I had a very frustrating experience at this UPS Store. I had a package sent there for hold-for-pickup from another UPS location, and when I went to pick it up, one of the employees (a woman with short hair) made the process unnecessarily difficult. Even though my package was already there and ready, she refused to release it unless I signed a shipment release authorization form, which didn't make sense given the situation. On top of that, she would not accept my passport as valid ID simply because it didn't show my address, and she kept insisting on a state ID. Her attitude was very unprofessional and dismissive the entire time. Instead of trying to help or explain things clearly, she came across as rude and unwilling to assist. Came here to get some documents mailed out. There wasn't anyone else in the store at the time, and when one of the employees saw me it was like I was a big inconvenience. She just slapped down a next day envelope, took my prepaid label, and then that was that. Kinda an abrupt experience. Used this location to ship a package ground and spent over $100 only to find out that the package was still in the back room the next evening. When I asked a representative to confirm that my package was in fact still there because nothing was tracking I was initially told to try the hub and that they were too busy and not going to look through 500 packages.. Management here is trash, and everyone I spoke to refused to give any additional assistance.. Be careful here with your business read more

I went into this ups store to return an Amazon package. I normally don't have any problems there. When I went in, I had to wait for Dennis to quit flirting with his coworker before he would help me. When he finally did, he made all kinds of excuses why he couldn't get a QR code for me or print a label for the return. I was PISSED! Normally, if there is a problem, one of the people are more than happy to help. It seemed like Dennis couldn't get me out the door fast enough. That man needs some training. read more

Horrible customer service. I've never left a review before but felt compelled to do so after my experience. I didn't have a print out needed for shipping and was hoping I could print it there. Gave me such a hard time and treated me like an idiot. Instead of saying "yes people need to do this quite frequently so unfortunately we have to charge now" he was unnecessarily rude like he was doing me a favor when really it's a service offered to everyone. I have lost my hearing on my right side and didn't understand that he meant pay for the print out and not for shipping (with Wayfair it is free for some items). Clearly customer service is not for you if you need to talk down to people to improve your self esteem. If you hate your job, quit. Don't spread your unhappiness to ladies that are pregnant with a toddler and trying to get errands done on their only day off. Ridiculous. read more

came in to print off some copies and a elder lady long white hair nose piercing I asked if I need a credit card or a card to use it and she turn around and said WHAT and was rude as I came her a look and said excuse me and she what do you need she kept talking short and over talking to me and I asked her why you being so rude and she said "look I'm trying to help" and I stated to her ma'am all your doing is talking over me and not even allowing me to speak I'm just not used to this type of copy machine I'm used to office max and she said well you can go there and she walked away and I've never been more shocked in my life! She refuse to give me her name when I asked for it and refuse to give me the store managers name or corp office number. She cause a scene in front of the other customer. While asking for her name she covered her name tag with her sweater she threaten to call the cops on me which I found so in professional. I have 15 days that they were supposed to deliver a package to me, the delivery man came to my house and left me a piece of paper. to pick it up in the carques, I would renovate, and they never came to drop it off. Later I went to the UPS headquarters to see if they had it there and the truck driver came out saying that he left it in the same truck but that day he grabbed another one but that he did have my package oh, but the supervisor Jerry from the ups told me that they couldn't find it or that maybe someone took it and took it with them and that we would have a house to date we haven't solved anything for me and they want to wash their hands saying that they send an @mail to make the refund but they never send it every day I call to see that and they just hang up on me they are a very bad company, thieves and above all they are not aware of people they just tell you that it was lost and that's it and it is not fair help me to be able to file a lawsuit against the USP company I need to collect signatures because I will file the lawsuit I only need people who want to join me my @ is moronesisabel@hotmail.com I need letters from people who have experienced the same thing Thank you ups uña they stole my package and now they put me off and tell me that they will only give me $100 dollars when I pay &1200 for the bags and they always hang up not knowing anything and they just put me off because they stole my package that's clear help me everyone What happened to them, let's not leave this like this! read more

