I had a speaking engagement in which I needed some large posterboards at. I had already had them printed and now needed them shipped to the locaton I was headed to. They were too large to take on the plane with me and I was afraid that the airport would NOT care for them properly. Having already had the boxes to ship them with, I went straight to UPS. They were shipped (albiet very expensively) quickly and without incident. This particular shipment was personal for me so I needed reassurance that it would arrive in a timely manner and in one piece! I've personally never had an issue in this location and most definitely trust them with my shipping needs. read more

Yesterday afternoon, I went to mail court summonses. Because my English isn't very good, I had to ask twice to confirm the address was correct. The staff were indifferent and extremely impatient. The middle-aged male employee even yelled at me, which was very rude. They were not serious about following proper procedures. read more

This store is located in the Publix shopping Center and is very convenient. I've been to the store on 3 different occasions and the service I've received has been great each time. They are friendly and efficient. If there's a line, it goes quickly. read more

If I could give them no stars I would. I went to get a standard I9 form notarized with documentation stating that I needed a notary to sign it on behalf of the company and the manager refused. The girl I was dealing with originally was very nice and easy to deal with, but the manager who lacked personal hygiene was on a power trip. I recommend you drive to a different UPS store. read more

if I could give zero stars I would. after waiting 20 minutes to do an Amazon drop off return holding a huge box of baby diapers the entire time, the box popped open (the glue lifted). the store clerk told me he would charge me 1.99$ to tape the box shut even though it had just come unglued from standing there struggling to hold it with my other items! so inconsiderate. would not offer a piece of tape without charging. read more

I took a package that just had a letter in it and they wanted to charge me 12.52 so I told them that was ridiculous. So drove down to stay Agustine where I had other things to get and mailed it at postoffice. The COST 6.14. I know a business has to make a profit but this is CRAZY EXPENSIVE. read more

Do not use this store and their FAX service. The receiver of the FAX called me and said he could not read it. It was all black. I went back to the store and asked them if they would resend it? The manager told me it had to be on the receiving end, it couldn't be their FAX machine. She told me she would have to charge me again for the second FAX They had the wrong time on the FAX so they obviously don't maintain their FAX. The manager was totally unprofessional and argumentative. All I wanted was for them to resend it. I had to pay twice. The first FAX was bad. I just purchased a house in this area and I am disappointed in this UPS. I needed to print a label to ship a box... they charged me 5.00. I repeat a piece of paper with a barcode cost me 5.00. Then I read all the charges they added and it said scanning, printing services, and 3 copy specials.m just so they can get the most out of me. I only wrote this review after going to Southside ups and printing another label for 10 cent. This location owner is a thief. I will never go here again. read more

Just went to mail a small package and was quoted $30 for USPS service. It seemed a little high so I said I would go to the actual post office. The employee at this store told me that was the USPS price. I decided to check myself. Upon going to the actual post office, I only had to pay $13 for 3 day shipping. This store is lying. They should just advertise that they charge higher prices for convenience because that's all you're paying for. But I do not like being lied to nor overcharged for services. In response to the store's response: We actually had no box for the product, we planned on buying a box in your store, and we were not offered that $13 rate as I had stated. The cheapest rate you proposed to us was $30 which is why we on our own decided to go to the post office to get a cheaper rate which we found. You actually said we wouldn't find a cheaper rate at the post office which was the lie. People should just know the rates at your store aren't the same that they offer at the post office. And maybe the post office is charging an up charge for using a UPS store but that wasn't transparent. read more

The first time i went this morning i was asked if my package was a shoe box which i said yes mind you ive shipped before in shoe box wrapped in waterproof platic . Only to be told thats not acceptable was told to put it in a brown box. My husband and I have a PMB at the Old St. Augustine Rd., Jacksonville, Fl location. These guys are always responsive; polite and knowledgeable. Matthew provided a notary service on our last visit. JUST FYI! DO NOT use UPS Store in Murabella (Saint Augustine) location as a drop off to send packages back to Amazon! I dropped a very expensive laptop off a week ago to be shipped back to Amazon and they LOST IT! No one at this location can tell me where it's gone! Now I have to do a claim through Amazon and wait weeks to get this resolved before I can hopefully get answers and another laptop! Only gave 1 star because 1 nice lady in store is trying to help locate the package. The store owner hasn't even tried to help!! read more

