Yes I love all the employees. They are all very well versed in the art of printing, packaging shipping and receiving all sorts of goodies (aka crap) that we all buy and don't want going to our homes; we also occasionally use these boxes they store our stuff in for business. In addition they are very discreet about the cross-dressing items that I've purchased as well as the sex toys that come in the mail too. When I order food delivered they either keep it cool in their refrigerator or they keep it warmed under their heat lamp! During holidays one of these guys, aka, the Boss Man, wears really cool hats and sometimes he'll even hum a song or sing along with really really bad music. I'm not going to use names in case the authorities happen to be monitoring me as in the past. But seriously, this is the best UPS Store in town and if you're looking to really have some fun you can go next door and say hello to Abdul, the owner of the CBD dispensary next door. During breaks you'll find these workers marketing for their UPS store in all the areas businesses including CBD stores, bars, Hallal restaurants, 7-11, or even an occasional H-E-B. Sometimes they're on the nearby intersection with a sign saying will work for food. So if the owner sees this, please give them a raise, they truly make your business #1 in a lot of people's lives! Walked in with a return all boxed labels and ready to go. Was told to pot the box on the scale. No hello, nothing. Alicia the asst manager never made eye contact. Printed out my receipt and handed it to me without even looking. No difference between a self check out and this store's customer service. read more

The employees here are really amazing. The population of customers that come to this store are geriatric and they do not have a basic understanding of how the internet works. The staff goes above and beyond to be accommodating. One clerk called the Dept of Insurance for a customer even though it is clearly not his job. I wouldn't be able to keep my cool as well as they do. Keep it up UPS. read more

I use theBrook Hollow location frequently for Amazon purchases. They alway try to be as efficient as possible. Recently I had a couple larger boxes to return. The young lady Anissa saw me open the back of my car, and walked out to help me. She was focused on great customer service, an will be a wonderful employee for that store! read more

I've use these guys to ship at least 100 overnight envelopes and packages. Had great service. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend them.

Have had a mailbox here for years. Overall been very happy with service. Not perfect, but what is perfect in this life? ;) Plan to stay here until I no longer need the box. They have always been cordial and work with me when I can't get there regularly. A few times I have been out of town for a while and they never give me any type of hassle over my mail overage. It is too easy to forget to leave a good review for places that just do a great job . . so thought it was about time! read more

This is the worst customer friendly store with inexperienced counter help. Never have I encountered such naive front help. Ups needs to step up their game because their store is going to be ruled by Internet service especially with staff like that. Young girl was especially rude and should not be working there. I don't know why this place has such a bad rating, these guys were SUPER helpful and nice and went above and beyond their job description to help me. I had kind of a complicated request for printing on card stock and they helped me like it was nothing, i was so appreciative of their help and great attitude. Right before going to them, I was at the FedEx down the street and they were absolutely terrible, these guys made me forget all about it by being super professional and nice. If you need to print or ship or anything that the FedEx down the street can do, come to these guys instead. read more

Use their UPS shipping services at your own risk! I sent an overnight package on 12/6 to my husband that was guaranteed to be delivered by 10:30 am the next day, but it was not delivered. The UPS driver conveniently marked it as delivered, but "forgot to leave the package," is what my husband was told when he called UPS to inquire. The driver finally showed up around 3 that afternoon to deliver the package. After speaking directly with UPS and their customer service confirming with me that it was in fact in the notes that the package was delivered late, I was told I needed to go to the UPS store where I sent the package so they could file a claim. I did on 12/12 and was told that they would give me a call that the claim process could take a few weeks. When I didn't hear anything I called to follow up on 1/11, only to be informed that a claim was never processed, that they would look into it and call me back. Didn't hear anything back, so I followed up again on 1/15, only to be told that it was too late to submit a claim, so the clerk was going to check with the owner to see if they could issue a refund themselves. Again, heard nothing, so I called back on 1/25 to be told that yes, in fact, they would be issuing me a refund and that they would call me when the check was ready for pick up. They finally did follow up on 1/28, to let me know that they had done more "investigating" and submitted a lost package claim since I hadn't received the package. I never once said I hadn't received the package?! I explained everything for the umpteenth time and was told they would call UPS again to get more information. Called me back again to say that UPS now says that the package was in fact delivered on time, the UPS driver had to go back to help my husband locate the package. (Lies) Needless to say, this has been a month-long battle and at the end of it all, NOTHING was accomplished. Not only will I not be using this or any UPS Store again, but I will not be trusting UPS as a sender. Perhaps if they had submitted a claim on time or contacted UPS within a timely fashion, none of this would have happened. Even if the outcome had been the same, receiving decent customer service should not be this difficult! read more

Not a reliable place to go after work. Got here 10 minutes before the listed closing time (6:30), walked in, and the girl working told me that she couldn't help me because she was about to lock the door! After I walked out, she locked the door, almost 10 minutes early, and I sat in the parking lot as several people walked up to the door with packages and were just as upset when the door was locked before closing time. I mean, I get it, you had a long day at work, you want to go home early, but that's not cool to refuse customers 10 minutes before closing time. read more

Buyer beware, I purchased a 3 month contract for an mailbox and found a few hours afterward that I did not need it anymore (offer on a house was accepted, mail could flow from old house to new house). Went in after the weekend and was told no refunds, signed it on the contract. Not gonna argue that, but I will tell you the owner is the most smug, self-aggrandized man I've met in a long time. When I told him he _could_ legally hold me to the contract, but it wasn't right and it wasn't just given the circumstances, he told me in his best Mr. Rogers scary psycho voice why it wasn't just and moral for me not to uphold my contractual obligations. Money grubber!!! As the owner, he could have broken the contract, but instead he threw away a long time customer who has told at least 10 people today, including 3 in the real estate and the moving industry who recommend places like mailbox centers, about his total lack of compassion and make sure to send clients elsewhere. People that entrenched don't last long in a customer oriented business. read more
