I visit this store weekly (sometimes multiple times a week) and always receive outstanding service. All of the employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant! If you use Apple Maps this is an office max store. If you keep going past the store to the right there's an actual FedEx location that I prefer. Whatever I type into Apple Maps to get to the other store doesn't work. It's annoying!! The FedEx store has more services that this location can't offer read more

I was SO impressed by this Fed Ex location. - SUCH FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES. Both people I talked to (I think their names were Natalie and Randy?) were unbelievably kind and helpful. They pleasantly carried on conversations with me and even cracked a few jokes. They made eye contact and went above and beyond in making sure I had an enjoyable experience. - Quick service! Even though there were two people in front of me in line, I was helped within 30 seconds of walking in the door. I recognize that this isn't always possible, as some orders take longer than others, but I noticed every employee performing their tasks speedily. I was grateful that my return didn't take longer than needed. I walked into Fed Ex feeling average, but walked out with a smile on my face. Who knew a shipping place could do that do you?! read more

I showed up to ship two larger wood crates with medical equipment. All of the other fedex print centers have no problem with them. The cashier was nice and accepted my FedEx account number and processed the packages. When I went to unload them the manager came out and said they wouldn't take them. I explained that the crates were below weight limit and under size restrictions to be considered freight. She said no they can't take them. Eventually she caved as she didn't want to go through the process of refunding and cancelling the air bill , but it was just all unnecessary. read more

Just an ok experience. I was nice and said hello when I walked in and I felt like the employees didn't know how to respond to that? Ha so then I felt like it was awkward talking to them the rest of the time. One employee helped me get the things printed off that I needed...there were four employees there. When someone walked in to drop off a package, the employee helping me jumped over to help them. That happened twice. It didn't take too much time, I was just in a huge hurry and it was frustrating that none of the other employees could do that. The employees were also talking a lot amongst themselves and the guy helping me would join in on the conversation or make comments...which again, isn't the end of the world but it definitely took out time and I felt like he wasn't 100% focused on what he was doing or helping me. I just feel like they didn't even care that someone was in. This was my first time in to this location and I doubt I will be back. read more

Worst Customer Service!!! I came in at 4:30 and asked for print services because of the various types of jobs. There were 6 employees including a manager all standing behind the counter and I was told that they are usually busier between 4:30-6pm so they don't make copies for people. The employee walked me over to self service and spent 15 minutes showing me how to make the copies myself, which would then require stapling by hand or hole punching large bundles of copies. The manager was talking with the employees about clubs and social events while the other employees sat on the counter. This place is a sham for customer service, and clearly by the past few days' comments, today was no exception to their approach to customer service. read more

This is a business printing center, but they don't have Wi-Fi... I've literally had faster Wi-Fi at a gas station. Come on FedEx! With as big of a company as you are, this is unacceptable. They said they were going through some system updates, but when you're open for business, you need to be able to meet your customer's needs. read more

This location is pretty average. Things seem to take a little bit longer when I do copying or printing or projects, or even just shipping here. Prices are a little higher but sometimes I have to pay for the convenience of the location. read more

I normally wouldn't post about something as 'self serve' as copy machines and picking up packages, but I wanted to write a quick comment about the service from the girls at FedEx this morning (8/9.) The store was oddly busy, and I just needed to scan some artwork on a copy machine. The girl very quickly and clearly explained the machine to me. I went about my business as the store progressed to get busier and busier. One person after another came in with some kind of an issue (a package was supposed to arrive that didn't, a pdf wouldn't print, a machine wasn't reading, etc.) The two workers and their manager handled each problem with extreme kindness and calmness. They treated each customer well and made sure each job was handled right. The machines I was using kept having error messages, which the manager photographed and sent to the tech team. After struggling with the machines giving me error code after error code, i wasn't able to finish my scanning, so the manager comped all of the scans I was able to get done. It was such a kind act and really showed that she respected my time. Only minus 1 star cause of the machine errors, but excellent customer service!!! read more

Printers didn't work, employees didn't seem to care, moved slow, not very helpful. Spent 20 minutes trying to just print 18 pages from a PDF. Next time I'll use the library. read more
