    I dropped off tools and luggage to be shipped to a job in New Mexico on Saturday at 11:30am for…read moredelivery on Monday. I was charged over $400. The shipment stayed in the store untill Monday. Here it is Wednesday and I'm still waiting for my delivery. FedEx not doing their job on Saturday, caused my delivery to be stuck in Memphis, Tennessee by weather for two extra days. This is not the first time I've had this issue with this location. Considering that shipping is their main service, these guys are absolutely horrible at their jobs.

This modern looking renovated strip mall has a large parking lot with plenty of parking spaces right in front of the entrance to this store. Services include providing office and packaging supplies, plus a variety of services such as: shipping, copying and digital printing, direct mail, signs and graphics, Internet access, computer rental, fax services, passport photos, and FedEx Express, among others. The employees there are very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. They also offer Self Serve printing and copying. Their Hours of Operation are also very convenient. You can see what they are in one of my photographs accompanying this review. Many companies use FedEx when providing a postage paid return label to be able to return a product back with tracking number, to keep track of when they are delivered and refund credited to their account. I have used this service successfully many times. Recently I upgraded my cellphone from a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra to a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, which I purchased unlocked from the Samsung website store. They included a FedEx postage paid label for me to return my old cellphone to receive a credit on the purchase of my new phone. So after packaging it at home in the box where my new one was mailed in, I affixed the label and came here to drop it off and get a receipt with the tracking number. The FedEx company has a reputation of being very efficient and of handling packages with care. So it's a company one can trust and provides peace of mind in shipping items such as these. Whether for personal or small business services and products, I highly recommend this store for their variety of quality products and services, and for their excellence in customer service.

    I've been a loyal customer of Staples since its first Staples store opened in the Brighton section…read moreof Boston, Massachusetts in 1986. Today when I visited this Staples I was heartbroken to find the store in disarray. Even though their prices were reasonable, the shopping experience was not. While some merchandise was neatly organized, others were not. Aisles were blocked with half-unpacked crates, making shopping impossible. There were no sales associates on the floor to assist customers. The employee in the Copy and Print Center was working while holding a dog on a leash and was unable to answer basic questions regarding service. The floor in some areas was dirty and unkempt. The store appeared to be going a transition with Party City, but the current state of the retail space is unacceptable. I asked to talk with the manager, and he was called but never showed up. Because I have trusted Staples for nearly four decades, I feel it is important to bring this up in my review. Not only to forewarn customers about what they can expect here, but hoping that management in Staples' Corporate Office, in Framingham, Massachusetts, reads this review and takes immediate action to address, with the local management, the maintenance and staff professionalism at this location, and rectify this situation. I've been a loyal customer for years, and I hope all this can be resolved so I can keep shopping here and truly recommend this store to other future customers.

    Purchased a laptop online delivered to the store. A few hours later I got an email saying the…read moreordered was cancelled and needed additional details. I called Customer Service and they told me it was cancelled due to my billing address and the shipping address being different. I confirmed yes because it's being shipped to YOUR OWN store. The lady told me the order was cancelled in error and I'd have to re-order it online again, which means the item wouldn't be delivered in the original time frame. On top of all of that I was informed it would take up to 7 days to get my money back. Never again. What a joke.
