Owner refused to reimburse tax after transaction and propeller tax-exempt documentation was provided same day. I've been in non-profit world for a long time and occasionally we forget tax-exempt paperwork, and this was the only place that ever refused to adjust transaction. We moved here about two and one half years ago. We immediately started having all of our mail delivered to this store rather than the community mail boxes. Great service and always friendly. They immediately notify you when a package arrive. The neighborhood Facebook page is constantly showing messages of residents who are missing packages that show as delivered. I needed a copy made and mistakingly ask for the copy to be made without asking the price imagining that it would never cost more than 50 cents and to my complete shock they charged $2.86 and when I responded in appropriate shock they just shrugged it off as business as usual!!!???!!!
