I thought, why not give a local business a chance? Never again will I come here. The woman was condescending and very unprofessional. She did not understand what "scale to fit media" meant. I asked her nicely if she could print the transparency using a color printer as this was for screen printing and needs to be dark. She snapped at me telling me it wasn't a color image so there was no need to. The image came out so light that I could see right though it. I again tried to explain to her that it needed to be darker and if she could help me but she became irate and started yelling! She really let me have it even though I was asking her what I felt was a standard and valid request. This woman screamed that she had been doing this for thirty years and I didn't know what I was talking about. She yelled at me and threw my flash drive at me while I paid for something I really should not have! I left feeling threatened. Next time I will just give a big corporation like Fed Ex Kinkos my money and wait for the size transparency I need to arrive.
