This isn't the best location. However, it's the one located closest to where I live…read more It's a small location, but the parking lot is not that small. However it fills up regularly to capacity. It's in a high traffic area too, so making turns into and out of the parking lot can be a pain. Usually the times I go vary. Typically there is only one employee working the counter. Even when two are working the lines move very slow and start at the counter and go all the way to the door. The lay out of items like boxes and labels isn't done particularly well either. There are one or two people who are really helpful and usually friendly, but that's it. If you don't need to, or have a lot of time. (Not on a lunch break) I wouldn't recommend coming to this location.

Three items in a row broke!! Unfortunately for me, 1st Dibs said they would no longer pay since there were to many claims. They advised me not to use this UPS store. My only option was to file a claim with UPS, which I did. A few weeks later UPS denied my claim because they deemed it improper packaging. For a year now I've been trying to get a refund for the broken planter with no avail. At first I thought Shalmi was sincere, but i now realize he was just appeasing me , hoping I'd eventually go away. A month ago, I went one more time to see if Shalmi was going to refund my money for the broken planter. He offered me a few free packing fees instead. I figured it was better than nothing. So the next week I dropped off a pair of mirrors. Guess what? One mirror arrived broken! I give up. This has been going on for a year, being brushed off, no phone calls returned, he never even reimbursed me for the exorbitant packing fees of the broken items!! I was assisting an 80-year-old individual who needed fingerprinting for a background check. We originally planned to go to the White Plains location but were unable to get confirmation that the fingerprinting equipment was working. We then traveled to the Stamford location after calling ahead and being told that their machine was operational, only to arrive and find out that it was not. Determined not to give up after spending hours traveling between locations, we decided to try the Greenwich office. We arrived less than 10 minutes before closing, only to learn that fingerprinting services end one hour before the office closes. This was information that the Stamford location should have provided when directing us there. After hearing everything we had gone through, Jose took the time to listen and understand the situation. Rather than simply turning away an 80-year-old who had spent the day traveling between multiple locations, he showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism. Jose went above and beyond to help us and treated us with kindness and respect throughout the entire process. After such a stressful day, his willingness to help made all the difference. Outstanding customer service is hard to find, and Jose deserves recognition for the way he handled our situation.
