I understand the day I went, this store was very busy. And I think the ladies that were working were doing a very quick job of getting through all of the customers. One lady with curly hair was being nice & chatty with people. The lady who helped me came out last, and was not having it. She was rude and honestly just done with her job. I tried to ask her how her day was and make small talk etc. she completely ignored me and was just throwing papers my way. Went there today to return an Amazon package and get a receipt. If you don't want a receipt, you can just drop the package off and leave. I waited in line for 25 minutes! I was maybe 4th in line and by the time I left, there were at least 20 people in line. Problem was...one person helping people. A man had a difficult item to send, and the ONLY CLERK spent at least 15 minutes with him as the line got longer and longer. There were at least 4 other workers in the store, moving boxes from the front and working in the back. NO ONE appeared to be in charge or care that there was a long line forming as this one patron was helped and everyone else ignored. After about 15 minutes, another employee came out to work the line (while the first one continued with one customer). She didn't seem too familiar with procedures. After another 5 minutes someone else FINALLY came out to help. Most people were just doing returns..."What's your name", scan QR code, take package, give receipt. Takes less than one minute. The woman helping me asked if I wanted a receipt. I didn't stand in line for 25 minutes to NOT get a receipt (eye roll). This store does not appear to have good management skills, or all workers would have been out helping customers and put off the work in the back. No one even acknowledged that the line was very long. With 3 employees and 4 customers you would expect the wait time to have been much shorter. Although I was one of the first 4 people and was helped promptly, it still took 20 minutes to have my package all wrapped up and sent off. Denise was very condescending, never have I been treated so poorly while trying to have something shipped out. Next time I will opt to use Fed Ex. I WILL go out of my way to avoid this store as often as possible read more

Having just moved to town, I needed a place a place to get mail and have always had good experiences with other UPS Stores.... not this one. The 3 employees there that day all need to take a course in customer service. It was like dealing with disgruntled middle school librarians. "T" acted like she was going out of their way to assist me and it was an inconvenience for her to setup a new box. I completely agree with Derrick... "miserable employees". The icing on the cake.... after processing my card, I was handed a single key for the box. When I asked if I was to be given a front door key I was told "if you want a front door key that's another $25 charge". What? I've never been charged $25 for a key for after hours access to my UPS box. Maybe these guys don't realize even USPS box holders have 24 access to the lobby. And guess what... that $25 key charge is non-refundable upon return. What a rip off! In the end, as I walked away from the counter not a "have a nice day", "please come again" or even "is there anything else I can do for you".... nothing, just uncomfortable silence from "T". You can bet I'll be cancelling at the end of my initial 3 month term. I could go on, but I'll stop here. Live and learn. Hey UPS franchise owner- you want the phone number and location to another UPS store where I've had a box that I'd give 5 star ratings to all day, every day.... let me know. They know how to do i right! My recommendation is avoid this UPS Store location. read more

Horrible customer service, very disorganized and take longer than they should for small tasks. Not a pleasant experience talking to them on the phone either. Will probably try to go to a different UPS store if I ever need something shipped again. read more

I needed last minute printing services on a recent business trip to St. George. After sending in my online order and going into the store, I was told that printing services had a 24 hour turn around time, and they were visibly busy. I was ready to turn around and leave to find an alternate solution to my last minute needs, when, without my asking, they took me in the back and printed what I needed right then. Awesome customer service and fun ladies to talk to. I'm back in St. George every couple of weeks and will use their services again, hopefully with less urgency. ;) read more

I think this place did great for the holiday season! They have always been good to get you in and out. 30 min to box my stuff up stand in a line almost out the door I say is pretty fast! I watched how anyone who walked up they took care of right away. If they didn't have to be there waiting they made sure they didn't stand in line. I did however see one rude lady before me say "she was never coming back" Which good, don't! Think she was there being helped before 3 of us that was there and should have been before her. If anything she was not there long at all. And to be rude about it is crazy to me! It's the holiday season, you are going to have lines and waiting. If you don't want yo wait, send your package Dec 1st. It costed me 10.00 bucks to ship and be delivered in 2 days is a deal. I spend 6 bucks at Post Office with tracking and they end up losing my package! I don't know where these low stars are coming because I think they are friendly, proper and take care of people. I'll definitely be back if I have to ship anything else again. read more
