When I came in I was told the fee was $53.59 and I sent a text to my client to let them know the fees. Then when I came back another older lady with braided hair charged me $56.84. When I asked why the increase in fee she said, and I quote, "oh that was just a quote it must have gone up in cost". Well the younger girl didn't tell me that so I assumed that this was logical,- I didn't have the receipt to notice that I was also being charged $2.99 for a 9x12 container to ship to my client. The last time I shipped UPS the container was PART of the shipping process, there wasn't an "uncharge". And the one I received wasn't even UPS - it was a plain white envelope that the lady put my shipping contents into and put a label on it. I didn't even think to look at the actual receipt because she wasn't truthful - she added on $2.99 for a package to ship it into. WTF? It's not about the measly $3 - its that I had to go back to my client and say - oh no, now it's $3 more and look like I don't know how to ship a package! Super shady way to do business.... Even the USPS provides packages for overnight or ground deliveries like this where you're paying a premium for shipping! Sorry, I've been a customer for almost 15 years because of the convenience but I'll be using the post office from now on.

Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.

Bear with them as he handles customers wanting uhauls for one way changing what size to get etc, it's a lot of work for one person. Be patient and he can help. Uhaul does have changes in policies he is abiding for and they don't make it east. Plan ahead on rentals . Plush animals and candle wick candles are my go to items other than shipping. USPS , fedx, ups now across the street, he has stamps and on this corner he's the only team here.
