I highly recommend Print & Ship 360 (formerly Safe Ship) for your shipping needs. Mr. Art the owner is very knowledgeable, professional and provides great customer service to this community. It has really saved me a lot of time by coming here for UPS, FedEx or USPS shipments. I would much rather come here and wait for five minutes at the most, then going to the post office and waiting for her sometimes up to an hour. Great service!! Asked them to make a poster from scan old photo for a funeral. He said he'll get with his graphics guy to clean it up to make it more pop. A few days later, picked up the poster. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR AMAZON DELIVERIES! Due to my working hours, I used this locker to pickup the package. It was delivered on May 13 and I received the single-use delivery code. Later, when I went for pickup on the same day, I was told that the package was not delivered there. When I called Amazon, they confirmed that the package was delivered there. When I called two days later, he said that the package was delivered there but there was no label on it, and when I gave him the pickup code, he said that it did not work. The chances of this happening are almost zero. When I contacted Amazon, they said that I had to wait until May 17th and the package would be automatically returned. I waited for this process and contacted Amazon every day, I was told that the package was not returned and that I would receive a refund after the package was returned. During this process, this company never received any reaction to return the package. When I called today, May 24, they said that Amazon sent them a UPS label today and scanned it on the phone and returned it. (Plus Amazon said it would use its own courier for returns.) What Amazon told me was that it would be returned on May 17th. The company owner waited for me to call to return the product. To be honest, I do not find this sincere and I think my package was stolen. Amazon warehouse refuses refund without return. They even said that my account might be closed because I requested too many refunds, but I am completely right here. The reason I have this problem is entirely because I worked with this company. They refuse to give me my package, they do not return my package to Amazon, and when I call them they give evasive answers and try to end the call. I lost my money and product. Totally questionable business. I do not recommend using it. I have ordered many lockers before and have never encountered such a problem. Everyone with Safe Ship were very nice. However they do NOT move your stuff, they are NOT a moving company. Whatever they quote you expect to be charged double the amount in the end. Rigio's Moving and Storage actually moved us. Two of Rigio's moving guys riffled through one of the bedroom dressers before shrink wrapping it. My boyfriend has OCD and keeps everything in particular drawers folded a particular way, and he had some things from one drawer stuffed into another drawer and two drawers had the drawer liner pulled up and twisted into the clothes. All the drawers were full to top (underwear, socks, t-shirts) if the dresser fell or was physically rolled over nothing in these 3 drawers would have moved or changed positions. I paid for expedited shipping, they were 2 days late and never called to let us know why or where our stuff was and wouldn't refund us for the expedited shipping. Safe Ship Will NOT refund you or take responsibility for anything, they will refer you to the actual moving company. The Rigio's movers that unpacked the truck into our home in Texas were very nice, personable and professional. DO NOT USE SAFE SHIP. THEY ARE NOT A MOVING COMPANY. SAFE SHIP IS JUST AN EXPENSIVE BROKER OF SOME KIND. Our refrigerator did not travel well, and our bed is now creaky with scratches. read more

The worst shipping place. They don't want to give receipts. Boxes all over. Saw one lady trusting them to continue boxing .she paid and walked out then he toss box to the side. Wish I could keep this place as a hidden secret!!! But, at the time people just have to know how awesome it is here! I love the service. It's like a post office you wish all post office can do for you. Every year I mail out stuff internationally and within the US. But each time I dread the post office. They get rude, they don't explain what you can do to ship out your things cost effectively, and lets face it...it's not a great atmosphere I leave every USPS wishing they could do better. Not this place. They have actually discovered how to treat you as a customer with your packages . They want you to be knowledgeable on how to cut cost on your deliveries, they have the decency to treat you like a human being! Yes! Really! At a post office! Horrible service. Rude service. Some things were broken. They don't tell you that after 7 steps up the stairs they charge $70 after every other 7 stairs. They say it's in the contract. But these extra charges should be verbally given since you pay up front. So you don't have surprise extra delivery charges They only give you an estimated date of when you get you will get your furniture. No one can tell you where they are. So you can't keep track of them. Aside from that they make you think your items will be delivered in the truck they put them in. They toss them into an 18 wheeler with other peoples items and apparently that's where the items could have been broken. It took us 15 hours to drive to our new place and it took them 11 day so deliver them. Why did it take 11 days. Almost two weeks. And the delivery drivers were still like "We accept tips" Don't book with them. Find another company. read more

I found this FedEx/USPS shipping center driving by the other day. I needed to fax some paperwork to OPM and stopped in. The clerk behind the counter gave me excellent service. Helped me with everything that needed to be done. We had a connection problem with the OPM office. And he was patient and suggested to try again later in the day. Still had problems later. But he offered to email the documents for me to try and email them. Overall this place is great. They offer all types of shipping, printing, different mailing services without the long lines. They also offer UHaul services and shipping supplies. Rather than going a mile down the road to the UPS Store, it is conveniently located near my home. I will be coming back here for all my shipping needs. read more

I have used this Safe Ship location many times and the experience has always been great! Art, the owner, is always super friendly and very helpful! Prior to Safe Ship, I used USPS directly (which is cheap, but offers horrible customer service), UPS and Fedex stores (which offer pretty good customer service, but are expensive), and UPS and Fedex websites (which are priced fairly, but kind of a hassle to use). I continually find Safe Ship to be the best experience with respect to customer service, ease, and price. read more
