Great pricing and friendly, professional service. I had previously been to the UPS Store, then a UPS Hub, and each was estimating around $350 to send my large, heavy item, and that did not include the box or packaging, which I'd have to do myself. Action got it done for $190 in a custom-made box with packaging included. The owner was there to help me and he was a really friendly guy who let me know exactly what he'd be doing and when the package would ship out. These guys are awesome: friendly, reliable, good prices. I have purchased lots of shipping supplies from them on a regular basis for several years, and have never been let down. Don't bother going to the home center for boxes or moving supplies, these guys have the best quality stuff for the best prices. (I've shopped around, buying bubble wrap from office stores, wal-mart, etc is a joke. The quality stinks, and it's always overpriced. Action carries the highest quality bubble wrap I've seen. You wouldn't think it would make a difference, but trust me, it does.) In addition to buying shipping supplies, I also had them package and ship a delicate, very, very expensive piece of electronics I sold on eBay a couple of years ago. It was a really awkward, weird shape. They were super-nice about it, and did a great job packing it up for me, using expanding foam fill to do a custom job. I have always been very pleased.
