I never do reviews on nonfood spots, but I was just so impressed by the service at this ups store!! I had some packages that I needed to return, and since I'm so busy with school and clinicals I legit came 10 mins before closing. I felt so bad, but the staff were SO nice. Maybe because I looked like I was freaking out, but I had no time to properly package everything. I had originally planned to buy boxes there and had my own tape and scissors, but the staff there said that if I had the original packaging I could also use that. The original packaging was a bit ripped, but the staff was SOO nice and taped it up for me. They were about to close and I had one more big package and the staff opened the door for me, and again another staff scanned my code and said they'd do everything for me. This was just the best service I've ever had from any ups store. The staff were so friendly and calm, and made everything so quick and easy!! read more

DONT BRING AMAZON ORDERS HERE - They lose you return orders and refuse to help. Horrable customer service. They were given an item to return, scanned it into thier system, and it's not showing up at Amazon. They are unwilling to research the topic and say if I dont have proof on my side, they cannot help me. They say thier computer system, that scanned it is unable to research anything even though I offered a date/time of the drop off. They will not look up the security camera footage. They just don't care to help. They just dont give a bit of care about the customers. If you expect a refund from Amazon, dont do your returns here. Update: They make it sound by the reply that they care...but I called them after they responded, ask for a resolution, and they still said "there is nothing we can do for you" Read the other reviews, they are almost all bad, about poor customer service. They respond to save face, but then don't actually do anything to resolve the issue. Just go down the road to Lehi by Roller Mills, I have been going there for years and NEVER had an issue. I went to this store once, and I had an issue, and they had atrocious customer service for any type of resolution. I came here to drop off two BestBuy returns. When I received my two items from BestBuy, they both came in the original manufacture packaging with the original label on that box. I printed my return label and put it over the original shipping label and headed here to drop them off. A young adult male called out for returns. I carried my package over and he immediately was rude, dismissive and so incredibly condescending. He basically was confused why I didn't put my item in another brown box, even though it literally came to me in the manufacturing packaging. Instead of asking a simple question to understand why it was in the original packaging and saying something like "usually returns aren't shipped in their original packaging" he talked down to me "did you even print a return label" "did this come in plastic" (which didn't even make sense) "No, listen. It does NOT matter if it's amazon or not" basically he was a total jerk and for no reason. Instead of using his words and taking a moment to explain his thought process, he was so irritated that I couldn't read his mind because his communication was so terrible. They should get rid of that guy or send him to training again on how to communicate. read more

I frequent a lot of UPS stores around Utah County--This is by far the worst. They are always so slow, never have enough employees, and charge you for every tiny little thing. I was on my way to the post office when I saw this store next to subway. I figured I would give it a try. I needed postage for an 8 by 10 flat bubble mailer with important documents inside. There was only one other customer in the store so I walked right up to the other available employee. She weighed my envelope and told me the postage amount. I rarely leave any review but the deceitful service in this location was worthy of comment. Never have I been treated with such disrespect or have I encountered poor customer service by the photo assistant and recommend you look elsewhere for service. My wife entered the store requesting a digital passport photo, the customer service assistant side yes they provide passport photos and asked her to step aside for the photo. She was asked to pay in advance, upon receipt of the physical photographs she requested the digital copy where he responded we do not offer digital photographs. A refund was requested and denied as service was rendered, stating they neither confirmed or denied they could support digital copies. The photo assistant proceeded to argue they did as requested and no refund would be extended. The store manager did not address our concerns, the customer service assistant did not take responsibility of actions read more

Looks like I am not alone giving this store a 1 Star review, I'm wondering if the two 5 star reviews are fictional people. Sadly this is the only game in town when it comes to shipping. I went in on the 22nd of December knowing full well that a Christmas arrival would cost a little extra. I asked "will regular ground shipping get to California by Christmas?". I was told "No" and would need to ship 2 day air to arrive by the 24th, so I agreed to the extra charges. Neither package arrived by the 24th, one arrived on the 27th and the other has not been received and with no estimated delivery date....seems to be somewhere in the air over Sparks Nevada. When I asked for a refund of the extra charges I was told "paying extra, for 2 day air, does not mean a guarantee of 2 day shipment", and no refund is available. Had I been told this from the beginning I would not have a problem. Now I will be doing a charge back and never going back to this UPS store. We received some medication for my father (in transit to his new home out of state) that was on ice. We took it to this UPS Store location and explained it was on ice and needed to be there next day or it would be ruined. This was a Friday. The employee took the package, printed the label, and charged us the $115.15 to ship next day air. The next day rolls around (Saturday) and the package doesn't show up. This is the 4th of July weekend, so Monday will be a holiday as well. We call UPS and the person my wife gets says she'll try to put an emergency call into the location the package is at right now to get them to at least put it in a fridge. She was going to call back. No return call. Fast forward to Tuesday. Package STILL isn't there until 4pm. When my father opens it and puts a thermometer on the ice pack, it registers 83 F. The medicine is ruined. My wife goes into this UPS Store location to complain and the person she speaks to (not the same one that took the package) basically says that we should have known that UPS wouldn't deliver it on a Saturday to a rural location so it's on us. UPS only guarantees next BUSINESS day delivery, so they have done what they contracted to do (according to him). No willingness to put in a refund request or damaged package claim, just oh well, sucks to be you. I have now called UPS Corporate and they tell me this location should have submitted a claim. They are NOT allowed to blow it off and basically say oh well. Corporate is submitting a claim against the store to force them to file the damage claim. We shall see how that goes. Completely and utter fried with this store and their employees. Basically what I'm learning from this is if it MUST get there, don't use UPS. Maybe corporate will convince me otherwise, but right now that's my take on this... read more

