I am a huge fan of UPS , stores ( shout out to Montclair NJ, UWS NYC, Abingdon VA) and Huge thanks to all the delivery people. Unfortunately it just takes 1 bad apple-every time I bring in boxes to ship to this Stuart shop-Susan A is rude, when I brought in a tv to ship she said 'we tell people to order a new tv. When I replied I have shipped TVs, keyboards etc, nothing has ever been broken-her reply 'you just got lucky'. The rest of the staff is super, but I will never go back. read more

Regarding the UPS store owned by Craig on Ocean Blvd in Stuart, FL... I have a very hard time believing some of these one-star reviews are about the same store we have done business with for many years. Here's a theme that has me scratching my head: "Arrogance and total disregard for the customer..." This comment, along with other similar postings, causes​ me to question one of two things... 1) Are these people delusional? or 2) Are these people merely engaged in, what psychology calls, "projection?" In other words, are THEY the ones with nasty, grumpy, entitled personalities but then accuse EVERYONE ELSE of the same?? I am, by no means, saying every experience at that store is perfect. Probably the ONE thing that *does* bother me is when a package is missing and it is "eluded" that the customer was responsible for that missing package. Grrrr (Not a good thing to do, Craig, so I would encourage you and the ladies to go easy on that line of defense.) Yes -- we customers DO make mistakes but the most recent time this excuse was used on us, we absolutely, positively, emphatically had NOTHING to do with the missing package. I *HATE* when you insinuate something was our fault when it clearly was yours. So, team Craig, those of us that love you and the service you provide are merely asking for a little humility and the occasional apology that may sound like something like this: "Hmm... you know... if we DID make a mistake, we apologize." Seriously, Craig, if you do this more often when, occasionally, you goof, it will keep us longtime customers happier. As humans, WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES. We, your patrons, are not always to blame. Maybe... just a thought... maybe starting in 2021, let's all start to take responsibility for our own actions and mishaps and merely say "I'm sorry" when we do make a mistake. "Customer Service is non-existent at this UPS Store! Arrogance and total disregard for the customer is the motto at this establishment!" WOW - just, WOW. I have never seen this type of behavior at that UPS store. Here's something I do notice on YELP and other review sites: More often than not, people waste NO TIME jumping on here to leave an over-blown complaint but they leave few complimentary reviews. I am not saying that every posted negative review is a lie, but having done business with this store for so many years leads me to believe that, if this behavior were the norm, don't ya think I would have seen it by now?? I have NEVER seen disrespectful behavior at this business establishment. Susan and Gisella (Craigs' employees) are, hands-down, THE BEST. I have never, EVER had a bad experience with them. On the contrary, they are always ready and willing to go beyond your "ho-hum, blasé, average customer service experience." Craig, Susan,​ and Gisella are GUILTY of giving customers​ ABOVE-AVERAGE customer service. My final thoughts... In general​, if we customers/patrons try a little more "honey" in the place of "vinegar," we will likely find businesses treating us better too. read more

The owner is incompetent. After putting the wrong address on my package which he denied twice, only to have one of the "smart" employees identify that the address was incorrect (after my third phone call) . It went up and back to its destination twice, only to be returned to the UPS Store. No one at UPS could tell me (for two weeks) where my package was. I received no apologies at all from the owner who made the mistake/s, and I had to ask for a refund. No concern shown here! read more

Dropped off packages, one with UPS label and one with USPS. Asked specifically if I can drop off a USPS priority mail package and will it be picked up today--FRIDAY. They said yes. It was not picked up Friday or Sat, not till monday, and will not arrive until Wed. I could have driven a mile to the post office if they had been honest about this, and it could have arrived by Monday. Shame on you. read more

Each time I visited this store, Both the owner of the UPS Store and employee did NOT treat customers with respect! I sent an envelope for next day delivery at great expense...it did not arrive, I went to the store to double check and was told that delivery time frame was just a 'suggestion' ...what? Did not get there the next day, and I was told it was not their fault, it was the driver's discretion to drop it off, ...what? The young woman who helped me was not new to the store, she has been at this store for a while...owner of franchise standing right there, nothing...tried calling the 800 number for UPS to try to get a refund and if there is a way to reach a human I could not find it~~I now use USPS or FedEx. (BTW, the envelope, which contained time sensitive materials arrived a full week later, several days after the documents expired). read more

Being a dealer of high end design, fine art, and curiosities, it's important that I trust my packing and shipping to a reliable source. This store does not believe in customer service. Beware, when you think you are sending something UPS they send it US mail and do not inform you. When you discover what they did, they blame you the consumer. If you want something mailed go to the US Post Office and save yourself the aggravation of being abused by the employees of this store. read more
