The last 5 years in town I always used this business (recommended by my neighbor) and they did excellent work. HOWEVER, this month all the pleats in my clothes were totally screwed up as half the pleats were steamed the opposite way and whichever way. It seems whoever the employee was either had a bad day and took it out on the customers or they just didn't give a D..., as they just threw my items on the steam table and were totally careless in their work. No more professionalism at this business! Did they get new owners or something? They LOST MY BUSINESS! I will take all my clothng articles to a new cleaner in town at Dinosaur Crossing, that others are raving about. I really hate spending extra $$$ to get something re-done, the way it SHOULD HAVE been done in the FIRST PLACE!!! read more

We have been using Lee Cleaners since moving to St. George last year. Their customer service is excellent and we've never had any problems with our items. We even showed up at 2 pm on a Saturday (they close at noon), looking for a suit my husband needed for church the next day. The owner was heading to her car but she came back and opened for him and took care of him. I recommend this dry cleaner! read more

Update! Red Rock Cleaners was able to get the shirt back to white without doing any damage to the shirt. In an abundance of caution we now have these shirts dry cleaned only. read more

First time here. Seems like this business has been doing this for a long time. Located across from Harmons. Nice lady checked in clothes and told me about the service, date done and about policy of no credit cards. I asked if they would take a check from out of area. She said fine. Wow! That's against the norm for sure. They also take Venmo. Just have something against credit cards I guess. Came back today to pickup my order. Same nice Lady at the counter. Everything was ready as promised. It all looked very nice. Very happy. When I got home my Wife opened up the clothes and was very impressed. She had a jacket they cleaned. It looked brand new and she was so happy. Will be back again. read more

My first visit was based off of Yelp reviews. I had a 2 piece silk cashmere cream color sweater set that a cocktail waitress spilled red wine on. As well as silk wool pants. Lee's Cleaners straight up said we will do our best. Well they got the red wine completely out of the pants and they dry cleaned the sweater set 3 times and laundered it 1x. Now who does that? Right. The sweater set did not come out completely. But they did a great job. highly recomment read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I just picked up my clothes from this business and it was terrible. The red headed woman was rude and aggressive. I asked her to wear a mask ( my dad has cancer, so we all have to be extra careful) and she said no. I tried to explain the situation and she just told me I was paranoid repeatedly. Avoid this place at all costs- I would iron my own stuff rather than go here again. She was rude when I dropped off too, but was wearing her mask during that exchange so I just let it go. read more

I use dry cleaning services a lot. When I go down there in person they are very kind and quick. But don't expect anything to get done by phone. They couldn't tell me if my dry cleaning was ready or not. My ticket says my clothes should be ready by Friday, but the lady told me Thursday when I dropped them off. When I called Friday morning to see if they were finished, the man who answered my call couldn't tell me if my clothes were ready or not. He said, "I can't tell, you're just gonna have to come in and check." But this is not the 60s, I should be able to find these things out by phone without having to drive all over town. I have an incredibly busy schedule and I work very long hours. Being able to communicate by phone is important. My last dry cleaning company used to do this for me but since they closed I've been using Lee. And they don't have a reduced rate for "Ironing - only". They charge the same rate whether you're cleaning or just pressing. I guess I'll just have to adjust. I really miss my old cleaning service. read more

I've been a regular customer of Lee's for the last couple of years. They've consistently cleaned and pressed my shirts in a satisfactory way. My primary reason for using them is the convenience of their location to my home. Prior to my single recent experience I probably would have rated the a 3-Star provider, however that changed on my last visit. I took in a couple of dress shirts and said I was sorry for short notice but would it be possible for a same day or 24 hour turn around. Upon my asking the owner started to lecture me on my failure to plan ahead. I was shocked and replied that I was sorry but my mother had passed away and I needed the shirts for the funeral services. My telling her this didn't even cause her to pause, just more lecturing on people's failure to plan ahead. At that point I walked out of the store telling her I didn't appreciate the lecture. I'm sure this little business won't miss me as a customer but I do hope this review will help them be more aware of customer's unique needs and sit October 2018 - New cleaners now located by the Smiths Store in Dinosaur Crossing. So glad to have another option to Lee's. I haven't been back to Lee's since the day I could lectured. Looking forward to having another nearby option. read more

