The manufacturer sent me mailing labels and instructions and all that sort of thing to FedEx it but I don't have any of the necessary supplies or resources to get it went. Had to go out anyway so I bundled up my phone and my spare phone and headed over to the office. Pulled into the lot walked into the shop explained my business to the gent behind the counter and he printed up my label while I packed up my phone. Paid for my supplies and was on my way with a minimum of fuss and bother. yea for me! Both associates were neatly attired and well spoken. I felt comfortable handing over my phone so they could scan the return authorization and complete the transaction. We've been coming here for a number of years and they are great. They have all of our common ship to addrsses on files and make things quick and easy They will also research shipping rates and delivery dates to make shipping prompt and economical. Please note that they moved about a year ago due to Harris Teeter remodeling and taking their space. This truly obnoxious customer turned around and told us all to "Smile, it's a New year" as she took her sweet time chatting away and going as slow as possible. I told her you knew I was coming with this as I came earlier and it says on line that you CAN and DO. I can tell you- she was lying to me and was laughing.
