Went in to send off a return package. The gal behind the counter was a huge help. She listened, was efficient and kind. I discovered they charged 2.00 to print out an email plus charging a minimal amount for copies. They did not tell me about the email charge until after all was said and done. It was an honest mistake, but came as a surprise. This location got better reviews than most. read more

I went in with Amazon returns like I always do to any UPS. Halfway through Syed huffs and puffs asking me how many items I have. There was no one else behind me waiting to be helped... I'm sorry you're upset you need to work...? I awkwardly said I only have about 4 items left. My mom is home bound so I brought her returns and mine. At the last item I just lightly, smilingly said, "last one!" to let him know I'm done and he said, "I'm gonna show you where you're supposed to do the returns. I only did it as a courtesy for you today" and walked me to a self service kiosk. He clearly didn't want to do it for me despite there not being anyone else that needed help. And even if there were, I drove 45 minutes in traffic to get to this UPS to do my errand. And if there were people ahead of me, I would have to wait. Every UPS I go to, the employees help me even if there is a self service option. He clearly didn't want to be there or be helpful. If you're looking to do all your own work and not get any customer service, this location is where to go read more

Love this UPS! the staffs are really friendly and helpful. I went here to notarize my documents and they processed really fast with quality. And everything was done perfectly within 5 minutes. I was really satisfied because I went to another UPS before coming to this one and the other UPS was horrible and saying they cannot notarize my document with a really rude attitude. I have been coming to this location for over 6 years. Today was my last time. VISHAL.... who claims to be the owner is the reason. He attempted to help with an Amazon return, instructing me on how to process the return from my phone to Avoid having to pay for UPS to pack/ship the return. He then proceeded to tell me I still needed to pay for packaging he placed my return in even though it wasn't going to be used since Amazon generated a package free return. He said because he already sealed the envelop I needed to pay for it. When I refused, he told me to not ever come back to the location again. I am filing a discriminatory complaint with corporate. Incorrectly packed an item and then refused to refund my money. Had to go to a different UPS store to receive proper service.

Where to start rude , over priced and not helpful . I had to ship a package that I was sent a label for , I brought the package and was told they couldn't scan the bar code I needed to go home and print the label. I asked if the label could be printed there and was told yes but it is 2 dollars a page printing . That's fine and I asked them to print the label and was told to email it . Long story short they printed the entire email and all of its contents which was 8 pages and was told that I would be charged 16 dollars . Now I understand I am part to blame I should have just sent the label but at the same time I know when I print it asks me what I want to print and how many pages they could have said do you want all 8 pages printed. Needless to say I told them no thank you , and then Was told I still owed for the printing and I could not leave until paid . Sadly I left took my package to another upstairs who was able to scan the barcode and ship the package . read more

The girl in front ripped me off. Charged me $33 for something I could have done elsewhere for less then $5. She didn't tell me as we were doing things what the price of things were so I assumed they were little or no cost. for example , printing one document should not cost $3. I'm okay with paying but like she should disclose the price of things before doing them. I just wanted to mail a letter which should not cost $12 !!!. I could have just mailed it on my own for less then .10. I'm so upset and wished I never went there. She need to do her job better it's not that hard to say "it's going to be a fee for printing this". read more

The worker in this location lied to me and also charged me a $3 fee just to check their email and to hit the "print" button, plus additional for each page (the original fee). Here is where he lied: When I questioned the $3 fee, he lied and said other UPS stores charge $7-$12. So I inquired around other locations, because this just didn't make sense to me - and all 5 other locations in the area and around said they do not charge an extra fee JUST to print and even expressed on how ridiculous this fee is. $3 is not much, but it's the principle of it. You are charging a ridiculous fee just to check your email and to hit the print button, even my dog can do that job. You're charging people for ridiculous reasons. I'm surprised you aren't charging any money for customers to breath in your store. Check out the other UPS locations, AVOID THIS ONE!!! They just keep on scamming people and taking our money for ridiculous made up rules read more

They had me to pay $5 for a plastic UPS Store bag to return an item from Amazon when I could have grabbed a bag from my car. He didn't tell me until after the fact that any bag is acceptable when I inquired. Do right by your customers. Be trustworthy and give us the facts. read more

I only take my amazon returns to this store. I never have to wait although I try to go during non-peak hours. I can usually find parking right up front, drop it off to be scanned or not depending if there's a line and run right out. I did have an issue the other day when my stupid printer did a shoddy print job and instead of them reprinting the label, they wanted me to pay $2 to print it so I had to call amazon to email me a label code. That was an inconvenience and bad CS imo. read more