Carmen is EVERYTHING. I washed a pen with my husbands nice clothing. I was freaking out. Instead of trying to get the stain out myself, I took it to Lee's. Carmen was so great about it, even though it takes a lot of individual time to treat each spot. I told her I didn't want my husband to know what i had done because he doesn't want me touching his laundry in the first place. She was very quick, and called me right away to let me know they were all done. read more

I really like to support family and mom and pop businesses. I took my dry cleaning and they did a good job. The bone to pick is they take cash and checks only (they do have signs on the windows stating this). This isn't 1980! I don't carry a ton of cash on me because I have a bank debit card. Taking credit cards is not expensive (you get to write the fees off on your taxes) and you will increase your customer base. read more

I really wish there was a rating lower than 1 star after my experience. Bottom line, this place is awful. They demand cash for payments - so I guess you cant take the issue up with a credit card company - they screw up your clothes and then accuse you of trying to steal from them! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! PAY MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE - ITS WORTH SPARING YOURSELF THE AGGREVATION! I'm not from here but was in town for a bit so I thought I'd get my cleaning done as the place had ok ratings on Yelp. I always get my nice clothes dry cleaned because I feel its less harsh on the clothing and your products look better and last longer. As I look at the lifespan of my wardrobe, over the years, its been worth investing in dry cleaning for preservation sake. So, when I walked into Lee's with my cleaning, I asked that they dry clean everything. The woman tried to talk me into cleaning (cheaper) but I told her dry cleaning was my mantra. I came back two days later to pickup the clothes and took them home. That night, before heading out, I put on one of my woven sweaters and was shocked to see how much it had shrunk. The arms were short, chest tight and worst of all the length was now mid-rift circa those 80's half shirts (unfortunately not kidding). I went back the next day and tried to explain that they had shrunk my clothing. The lady in charge was summoned from the back and came up and tried to explain to me that it hadn't shrunk and that based on the Tshirt I had on, she knew that's how I wore my tops (??? I know..) After many efforts to show her it had shrunk, including trying it on for her, she agreed to "try again"... and told me to come back in a 1/2 hour. I came back and she had magically lengthened it a little bit. No where close to length I brought it in, but at least now it was slightly below my belly button. I told her I was very unhappy with the product and even more happy that she appeared to be in complete denial over the issue - after all, all any complainer really wants is to know they were heard. She then proceeded to tell me the garment couldn't have shrunk because the Michael Kors label on it said it was preshrunk. I explained to her I had owned this item for 2 years and NEVER had an issue dry cleaning it in LA. By now, I was frustrated and starting to get angry. I told her again (3rd time) that I felt she wasn't even acknowledging the issue. And then, she did it... totally popped my cork. She asked me, "do you know what I think?" I said no. She said "your trying to get money from me". Honestly, I was so flabbergasted I think my jaw dropped. I asked her, "Is that your response? When I ask you to take some ownership to the issue you clearly caused, that I'm trying to take money from you?" She nodded and then said she noticed me when I first walked in and saw that I stopped to look at the price list she has on her front window and knew then that I was trying to steal from her. Absolutely amazing!! I brought in my wedding dress that was caked in red dirt/mud from my ceremony in Zion National Park. They warned me that they may not be able to get all of the stain out because that particular dirt stain is really hard to remove. They had it back to me within a few days and it looked brand new and stain free. I would absolutely trust them with all of my most important clothing from now on. I will take my business else where in the future. 5 shirts were 37.50 where as two weeks ago the same type of shirts were 2.50 each. She said these were dry cleaned and other were not but the are the same type of shirts. I told her that this should have been explained at drop off and how much it would be or I should of been called to tell me the rate increase. Her attitude was one of she didn't care what I said. I took several business suits to Lee Cleaners get them dry cleaned. Needless to say they ruined one of my jackets and refused to pay for the cost to replace. Carmen screamed at me and said that I had breast implants put in. (?) Her husband also said that I had gained weight and that is why the jacket no longer fit right. Consumers beware. read more
