But...sometimes this is the place where some retailers want you to use as your spot to return merchandise. Like UPS Store for Amazon and the like. Now I had to come here to do a return as the company uses "Happy Returns" This is a long and narrow store, they have a few self serve kiosks for printing/copying and the like. A few people were in here to ship things and ask questions. So since I really was not sure where to stand, I stood behind a customer and someone asked "can I help you?" I told her I needed to do a return and I showed her the QR Code and it did not work, tried it again no go, even typed it in and she even logged out of the system. Finally she asks someone is there an issue with Happy Returns and they said yes. So guess what I have to come back, with the package and my QRcode from my email on my phone. My only other option for a return was Staples and dear reader I live in the city. If I'm going out that way I had best have other things to do in Henrietta. I'll have to come back to do the return and it's in a convenient spot in the strip mall of 12 Corners and if I want a piece of pizza at Joe Brooklyn or Starbucks or a Bagelland bagel Staff is helpful enough but they just seem kind of annoyed it is what it is. I'll be back but I'm gonna call first to make sure the system works for the return. They have a shared parking lot

Fortunately I was able to find what I immediately needed and or good enough alternatives. They had a few acrylic stands and holders I needed asap, no time to order online. Aisles were cleaned and organized, staff was limited too. They are hiring if you want a part time gig. They do have a copy and marketing service section. They were also able to accommodate my poster print project with a super great timely turnaround. Open 8am-9pm

So I moved over and after waiting for several minutes a young lady came up and explained I needed 250 cards made. So long story short...she spins the computer around and says "you can look through these 56 pages of cards and pick one then press the button and you cann customize it!" Did I mention I had to work in about 30 and I just assumed that it would take the same amount of time ordering just like we've ordered for the other shop for the last, at least 18yrs. I was highly mistaken. I went back two days later thinking maybe different employees, not as busy, etc. Another women IS working and she sets the computer up, even showed me how to search for certain styles and walks away. Okay, this is gonna work this time,.....NOPE! I asked the other guy working there and after asking if he could help me, be stated "Id have to charge you to help!" At this point I was ready to pay but alas he walked away as well. I stood there for 20 minutes trying to figure it out and asked again for some help. No acknowledgement! So just wanted to let you know that because of this we will no longer do business with you through any of our businesses.

The lobby area is super convenient and customer friendly, open 24 hours a day, very clean and lots of counter top space to prepare packages to ship. There is a self service station that allows you to ship mail or packages any time day or night, with out the hassle of standing in line. You can also purchase stamps and shipping materials here. The window service area is open m-f 8:30-5 and on Saturdays 8:30-12. Great service and they always seem to have specialty stamps exspacilly during the holiday season.

This location is accessible throughout the day for package drop offs inside the building and easy drop off of letters outside. It's a well-maintained little building on the corner that's bright, clean, stocked, and never crowded. I worry that we might lose our little, country post office as I observe other small locations closing. I sure hope not, because I value our neighborhood post office, I use it regularly, and I am grateful to the staff that provide such great service!

Went in today to mail a certified letter with tracking to the Philippines. Had a very long wait in…read moreline as a customer in front of me was having some issue sending delaying the line for up to 20 minutes, the girl trying to help her was totally "hung up," obviously appearing like she did not want to be working at all that day. But could tell she was at least trying her best. Also was able to observe two customers arguing, ready to get into a fist fight, so at least I had a little entertainment to help ease me the extra-long wait! But i have to admit that the long wait was becoming unacceptable. So, I needed to text my supervisor explaining the situation, and why it was taking me so long. Even snapped a picture so my boss could see the fiasco happening before my very eyes! Until finally, a very professional woman in her 30s came to help me. I appreciated how very observant she was and noticed the way i was looking, needing to be helped. Besides her attractiveness, what impressed me the most was her professionalism, knowing exactly how to send my important court documents with a raised seal to my fiancé in the Philippines. I immediately could see she was a very competent postal employee who understood her job. I was very saddened by the experience I had at the Howard Road, Rochester, NY, Post Office last Saturday, February 14th, as the gentleman Postal Clerk adamantly refused to send my certified mail to the Philippines, making it seem like all the US Post offices do not send certified mail to the Philippines! Told me to check in very annoyed way to check out UPS, so went to them and wanted $250 to send. So funny!! So, I went to Upper Falls Post Office, and it cost me $49.75. After so much pain, struggle and frustration trying to mail a certified letter with tracking (gets delivered in 10 days besides), i didnt mind spending an extra $30 just for the peace of mind. I like knowing my important documents won't take 5 weeks to get to the Philippines and possibly get lost in the mail in some foreign post office..

The full service retail section of the facility was already closed up, locked and dark. Good thing there was another self kiosk avail in the lobby, right? Wrong! That machine was "unable" to perform 4 out of the 5 services it offers. Pressed for time to get my legal documents postmarked, I decided to purchase a $4.90 package of stamps to slap on before going with plan B - regular 1st class mail. I pay for my stamps, a receipt spits out, but no f-ing stamps! Are you kidding me?! I spend another 5 mins trying to find help, all the while counting several signs warning me that I am on surveillance. Worst postal experience ever! Not looking forward to doing this all over again in the morning. The one & only star goes to employee #21 who was the only one on duty to straighten this all out for me the next afternoon.
