All of my experiences at this location have been the same. I'll give you an example. But suffice to say I am done with these guys. Too many strikes. Walked in and I am the only customer. 3 employees sitting in the counter talking with each other. I stand there a while before they decide to help me. It was as if they had to figure out who drew the short straw. Anyway the man who helped me had an accent so incredibly thick that I swear I could not understand a single word he said. I am all for diversity and such but seriously? On top of that he was very rude and not knowledgeable. I had to tell HIM how to ship my package. He made no effort to help me. It will be a miracle if my package gets there. I would have gone to another location if I had the time. I will never use this location again. read more

A woman was yelling at another staff member when I walked in the door in front of another customer and myself. She was rude and completely unprofessional. She then acted like my mere presence was a huge inconvenience to her. Only to tell me it would cost $2 for me to send her an email to print my UPS prepaid label. No thank you! I went in at a very busy time, 5pm on a week day, 2 weeks before Christmas, only to get one of my certification cards laminated. I didn't wait long to get to the counter, but once I got there, the machine had to warm up. I waited about 5-10 minutes before the machine was ready, but as soon as it was, I was taken care of. The gentleman then handed me my card and said "sorry about to wait, we will charge you next time" & smiled. He did not charge me for the lamination. Obviously I am not posting this for you to expect to not get charged for your services if you have to wait long. This is a profiting establishment and you should never expect that. But when it does happen, it means a lot! read more

I went to this UPS Store today to mail a package to the family. It was pretty busy, but it's the holiday season so it's no surprise there. I waited for less than 2 minutes before a lady called to me and asked if she could help. The registers were all being used at the time but she still took my info and got everything in order for when a register was free. It was my lucky day because a register was soon open and I was in and out of there. Another man even helped out to make things go speedily. The lady also gave me some coupons to use on my next visit. This is my second time using this particular store and I have to say that both times I've had good service and the people there were so sweet. There is parking in front of the store for UPS customers only so there's another plus. If those are full it's no biggie because there are plenty of other spaces available around there. I have been using this location for years, but this Christmas they mixed up 2 of my shipments. They are not taking responsibility for putting the wrong labels on my packages. My sister received my Amazon return and her families presents were sent to Amazon. Doubt I will be able to track them down and now I am out the shipping and the $200 worth of gifts. I have noticed some low reviews for this UPS site, and I'm not sure why. I come here all the time, mostly to drop off packages. The customer service has always been top notch and quick. One day I was running late to drop something off and they were very nice to accept it. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes, if any, and I've visited throughout many times of the day and week. read more

Patel was a life saver! We had almost given up on shipping a large package at a reasonable cost. Estimates at other ups stores were so high and staff seemed inexperienced and not willing or able to solve the issue. Patel was very helpful, efficient, and professional.
