Out of the blue, Spectrum recently sent me a new modem and router. Included in the setup instructions was a warning: If I do not return the old equipment I would be charged the monthly rental fee even though it has been replaced and is no longer actively being used. Enter the UPS store. Don't need no code or no label, just tell the clerk to send it back to Spectrum. The clerk knew just what to do and cautioned me to hold onto my shipping invoice because it had the serial number of the router so it is my proof that the equipment has been returned. read more

Bad experience. Store was in such a mess they could not even print a single sheet of paper for me that I ordered & paid for online. Service was really bad & left wondering what type of world we live in now. Keep the paper UPS & reconsider who runs your stores. What I seen was a sh*t show. read more

If I could rate a zero I would, untrained employees and very disrespectful and unprofessional employees. Was given wrong information multiple times by an employee and charged through the roof for a 2 day delivery that took 5 days and was then told "well 2 day doesn't meant 2 days it can take up to 5" AFTER THE FACT and after being charged 160 dollars. Employee told me And another person wrong information then when I called to try to get the situation rectified was call a liar multiple time and actually hung up on by a "supervisor" named Ryan. Extremely unprofessional and just lie to people to get money, would highly recommend using USPS or a private shipping company over using these thieves. *Update** It has nothing to do with being upset and more to do with AGAIN untrained or undertrained staff and very disrespectful customer service. The call did not in fact get "disconnected" you hung up then called back 10 minutes later after you got called out for hanging up on a customer that you were "trying to help" but clearly told me I was SOL, because no one was going to do anything. The problem here is accountability that your store clearly lacks. Corporate already has 2 reports for both you and your other employees. read more

The General Manager at this location has no idea what he's doing in notarizing legal documents. He insists on reading the entired document contense. Literally reading the document word for word and repeating out loud the financial amount that was in the document! Reading the document contense is not at all relivant to getting a SIGNATURE notarized and its a point blank violation of privacy rights. Notaries are notorizing the signature NOT the contense of the document. He also made a of copy of both of our drivers licesnes. Professional Standards call for protecting signers privacy by NOT keeping copies. But the law and professional regulations don't seem to apply to this place! If you want to have your privacy violated or your identify solen this is the place to get documents notarized. Updated comment: I stand 100% behind my comment as it is an honest account of what happened. The is absoluly no reason to have our ID scanned/copied other than the owners power trip because I pushed back over him reading our documentation! read more

I use this office to ship out merchandise for my business very frequently. The staff is superb! So kind, and they take the time to really get to know you. I know I can call them up with any "ing" question and get a quick response. With Covid every business has faced a set of new challenges. This UPS store has jumped over all the hurdles with ease! All of the staff is wearing masks properly at all times which makes me feel safe. They have suggested 6ft reminder signs on both doors, and markers on the floors. Im proud to call this UPS store my shipping home. read more

Worst shipping experience ever, cocky manager, know it all type. Charged ridiculous fees to pack and wrap an item that was professionally wrapped prior to drop off. I wouldn't recommend this store to my worst enemy. Total rip-off and after paying 3 times the UPS rate my next day air package will take 4 days to deliver. Never, ever again. read more

I have been using UPS services an PO Box here for almost a year now. The manager and the crew there are all fantastic. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews on here but I just had to stir the pot because they're literally all great. The property is new, maintained and secure. The staff is all super friendly. store 6173 @ the corner of Haines Road/54th Ave N, St. Pete. The only reason i am giving it one star is because of ONE employee. In generally, THE SERVICE HAS BEEN GREAT... HOWEVER... I have been in there several times over the past few months... and for SOME reason, there is one employee that feels that she is exempt from wearing a mask properly. She wears it UNDER her nose... then what's the point? you are still breathing in and out germs from your nose as you do your mouth. if there's some disability that prevents her from wearing it properly, she needs to not be working with the public. I'm lucky that i have not had to have her wait on me... EVERY OTHER employee wears the mask properly... but I still would hesitate to have her even working in the back without a mask because the other employees are very compliant with the rules of mask wearing. I don't understand why this one person can't comply. It's not fair to your other employees or your customers! read more

I am sorry you feel the need to disparage my comment...I am also a senior citizen AND I also have degenerative disc disease and terrible back pain, and it also very difficult for me to get around as well. And he did, in fact, have several packages on a rolling hand cart/or walker or whatever technicality you want to get into. Since some customers seem to be of more importance to you the discount won't be necessary but thank you anyway. read more
