I didn't choose this place, I was sending a purchase to a customer who chose this method of shipping. If you can use USPS to ship, you should. I kindly asked the miserable employee with a puss on his face if he could put some tape on the bottom of my package to secure it and he replied "we are a no tape office " .....ummm what the f$@k??? He proceeds to tell me I can purchase packaging tape but he just sold the last one . Again WTF??!!!! He then rolls his eyes at me walks away and comes back with a big roll of packaging tape and secures my package. Now was that so hard? Why he had to make a production out of it was beyond me. I have been going to this Post Office for years and have come in contact with some nice and not so nice employees but he was the worst. Also, I have NEVER had an issue with a simple little thing called TAPE at a post office. And whatever happened to "how can I help you" when greeting a customer and when you are done with your transaction how about "have a nice day" . Apparently those words don't exist in miserable employee #20 vocabulary. I will not return to this Post Office again . Why go somewhere when you KNOW you are going to get treated like crap. It's a shame because the building itself it quite charming and one of the older Post Office buildings that you really don't see around here anymore.

Now I have had post office boxes in port jeff and there was always somebody there to get your package. You just knock on the door to get your package.If it's 5 minutes before they open, they even tell you If you get there earlier , just knock on the door and they'll get your package because they are in. Honestly i don't know where to start. This post office is a literal mess, i ordered a hard drive it…read morearrived at their facility and was checked in. When i areived to pick it up since it was there for 3+ days i was told "it never arrived, i don't know why it says that" i ended up having to go thru hoops and hurdles to get a refund that Wasnt even a 3rd of the hard drives price. FAST FORWARD to today months after that whole issue, i just opened my mailbox to my whole blocks mail. For reference my house number is 71, i had the mail for HOUSES 61, 63, 67 and of course my 71. All i can think is that i finally got my answer where the hard drive went, probably into some random mailbox they were never able to recover it from. Someone in your office is lazy, leaving peoples mail in other mailboxes to skip out of a few stops. Needs to fixed...
