We needed a UPS location that could handle printing and faxing, and after a few nearby ones came up short (either they don't offer it or their fax machine was down), we found this location and I'm glad we did! It used to be in Pittsford Plaza but has since moved to a bigger, brighter spot in the Pittsford Colony Mall. It's in the same plaza as the UR Urgent Care -- just drive toward the back of the mall area. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and offers a full range of services: shipping, printing, shredding, PO boxes, and more. If you need Notary Services, definitely call ahead , sometimes the notary is at another location. We worked with the manager, Andrea, who was an absolute gem and super helpful and kind. Prices were fair, and the store felt spacious and efficient. Plenty of parking out front, though signage could be better you won't really spot it until you're right there. I can't believe the stupidity and laziness of the employee taking returns. It was sent back to my house, opened, with one of the return items missing because it fell out. I am astounded that anyone would think that seemed, "okay". They didn't put the return sticker on it OR even tape the package. The other pants were obviously on the ground as they were out of the original plastic and crammed back into the original bag which was again, completely open. I would do anything to avoid this UPS store, their customer service is terrible. I tried to pick up a package that was sent to their store, but I was out of town so they think it was returned to the sender. I understand if it was returned, as I was out of town, but the fact that the store cannot verify the return is concerning. The store where I purchased the item has not received it as a return either. I'd never been to a UPS store before, but I'm having issues with Directv, and I needed to send one of my boxes back. They told me to bring it here with my account number, and they'd take care of it. I was like yeah right. Nothing Directv says is ever right. So, I brought the box with no shipping box or anything, and they actually handled it! I was so surprised! It was so easy! I also had an Amazon package to send back. It was already packed with a label and ready to go, and they took care of it for me, too. Couldn't have been easier. read more

The UPS store's got my number... and my addresses as well! I really dig taking my packages there for shipping, boxed or unboxed. The big bonus, for me, is that they've stored all of my past shipments to friends & relatives so that I don't even need to make out a shipping label. Bonus! Saves me time & hassle & it ensures proper delivery. Did I mention that the staff here is super friendly & helpful? They do take the extra time needed to make sure that your pre-paid shipments are properly processed, which is also extremely helpful if you're dealing, as I have in the past, with data recovery services. read more

Very rude employees. I used to go to this store a lot in the past and liked it. However, recently my experience with them has been really disappointing. Today I tried to ship a package, and needed to buy a box for an already well packaged item. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. They were demanding I buy extra packaging, pay for packing which wasn't needed and would not assist in any way. I left and drove to a FedEx store, where I was assisted by a helpful employee, charged much less and they were happy to help out with the packaging as long as I shipped with them. read more

5 stars for their service! I had to ship a package away (pre-paid labels) and didn't feel comfortable using one of their drop boxes. He made sure that everything was in order (putting extra tape on the box) and gave me a tracking number receipt at the end. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. I only use this review for the manager, Chris. I have used this store for years with my antique business and have never had anything other than professional, courteous service. Chris was rude and disrespectful when I called to get the tracking information for a package I was shipping with them. I was told by the worker the day before that it would be ready for a shipment first thing in the morning. When I didn't receive the tracking info I called in the late afternoon and was shocked that it hadn't been done yet with an hour left to get it out. When I was surprised as I was told it would be first thing in the morning I was rudely told "well I have been busy today and it won't get there any faster whether it goes out in the morning or now." I was taken aback by his snarky talk and told him so and his reply was that I started it by being upset that it didn't get done in the morning as promised.... I asked to speak to the manager as I had never been spoken to so rudely and he stated that he was the manager. I asked to speak to the owner and he rattled off that I would have to email him. Wow.... this person needs either a training sessions or a different job and I would never allow an employee of mine ever blame or talk to a customer in such a way. I went to the UPS store in Pittsford, they were amazing! They took care of my printing needs and were so much more cost effective than Staples! And could do printing that Staples couldn't. The girls were friendly and nice and i look forward to doing business with them again! read more

The guys there are VERY customer service oriented. I was there today and they had a rush of people come in roughly at the same time and they handled all of it very efficiently and engaged well with every single customer. I had an order from Amazon. There were several items that I needed to return. I took 3 items in to return at the Pittsford Plaza Store in NY. First one was scanned under a different item which I had to call Amazon to correct and send another return scan. I went into tracking to track the returns and found only that a label was created. I called the store to be told I had to file for an investigation and the girl could not help me because she was too busy with other customers. She told me to call ups customer service. They could not help me and told to call Amazon. This is very poor customer service from UPS. It was their mistake. I had to take time and make all the phone calls. I called Amaon and they were so nice about everything. My refund was processed and they are investing this poor service from UPS. They really need to employ competent people and have more employees readily available to service their customers. read more
