a package." He need to attend a customer service class or something. Very rude. Just tell me all you need is the shipping address and you will print the shipping label. My husband and I went in on 06/21/2023, a little before 6pm and they were getting ready to close, the website states they close at 7pm. The lady at the front counter was friendly , but oh my goodness that older guy was truly a terrible , I mean terrible person looking at the other review maybe his name was Steven that little racist smirk on his face , he was sooooooooo rude to my husband when we came in with the colon guard package to send off. I believe that was the only way they took the package , otherwise they would have turned us around even though the website stated 7pm. I understand if you're ready to go home but at least change your time on the website. So customers can have an honest time as to when you actually closed, then they will avail themselves to that time. That guy was completely hateful towards my husband, and let me say this to all you hateful people out there adjust your attitude because there is a God that watches over all and I promise you He will vindicate His people and avenge our enemies. It cost you nothing to be nice to others especially when you're working in an environment that serves. It is a gift from God to serve others. I mean this guy was just talking down to my husband like he was an animal, and the only animal in that place sir was you behaving like one. The nerve of people. The other younger guy didn't say anything which was good , the lady at the counter again she was pretty nice, they both were probably just making up for that heinous behavior of Steven. Instead of assisting my husband , he just demeaned him sir you are the epitome of rude and ugly. Treat people how you want to be treated don't think just because you're dealing with the elderly they don't know how to go on line and do a review. You never know who you're dealing with so it behooves you to treat all people with respect. All the other good reviews from whites, I'm sure , he'll treat them decent. Steven should not be in front of customers. I had a package that was late for delivery. When I call, the person on the call said I needed to speak to Steven. When I arrived at the UPS store, the other person said something was logged. I had asked for a receipt and Steven promptly said nothing can get done until UPS acknowledged receipt, so I left. I called a few days later and the person on the call said I should call UPS to see where my refund was, then she said they wouldn't let me know any information, so she would call. She did call back. UPS was going to send me a check directly. Will not work with Steven at UPS again. He needs to rethink what he does. read more

Hilda and Steve are wonderful! I recently had a very delicate (and oddly shaped) piece of art that I wanted to ship home from Texas. --Did I also mention the art had feathers? The idea of shipping this piece seemed like an almost insurmountable challenge. I was not at all convinced that my art piece was going to make it home in one piece (especially the feathers) But Hilda and Steve were great. They were very patient. They looked at several different options, and ultimately spent a lot of time carefully packing the piece. Not only did they double-box it, but they lined with the box, put bubble wrap around the art, and then a bag around the bubble wrap, and then the bigger air pillows around that. The packing was a work of art in and of itself! In the end, the delicate piece of art arrived safe and sound delivered right to my door. Feathers and all. I was thrilled!