The store is the worst privately owned ups store I have ever been to. They only are nice when they are ripping you off. I can for a return of a ups package and needed a top of a small cardboard box. They told me they would sell me something or I could do it on my own. I went next door to Publix and got the small cardboard cover. The heavy blond manager girl inside then said she would not be able to lend me any tape to attach the cardboard without paying any money. I have never ever been to a ups store that is this cheap and stingy. Shame on them. 0 stars out of five read more

will never do business with the local UPS store by publix ...EVER AGAIN charged $5 to pickup a package of live fish i asked for documentation about this mysterious $5 ransom fee....they had only words called UPS....45 mins later and two reps....nothing in writing could be referenced....they left me on hold and just dropped the line with me on hold (WOW) the employees told me that if i didnt pay the $5, they would send the box (of live saltwater fish) back to the sender. (dead) as I asked for more info....they said they would call the police because i was interfering with business. one guy (customer) watched the whole thing...had nothing to say...he was doing business via the other clerk which decided to stop helping him and join in against me. I promised myself I would not return to this location due to poor service in the past, however today I was going to a store next door and only needed to drop off a pre-paid package. Now I know it is the holidays and a busy time of year, but when you are standing at the front of the store waiting for someone to be free to help you and someone walks right past you to the counter where an employee is just finished with another person and she takes care of that person instead of taking me being the next person to be waited on.....I'm done and will drive miles to another location when I need UPS service. read more

This UPS store charged me $1.50 to print a return label to Amazon. Only time I have ever been charged anything at a UPS Store for an Amazon return. Know before you go that free returns are not always completely free at this store. They said it was to cover the cost of the shipping label. I will take my business elsewhere. I live in a large neighborhood and there are others sharing similar experiences on social media and are taking their business to another UPS store also. read more

This is the ONLY UPS store to charge $1.50 to print an amazon return label. I contacted Amazon and they confirmed UPS should not be charging for this. I spoke to the supervisor and she argued that's just their policy. I spoke to multiple other UPS stores and no one else charges for this. I can't say enough good things about this UPS store. I've been a business customer for several years. They are always extremely friendly and helpful. They say hello (and know my name!) each time I go there, and they offer to get my mail for me. I was in a bind for notary service last weekend - I needed a notary on a Sunday, on a holiday weekend - for a business transaction. I called the UPS store the week prior and the owner offered to meet me outside of business hours for the notary service. He was professional and a lifesaver! I frequently ship UPS and USPS and recently used this store to send a very small and very light package. I was shocked by the prices quoted for UPS ground and USPS priority, which were equivalent to what I've spent sending much larger and heavier packages to the same Miami addresses at other stores. I'm not sure what's going on at this store, but I definitely felt like they were trying to rip me off. When I mentioned this price discrepancy to the cashier, she dismissed my remarks, and a rather rude man who appeared to be a manager chimed in to roll his eyes and tell me that that was the cheapest thing they offered. I have always found the staff helpful and friendly. The store is quite convenient as well for drop off. They do enforce proper packaging guidelines, so don't expect your duct-taped shoebox to make it in their out bin. I do believe that the pricing is sometimes outrageous, so printing UPS/USPS labels at home is best practice. read more

Absolute worst customer service. I dropped my package off on the weekend, a couple days later I noticed the tracking information never got updated. Turns out an employee stole my package. I spoke with the manager and their cameras just so happened to be "broken." The manager even threatened to call the cops on me. I never accused anyone, I never raised my voice, never said a swear word. I contacted UPS corporate and filled a complaint, they never got back to me. $200 package, poof, gone! read more

The reason I wrote this review is because I feel is wrong how this store is handling business. The first two times I was there, you tried to sell me insurance in the product I was mailing out, but this was not you being concern and/or caring; you were MAKING me. I felt uncomfortable. It was obvious your model was to sell, sell, sell under an unnecessary pushing methodology. Second time, you charge me $8 for a small box (is not the money- its about honesty). Third time, didn't accept the way I package my product and tried to charge me for a box and packaging.