This store is terrible along with their manager. I needed to pick up some football tickets so I came yesterday and they told me they weren't there yet... even though it didn't say this anywhere on the note they left. So the manager told me yesterday to come back today after 10am. I went back today at 11:30am and still not there and the boy who helped me didn't apologize just said he didn't know why I was told after 10am and not 1pm... which is a large gap. So I waited until right before they closed so there was no way that the tickets wouldn't be there. I left with plenty of time but unfortunately we have had terrible weather and people drive like idiots so I arrived a FEW minutes after close. All the workers were still there!!! I waited at the door and the same manager who gave me the wrong information just looked at me then turned the lights out and went to the back... unbelievable! Now I have to change my flight for the morning so I can go get the tickets in the morning thanks to their mess up :) I have given them all of my business for years but will be driving further to a different location now because I am so upset! read more

I was so disappointed when I went into this UPS store this morning to use the computer to print out an image. I used to be able to go to the UPS store have an image or a document in my email and then I could open it in word on their computer and print it out. After I opened my email and my card was already being charged I realized there were no applications that you could use unless you had your own subscription to them. What is the point of the computer for customer use if there are no applications they can use. If I had access to those as a subscription I would have edited them at home. It has always been so useful to be able to go to the UPS store and use those applications. I am very disappointed in this change. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in with a box of family mementos and requested that they re-package and ship these things. I specifically asked if they were going to re-pack the items, which were fragile, and they said they would. I paid for a box that was significantly larger than the file box I brought in, and the shipping. When it arrived at its destination, many of the items were shattered and NOTHING had been repacked. It was all loose and in the paper I brought in. No bubble wrap or anything, and the items had been dumped into the large box. I have been working with UPS claims, and the cashier wrote in that the items were packed by the customer! I can't believe they didn't understand "re-package these items in bubble wrap" to mean that I was requesting packaging! How stupid can you be? Absolutely garbage customer service. read more

So I left at 4pm to find a note on the door saying they close at 3pm!!! This is completely unprofessional and is a simple update that should be set up months in advance. One day there was apparently a random rule change where I couldn't enter my card anymore (this rule actually has existed for 2 years despite the fact I enter my card every time). I have a small business so I did a tremendous amount of shipping through this store paying shipping costs between $14-$25 per package. But after today this store has 100% lost all of my business. I had to ship a package out worth $200 and the blonde girl helping me created the label incorrectly. I caught the error within 10 seconds of me living the store, I wasn't even to my vehicle yet when I noticed she put the wrong address in. So I ran in and talked to the same girl to get it changed. But she said the package was already on the truck and there was nothing she could do about. The UPS truck driver was STILL THERE looking at me and NO ONE would go to the truck 5 feet outside there store to get the box and change the label. So instead they charged me $30 on top of the shipping costs to re-route the package. I have never in my life had such a poor experience with a company before. I went to this location on Aug 3 to ship some important items to my son in New Mexico and the you lady helping me had told me wrong information from the start. I kept patient and allowed her to get some help from another gentleman that was older and he instructed her step by step. After being there for 30 minutes and paying approximately $70 dollars to ship my items as they suggested to ship it separately which found very odd as they could have shipped it together and bubble wrapped it and it wouldn't hurt anything. Young girl asked for the address and I physically gave her my phone with the address to copy. A month later I find out the young lady wrote the address wrong so it didn't make it there. I go to retrieve the items and expecting at least an apology, instead the Manager there Tanner decides to tell me that it's my fault for not approving the address. So I'm not sure if this is the way this location is teaching their people about customer service but it was terrible and rude and to know that my package didn't even make it to its destination to come back to the Saratoga Springs UPS Store to receive this DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, response makes me take my business to the Post Office and will from now on.