Very rude, they were talking trash on millennials when I walked in & I had printed and faxed a paper a week before, the fax didn't go through. A different location had told me if it doesn't work, to come in and we'll fax it again. So I went to this location and they said that they don't do that & they also don't print papers when the other location did? Very arrogant and told me to figure it out on the computer. Then proceeded to go in the back and chitchat with all of her co workers. I brought 3 things in and received 2 return receipts not only did I have to go and correct the ladies errors but the manager had worse customer service ethics. I went in today with an Amazon return. I didn't have any issues with my return. I'm pretty good about following instructions, but I hate hearing employees complain about customers. It's horrible to hear an employee say they're "done with customers!" and basically talk $h!t about a customer in front of other customers. It's very unprofessional and childish. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from any business. Check the other reviews and all these stores have at least a 50/50 horrible score. If they can't get you to pay a dollar for something these old ladies become passive aggressive, give you disgusted looks, and tell you they are done with you. From the moment I first entered the store I could tell something was off. I didn't know at the time that the UPS Store is a franchise completely separate from UPS itself. Here, they just run it and treat you however they feel like. No acknowledgement when entering the store, not even a look. You are expected to know what to do. My second time I went in during Corona virus times, a man walked in just after me and almost came to stand next to me. I immediately said to keep a little distance and he started yelling at me. I inched away from him and waited for my turn. It was weird, he approached the counter and mumbled something about his mother needing him and then walked off. When I was handed my receipt I got the most disgusting look I have ever seen from the clerk. The next and last time I went in I didn't have a return code. I had to ask three times if I could print one there from my drop box. No offer of help to do it or how I could print one from my Amazon account either. The printer had just been repaired. The repairman verified that my bill could print and left. I didn't know how to use the print computer. It charges by the second to use it. When I went to print for the second time, after waiting several minutes for it to reboot again, it only printed ¼ of the page. The second time I printed I got the letter J printed on one page. There was absolutely no problem printing my bill. I was quite angry and frustrated by this point. I asked for a refund and was ready to leave. I was told the printer was working fine and no refund. I showed Janet the prints that were incomplete. I was told I didn't select the right print page. I said I tried it both ways and showed the pages again. Janet said she would refund me. Then said it would be $2.50. I didn't even realize that was for only one of the failed pages. I stood their waiting while she pressed several different buttons on her computer and watched the cash drawer open and close while listening to her complain about losing a different customer who had left the store. She eventually said she couldn't find my credit card and would do it later. Give me your number. I wrote down my phone number for her asking if that was the number she wanted. I was ignored for another few minutes. Then was told that she was so through with me. Two days later I had still not received my refund. I called the store, spoke to Janet who said I would only get $2.50 back and that was it. I said I would get the full $3.57 back. She said I had to come back into the store to get a refund. I said I would be more than happy to. She hung up. I called back eight times and got no answer. I called the UPS Store corporate offices, filled a complaint, and said I had already been in the store and saw no need to have to go back again. I was told I would get a refund if Janet had said I would get one. I am guessing they are not supposed to ever say that so they don't ever have to fix problems. I received the owners name and phone number. And if I didn't get the refund back in two days to call them back. I still didn't know how much I would get back. The next day I got an email from the owner asking for my address to mail me a check since the computer print is owned by yet another third party. I gave my address and received a hand written business check in the mail later. What a joke. It's a franchise. They can do anything they want because they are not UPS. Basically, it seems like, if you are not spending a dollar every time you go in they simply don't want you there. read more

I went in today to mail a package. The store was not too busy. Three people in line and two at the counter. I was third in line. The one lady with long gray curly hair was very in a very bad mood. The lady she was helping was not ready so she made a loud announcement that people must be ready. Which in all honesty I agree. The next in line was a Hispanic gentleman who had trouble talking so he used his phone to assist. She said she couldn't help him. Told him to figure it out. The next was an older gentleman who needed assistance with something that had to be done on the computer. The lady lost her cool and told him to figure it out it wasn't her job to help him. My mouth dropped. After he said some stuff to her about her rudeness she made it a point to tell everyone very loudly that if we didn't like her attitude we could all just go somewhere else. It was her day off but she came in to help. I just left. I have never been so insulted by an employee behind the counter. To this employee I sure do hope your day got better. I was late on sending out my family packages, and really didn't want to stand in a long line at the Post Office, due to a wrenched knee. There was this UPS office close to home. I went there on a Monday morning, found no line, and waited my turn which was like two minutes. The clerk was helpful, nice, and informative as well. She got my two boxes ready to go, and the cost was much less than I thought it would be. One customer called her clerk by name, so any business that has repeats who remember the clerks' names can't be all bad. The reviews were not good and almost scared me from here. Glad I went anyway. I tried to drop off a package today and was denied service, then yelled at by two very unpleasant and ignorant women. My package contained a wood gun stock, and they said they don't ship guns. I told them it was a piece of wood, not a gun, and asked to see a copy of their rules (as a long time employee of a firearms dealer I am very familiar with the policies of UPS, FedEx, and USPS regarding shipments of guns, gun parts, and ammunition). The women just got defensive about it and said they were an independent franchise and can do whatever they want. The fact is that UPS has no restrictions on shipping gun stocks and these women are just ignorant, conceited fools. If they had read their own rules they would realize this. Walked in to drop off my package. Wasn't even greeted with a hello or how are you. I wasn't even acknowledged. I then proceeded to drop of my package that was prepaid to ship. They refused to ship my package without me paying for the box along with the package which was PREPAID!!! Then a women in a black UPS jacket go very defensive with me about how the prepaid paper I had was only for shipping. Then I asked why are you getting so defensive with me. The the women helping me in a grey shirt named Brittany also was very rude with me about making me pay for the prepaid shipping box. Left the store never coming back here. Don't go here. Went here for a simple copying job, and they messed it up. I had to go back the next day, and they argued with me, and charged me more to fix their mistake. No apology for the mistake or the inconvenience of needing to return to fulfill my order. I'll admit I was peeved and it showed, but I did not raise my voice.