I visited this location on Monday one clerk helping at the counter the other guy doing something I a cabinet. 2 people in line then the white guy helps the lady next in line then goes bake to the cabinet doing whatever is more important than customers. Finally waves me up does not give the impression that he wants to work. Whit guy with skin issue on arm don't come to work if you don't want to work. Sooo rude. read more

I've visited this place several times and have ALWAYS had a bad experience. Like ALWAYS. Without a doubt I knew whenever I come I would always be greeted with someone who looked annoyed to be there, slow, and probably rude. It wasn't until today, right now, that Sohil was working that I've been treated with the best experience I've ever had here. He was so helpful, and patient. He wasn't overly nice and I don't think he smiled once but he did his job efficiently, and helped me come to a solution instead of dismissing me or telling me to do it online or simply saying that he can't do it. Every single time I go here, the employees are so rude. I do believe they are the owners. They always give a hard time when dropping Amazon items for return or any transactions for that matter. I went there to ship a package Usps and they refuse to take my Usps package in which they also ship and advise me to place it in the box outside. The package has yet to move. I will avoid this location at all cost! Response: I did not ask you for a receipt. I only asked you to give it to the postman. You directed me to the box and now my package was never scanned and is lost. This is not my first bad experience here. My husband and daughter had also had negative experiences at this store. I gave the store a 2 because they were quick with processing my request. We are in a pandemic and both of the employees had on surgical mask, however the masks were placed below their chins. The purpose of wearing a mask is to prevent others from getting sick. The purpose of wearing a mask is NOT to have a chin strap. Please protect me and the others during this critical time! read more

This guy is a total jerk . Every time I bring in a package paid by the Usps he says "you know you can take it to the post office, I'm just trying to help you out." With a straight up attitude. Apparently, he gets annoyed if you bring in Usps items. His current statement to me is "don't blame me if you stuff is missing." My experience at this UPS store was great. Wasim, the manager, helped me a lot with sending a package overnight for my dad. I originally had seen a price online that was incorrect/wasn't gauranteed to arrive on time and Wasim helped explain that to me. I'm one to have a short temper, but he stayed really calm and pleasant through out the whole ordeal. We figured out what I needed in this delivery and my package should be there by tomorrow morning. Raced out here to catch them before they closed. Needed a piece of tape and they wanted me to buy a whole roll. Overhead on tape is what 2 cents if that?! While I was in a pregnant woman tried to drop off her ups and usps packages which I have done previously at the UPS store I normally go to and the rep told her that he didn't want take it cause she can't give her a receipt and if she wanted to find a post office she could google it! I had to ship something domestically, and as per some of the previous reviewers mentioned - the store wanted to charge me $2 and some change for printing a label even though I had all sorts of codes to print. I can't speak for any other reviewer, but this morning was a sh***y morning for me. But I had to drop off an Amazon return so I stopped by this store. Ms. Zora was working the counter and after exchanging some cordial words she asked me how my day was and I gave her a summary. Long-story-short.. She gave me a fee encouraging words and didn't even shy away from giving me a much needed hug. And I felt SO much better afterwards. I know it says nothing about the store itself, but it does say something about the people who work there. They care. And caring is the biggest part of customer service that been lost by so many big companies these days. read more

Just left this place. As soon as we got to the store my grandson 3 1/2 years old had a go to the bathroom. Now another place would allow a customer with a very young child to use the bathroom. The two people that were working there could care less. They told me no you can't use it you got to go to waffle house. What kind of people run that store? When is UPS corporate going to take a look at that store and do something about it. Either the owner should be replaced or the store closed. You don't treat young people like that. read more

Extremely rude people and racist!!!!!! I walked in yesterday to do finger print at 5:30pm knowing that had an appointment that my company made for me... The gentleman told me that they were closed. .... So I said "it says that you guys close at 6pm and my company made a reservation...... he tried to go back and forward so I pulled the email and showed him and I asked him if it was his store address he said yes so I asked him if the time was right he said yes and added that he wasn't going to do anything for me... I just had a terrible experience at the UPS store across from MOG. I was in there Wednesday to get fingerprinted so I can chaperone my kids field trips and was told to go online and fill somethings out and come back ANYTIME no appointment needed. Showed up today at 9:00 and the manager/owner rudely told me they can't do anything until 10 and that I should have checked the website where it's posted all over that fingerprinting does not start until 10. When I pointed out I was just here on Wed and 10:00 was never mentioned he started calling me a liar and yelling. Like actually raising his voice and walking towards me saying terrible things. It was awful! He's always been a little rude but honestly I just drop off a package most of the time so it never bothered me. It was uncomfortable and a little scary how angry and rude he was.
