The box was open on the bottom and needed taping. We said to be careful when they lifted it and they dropped it as we were walking out. No offer to tape it up or give us another box (we offered to pay). The item was delivered the same way we were returning it so we didn't have another box. We were returning a defective ice maker and because it had a small amount of water that leaked (probably a little water in the line when they dropped it). So they dropped it, couldn't get it back in the box correctly and then refused it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were yelled at again by the jerk with glasses he said it's considered hazmat and the driver would not send it back. Your notary is LYING. She did NOT request a witness, she asked for it to be notarized and they refused. She told them she did not need a witness and they refused to notarize her document without witnesses and said it would be $50. She wasn't confused about what she needed- she went in knowing the LAW which is why she asked for it to be notarized and refused to pay for witnesses. Pretending my mother misinterpreted them offering the service of the witness when they REFUSED to notarize the ACHD without witnesses makes this even worse. You should have owned your mistake instead of trying to pretend my mother misinterpreted their REFUSAL to notarize her document.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Your notary either misunderstood the law or was attempting to extort my mother. I swing by this location about once a month to drop off a rent check into my landlord's PO box. And honestly? It's always a bit of a toss-up. That said, my last visit was a little odd. I had to politely remind her that it needed to go into the PO box. She kind of paused and then went, "Oh," and took it back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm not sure if she was unsure of the process, or if it had just been that kind of day and she glitched a bit. He asked that I assist myself with self checkout when I needed help. He huffed, puffed, and said to come an hr early despite my apology and all my packages being organized, ready to go![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their system wasn't efficient in speed and perhaps they were already backed up. He made me feel really uncomfortable, but I got my task completed despite his comments. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He later helped out to help the process go faster. His attitude turned around once he noticed my packages organized and ready to scan and go[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I understood Parwinder's frustration and don't hold it against him. Completely disappointed with the new ownership, they nickel and dime you for everything. The old owners would graciously tape up your box if you brought it in ready to go. The new owners charge you $3 per foot! There can be a long line, but no one, including the owner, acknowledges that people are waiting. Instead they calmly go about their back office work as if nobody is waiting. Very frustrating. It was not this way with the previous owner. Also, they were unexpectedly closed on New Year's Eve this year which was a Tuesday, i.e. normal business day. This messed up some very important shipments I needed to receive that day, including perishable items. It is not acceptable to be closed on what is essentially a normal business day. Then, when it was my turn, she was so preoccupied with someone who had finished before me that she continued conversing with another customer, while also going to help other employees and charged me incorrectly. Once that was corrected, she then put my package and stamp down and WALKED AWAY mid transaction, not adhering the stamp to my package. I had to wait there for another employee to help me finish the task. Finally, after that terrible experience, my package arrived to the recipient clearly opened carefully and resealed up with my contents stolen. I am not claiming that I know what exactly happened and how my package contents "went missing", but I will say it was rather suspicious. I had to drop off a UPS package to Amazon. Well let me tell you about the micro mini parking stalls! OMG (stands for Oh My Goodness) not what you probably thought I meant. But any way the traffic just getting to them was horrible but back to the parking stalls. Well the car I was next to was on the passenger line and the drivers side was less than 6 inched from the line. But that has nothing to do with the UPS store. This place is not only neat but so friendly. I was greeted by the nicest employee at 4:30 pm and she told me I could drop off my package on the counter if I was in a hurry or wait for a receipt showing I dropped it off. It was no trouble waiting the 3 minutes to get a receipt. I over heard the employee talking to another customer and it sounded like they had known each other for a long time. But my point is both of the employees were kind efficient and happy to help! I'll go back when I have other postal or UPS needs. I always go to UPS for shipping but when it comes down to printing don't go hereeeee!!!!! I went in to print three photos, and when i asked the guy for help he pointed me to a computer and said "use that". I didn't know how to set it up or anything. The associate then told me to swipe my card because you have to pay to use the computer that loads your pictures.................. okay....... i swiped my card. Then i asked for photo paper so i could print my pictures in better quality and he handed me a regular white sheet paper and said "this is the best we have so yeah". Never use UPS for delivery of anything. They are notorious for losing items and wrong deliveries. We recently paid premium fees for a delivery to the wrong building, which they admitted. The follow up has been very poor. No one has even tried to retrieve it, no one apologized, no follow up phone call. Just a series of recordings that eventually hang up on you. The Customer Care number is just another recording, so don't waste your time. Not trying to be negative here, just completely honest. read more

One of the lady staff knew I was sending multiple emails but did not tell me abt the price until she'd printed them. Fortunately, & props to her, she charged me only $3.15 for all 5 emails. They have an impenetrable phone tree that never, ever, let's you get through to a representative, no matter how many times you ask "representative." I arrived at 2:45pm to mail a few returns on a Sunday. Oscar helped me. I was having difficulty printing the return labels. It was now after 3 PM which was their closing time. Oscar was very calm and showed me how to open up my email and print them. He stayed open and helped me till 3:30 PM. This was a half hour after closing time. I have good service at this UPS Store location the majority of the time when I come in for a few minutes to drop off my prepaid UPS packages. The associates are friendly and are quick to take my packages and give me a receipt so I can be on my way. This is true most of the time but last time I had to wait over 10 minutes for one associate to stop cleaning up and emptying the trash (while the second associate helped a customer with 350 packages) as there were 4 customers standing in line waiting to be helped. Really?! The store is quite small but does still take passport photos and has some mailboxes in the back. They also have plenty of mailing and office supplies to help you with all your packing and shipping needs. Keep in mind though, they are located inside of Loehman's Plaza so make sure to avoid the store during the lunch rush unless you don't mind circling for a spot. read more

I had a package that was free shipping. They gave me free shipping but then told me I had to pay $3 for packaging. I did not see them package it and thought that was odd so when I went back in to get my $3 dollars back they had wrapped it in some dank grey plastic! It was a college book that I needed to be somewhat protected and I feel that for $3 that was a ripoff. Shipped another book from a different ups store and they were kind and it was only $2.50 for a bubble wrapped envelope!
