I came in with a simple question about a USPS package I had dropped off along with two UPS…read morepackages. The UPS packages were scanned, but the USPS tracking never updated. I had specific questions about the process and what I could do to locate the package. I was not asking them to take responsibility -- I was simply asking for guidance. Instead, I was repeatedly interrupted with "No, no, no" and told to go to USPS before I could even finish a question. When I asked why I wasn't even being allowed to finish my sentence, the gentleman said, "I assume you want to ask this," and continued answering a question I had not even finished asking. I said, "Okay, if you want to assume, I am not doing this," and left. I completely understand that they may not be responsible for the USPS package, but basic customer service means listening and explaining, not dismissing a customer. It is easy to be friendly when everything goes smoothly; the real test of customer service is how you treat people when there is a problem. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. And yes, it was the same employee described in the other reviews -- the gentleman with long hair. Unfortunately, I can now understand exactly what those reviewers were referring to. Rather than simply helping me with a straightforward question, he seemed unnecessarily confrontational and appeared more interested in arguing than listening.

Not 100% sure but I think if you drop something off after the truck comes by then your package will be shipped out next day. After we made an appointment for a few days later and although we checked the web site current regulations where we only needed the parents to show our faces, we were told that they also needed to see our little girl in the flesh.
