He couldn't find one so he was kind enough to take one off another seat post. Paul could tell we really wanted to get back on the trails and was very affordable and friendly. I went in to FedEx overnight a 3.6 lb box. It's the same size I've been sending at other locations…read moremultiple times this year. The most I've ever paid was $210 for Saturday delivery. Upscale mail quoted me $340 to arrive by 4:30, $360 to arrive by noon. I was shocked and questioned it, but was told all costs everywhere had gone up. There also isn't a way to put in my FedEx account number anymore, it's all under their own. I paid the ungodly amount and later looked up the cost on the FedEx site using the same info from my receipt and the cost was $206 to arrive by 8 am, $155 to arrive later. I called back to ask them to double check the rate and was told it was correct. I asked why in the world the markup was double and was told that only the owner has access to what the rates are so he couldn't answer. He was not rude in any way, so I do not fault the employee, but the store itself is an absolute rip off. I send these packages multiple times each year and usually drive to the valley. I decided to drive to this place which was slightly closer and it's a small business, so thought I'd support them. I'm fine with a markup and making a profit but this was an absolute rip off and I told them I'd never come back. If you don't mind shelling out a ridiculous amount of money for something you can go elsewhere for less, cool. This is your place. However I will never set foot in there again.

The cards arrived with obvious white borders around every single card, completely ruining the clean, professional look we needed. Their instructions on bleed were vague at best. They told us to "add extra to the height and width" for a standard 3.5" x 2" card -- but gave no clear explanation, no clear specific dimensions. How are non-designers supposed to know what that means? Worse yet, there was no warning during the order process. Any decent printer would at least flag issues like this before running the job. When we reached out for support, they refused to offer a refund or even a reprint -- despite the cards being unusable and the fault lying in their failure to provide clear, accessible guidance. We're now stuck with a full batch of poorly trimmed business cards that reflect badly on our company. I would not recommend Digital Lizard to anyone -- especially not small businesses or individuals without print design experience. They offer no help, no accountability, and no customer service when things go wrong.

I revisited today 7-17-23 to let them know the letter I had notarized and sent certified, return…read morereceipt over a month ago was never delivered by USPS and they (USPS) told me that they had a very new carrier that may have delivered to the wrong location and not scanned it in as Ormond the supervisor at the CDA post office said he could not locate my letter. I'd been trying to track this for over a month, he told me to come in for a refund but they were only going to give me $8.36 from $14.00 that I paid so that is when I returned to UPS and explained, the lady was taken aback by what I told her and graciously gave me the $14 when USPS should have plus the cost of my notary for all the inconvenience, but no! So, I am pleased with the service at this UPS location thank you for your understanding and help.
