They've remodeled! Looking like an actual UPS store not some shady pack/ship place like before. The people there are friendly and helpful. I cant say for sure if they're new employees. But I will tell you this the few times I've dropped off stuff, there seems to be "new" employees. By "new" I mean, before the remodel, there were some really rude employees and unhelpful. I called all over town to try to get a will notarized, the banks and credit unions don't anymore, I got a quote of a flat $100.00 fee. For that I could go have a simple will drawn up by someone else and notarized. Cheyenne was wonderful, everyone in there was pleasant and gave their customers great service. I was waiting for my witnesses and watched how great they were. My witnesses hadn't changed the addresses on their licenses so the whole thing had to be done over. Luck for me I drag my iPad everywhere and I was able to email it to ups and Cheyenne printed a new one. The notary is only $10.00 and even with emailing the document and getting them printed the total was only $14.02 which included the tax. Can't say enough about them, courteous, efficient, clean store and great to work with so YES definitely go to that store for all your business. They copy, fax, shredding is 25% off now. today I called and was immediately placed on hold. 11 minutes later I hung up and called back. I know they are busy. Thats fine. however when I called back to speak to them again, Jennifer asked me to hold and placed the phone on the counter while I got to listen to her wait on other customers. so instead of just completing the call with me she layed to phone to the side I guess so I would hang up. I did. I really would just appreciate a little decency, just help me and then I'll go away and you can keep working. what purpose did it serve to lay the phone to the side rudely. While Visiting family in the area I found this UPS Store nearby via Yelp. The location was very busy mid morning. The staff was attentive, helpful and expedient. My item, a family heirloom, was professionally measured and quoted per item. Yes, it was expensive but I don't think I could have done it cheaper. Highly recommend! read more

This particular UPS store is located in the same shopping plaza as the Publix. It is conveniently located, not only for the locals, but it is also convenient to travelers due to its close proximity off of Interstate 95. While I understand that a business have to turn a profit, I have always found UPS Store to me an expensive alternative when considering to ship a package. I would consider going to United States Post Office and shipping your package as you will probably get a better price. read more

Angela is aggressively rude to every customer she has! Not just rude to me but to every customer. I watched her abuse the customer before me as I waited in line. When it was my turn, she went right to town being rude to me. Angela threatens to lose packages She took three packages from me but refused to give me receipts for two of them telling me she was going to 'let them get lost'. Edit next day, she didn't steal these packages, she refused to give me a receipt after taking the packages and told me she intended to lose them but she didn't because today I got an email from Amazon saying my return was processed. Great customer service! I just moved to the area last week and had two occasions to visit this store this week. The first time was on Wednesday when I had to utilize the service that they offer for returning Spectrum equipment. I was waited on by Nisa. The store was busy and there were a couple of people ahead of me and a couple of employees working the front desk. I was impressed by how outgoing, vivacious, and friendly Nisa was with each of the customers ahead of me. When it came my turn, she didn't miss a beat. She greeted me and guided me through the process of my Spectrum return. She even went so far as to give me advice on, retaining my receipt, and taking a photograph of it to ensure that I got credit for my return with Spectrum. I had to come back to the store on Friday evening to return some equipment to AT&T. Again, Nisa was working the front desk along with Nikki. I was so glad that Nisa was working again because I had the choice of going to the FedEx location or the UPS location. I chose to come back to the UPS location because of the wonderful service that Nisa had given me a couple of days earlier. I was not disappointed. Nisa greeted me and took care of my return again gave me advice about retaining my receipts. I wanted to write a review because I received such good service twice now and good service is hard to come by these days lol so I wanted to be sure that Nisa and Nikki got a shout out for going above and beyond and being great employees. Raise your hands. How many of you didn't know that a UPS "store" is not associated with UPS? That big sign outside only means they will use UPS to ship your packages. They are supposed to abide by the UPS standard shipping rates but they can charge whatever delivery area surcharges they want. Bless their hearts, they only charged me $3.80 more than stated on the UPS website. So (lesson learned) take my advice and go to a regular UPS shipping location or print out your own label and have the package picked up for free. You can even do better at the post office. For me the difference would have been about $30 compared to $61.94 for a 15 lb package. You're welcome. read more

I check if I have to print the label myself first or if I can just scan to return. I went to drop off a package in the original bag received by amazon; the instructions on amazon was to put it in the bag and put the label and drop it off at the ups locations. I have had such an excellent experience at this store and particularly with Steve and Vanessa. I think there are other employees there but these are the two I have had the pleasure of meeting. I rent one of their mail boxes which allows me a safe and secure way to receive my mail and also a way to have packages received and signed for which is great, since I am rarely home. The services are definitely fairly priced, and the store is clean and organized. By far what makes this place great are it's employees. They strive to surpass expectations with every customer interaction. Steve and Vanessa are always pleasant, helpful, and even remember my name. It's to the point where part of the enjoyment of receiving a package is getting to see them. This sounds overboard but it isn't. Traveling for the summer and sent an Amazon order to this store. They were a little on the rude side, had difficulty finding the packages and when we showed them our phone showing them the tracking actually showed they received the packages at their address they actually looked for them. The worst service I have ever seen. There were two woman working inside, first one was training for her first day of work and the second employee was suppose to be training her and very rude. She wouldn't even let the other girl handle the customer, instead she continued to interrupt the service by doing it herself. After handling three people at the other desk I politely explained that I had to leave soon. She had an attitude from the beginning and continued to slur comments at me under her mask at me. I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt when possible, but I also think something should be said when a business is dishonest. I walked into this store on a Wednesday morning because I needed to print 2 pages from email. I was the only customer and there were 2 employees. They waved me to the computer where the prices were posted. It was charged in 10 minute increments and each black and white print was $0.10. Ok, reasonable enough. In less than 10 minutes I had accessed my email and printed 2 pages in black and white. I then proceeded to clear my throat about 8 times to get somebody to ring me up. They decided to have a conversation out of eye shot. The lady came to ring me up finally, and way overcharged me. I didn't realize until back in the car heading away, but the receipt speaks for itself. Be forewarned in dealing with this location, because a company who overcharges when they think they can get away with it, is a dishonest company not deserving of your money. There appears to be a new employee at this store, and she said she had been working there 3 years but I've only seen her twice. I order a lot online and I send packages all the time, I've spent a lot of money at this store buying shipping materials etc. and this person has the nerve to charge me $2.99 to send an email, when I've NEVER been charged for that before. This person had me do it once, and I decided I was not going to do it again. This is totally ridiculous. You've gotten rid of all of nice employees and replaced them with this. Great job, UPS. With that kind of customer service, this person (forgot to get her name) should be working for USPS. You've lost a long-time customer now. Take this as a learning lesson. read more

This store is a disaster. We went there to print a document and the woman working there did not know how to use their systems and did not care. She made no effort to help us and when we asked her to call for help, she said there was no one to call. We have never seen someone not care about customer service so much. Also, she said the owner left her alone with no one to call for help. We suggested she call another UPS store for help and she refused. Then she continued to take new people coming in the store while we were trying to get her to figure out how to print a document. Don't go there, it is a waste of your time.
